Amazing staff. Such a clean home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a care home.

The most amazing care home. He couldn't be more happy for my grandad. He is so settled and so happy. The staff are amazing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Your family member will be well looked after.

My Mother and Father in law came to Eighton Lodge in August 2025 following a period of respite in July . From the very first day the staff have been fantastic with them both, making them feel at home and welcome. This place is more like a family home than care facility. The staff are all so kind
and caring and genuinely care for all of the residents and families. My father in law sadly passed away 3 weeks ago and the care and compassion shown to him and my mother in law and been outstanding . He was cared for with kindness and dignity and the continued support they are providing to my mother in law makes a difficult time easier knowing she is surrounded by such a caring, dedicated team.

My grandparents have been living at Eighton Lodge for a few months now, and the care they've both received has been incredible. Sadly, my grandpa passed away recently, but he did so under the most compassionate and attentive care we could have hoped for. Every single member of staff went above and
beyond to make sure he was comfortable and treated with dignity, and the support they've shown my grandma during this difficult time has been outstanding.
She absolutely loves living there and truly feels it's her home. The staff are always kind, friendly, and welcoming - they greet us with a smile, offer drinks, and show such genuine care not just for the residents but also for family members who visit. It's so lovely to see the residents taken out on trips and doing activities, and they even took my grandma to get her nails done to cheer her up. We honestly can't thank them enough for everything they do.

I can't express enough gratitude to the staff for the way they look after my mother and the other residents.
I can't really find any fault at all.
The only thing I would say is that every room should have a shower and toilet.

I am so pleased my husband is in Eighton Lodge Care Home. It's such a warm, friendly home. The staff are amazing, including everyone. Care and support in the home is so valuable. Everyone is happy and pleasant, can't fault this home. One big happy family.

My parents were in Eighton Lodge for a 6 week respite in July and August and then returned in late August for an assessment period.
I have been extremely impressed with this care home overall. The rooms are lovely and always clean. The facilities are modern and ideal for purpose and the food is of
high quality. However I have been mostly impressed with the staff. They are very compassionate, polite, always helpful and have taken great care of my parents up until my father's recent passing.
They take a very common sense approach to care, prioritising accordingly and are wonderful with the residents. The end of life care for my father was a great comfort.
I was surprised recently when even the management and admin staff were helping with routine jobs.
My mother and father both loved the staff and my mother is very happy to remain at Eighton Lodge. I would definitely highly recommend this care home to others.

I can't praise the home enough. The staff have time and patience with everyone. Me and my family are so happy Dad is here, we know he is well cared for and safe.

Very welcoming. All the staff smile and greet you when you enter. You can feel this warmth in the whole atmosphere. Residents, visitors and staff all socialise in the lounge area - so you gradually get to know everyone's name. The food is very good too. I feel Eighton Lodge is very well manged - its
a happy ship!

My dad moved to this care home in November, and the staff have been exceptional in their care and management of him. There is a really family feel to Eighton Lodge, and the staff genuinely seem to care for all the residents. The activities and sing-alongs bring a huge amount of happiness to the
residents who respond to the music and singing. I feel very happy that my dad is living here.

During this upsetting painful time for us as a family, the staff have been nothing other than first class with my husband and our family. I really cannot recommend them enough.

This review is for The Manor. The Young Onset Team are amazing. I have found the team to be caring, kind, mindful, generous, considerate, proactive, supportive, creative, hard working, helpful and responsive. This also extends to Eighton Lodge Team and Management. Food and activities are to a high
standard.

The Eighton lodge Manor is a truly beautiful, well appointed and equipped facility, but you can't get a sense of the team behind this amazing home just looking at the website, it is them who make this place exceptional. My cousin was admitted with Alzheimer's at a young age and has settled very well
due to every member of staff showing respect and genuine care for her and the residents. All the rooms have a lovely homely feel about them and the bedrooms with on suites are spacious and attractive. The gardens are beautifully maintained and accessible with a beautiful decking area to enjoy BBQ'S during the summer months. The management team at the Manor have been sensitive, supportive and kept me updated with her progress while she adjusts to her new journey through life. With all my heart thank you all.

My dad has been in Eighton Lodge now for over 4 years and in that time the staff who looked after him, and the care he receives, is nothing short of exceptional. He is very happy there and wouldn't dream of moving him anywhere other than Eighton Lodge

Since the oil filled radiators were put in mam's room it is much more acceptable and cosy. I have no complaints the way mam is cared for and treated. Personally I am very happy with all that is done for mam.
