We have been very happy with the overall level of care for my father. Staff appear knowledgeable as to my father's mental and physical state. He is more settled now and despite issues re. his mood, his mobility and his medical condition, staff are 'in his corner' and want him to succeed in his day to day life.

Friendly, homely and I like everything about this home. I would like a bigger room. The staff are lovely.

Since my father became a resident I simply cannot fault any of the staff as he has been very well cared for.

Ashleigh has worked in the care sector for four years and excelled in her career within Wellburn Care Homes. Ashleigh started her career at Wellburn working at their St George's Care Home, where she was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2016, before becoming Manager at Eighton Lodge in 2018. Ashleigh has completed her NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and is now completing her NVQ Level 5. Ashleigh thoroughly enjoys her job and believes it to be the most rewarding career she has had.
