Our mum has been a resident at Riverhead Hall for about 9 months. The very difficult decision to move her into a care home was made very easy as we knew it was the right place for her the moment we walked in. We just knew she would be well looked after.
The staff are amazing - they are friendly, attentive,
incredibly caring and nothing is too much trouble.
Mum loves the activities and entertainment which are varied and open to everyone.
We can finally relax and sleep easy in the knowledge that she is so well looked after. I can't recommend Riverhead highly enough.

My late beautiful wife was given excellent care for over 3yrs
Over those years my wife was loved by everyone, with no issues of concern.
As a family we visited often and welcomed to joined in with activities
We loved music and would see my wife's smile which was just heart melting moments for me
and the family .
The gardens are beautiful and often like to have a walk around ,
I would highly recommend this home which holds so many wonderful memories, i also recommend this beautiful home every where I go .

I recently spent 6 weeks 'Respite' at Wellburn House following a hip replacement operation. I found care was excellent, the staff were caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The meals were excellent, staff encouraged residents to eat, and the meals were also varied and well balanced
nutritionally. Activities were carefully planned and enjoyed by residents. I personally enjoyed the accompanied local walks, which strengthened my weakened muscles. Wellburn House is set in beautiful, well-tended grounds. My room was lovely and light and warm.

The staff within Worlton Grange are amazing. Jenny, Daniel, Paula, and Craig are very accommodating, patient and empathetic towards dad; nothing is too much trouble. Dad seems very settled and happy at home, which is very reassuring for me. They are truly amazing.

Glenholme is the perfect setting for my mother in law. The staff are kind and respectful of her complex circumstances and have shown their ability to adapt their approach to new challenges this has brought to the demands of the team.
Our family are so grateful for the emotional support they extend
to us at very difficult times too and are always at the end of the phone or on hand when we need them.
My mother in law has settled in quickly to her new surroundings and we feel reassured by this.

Glenholme care home is a place where the word care really matters. From management all the way through the staff everybody puts that little bit extra to make the residence lives count.
The staff are always cheerful and more than willing to give assistance weather it is help at getting my dad each
to go out or any administration needed to make health appointments etc.
This year I decided Ed great support when my dad had to change rooms

My wife has been resident.at Heatherdale since December 2024.
I cannot express how absolutely impressed I am by her standard of care, the extreme kindness of all.the staff, the cleanliness, activities for residents and absolute minute attention to detail in monitoring their health , weight and dietary
requirements. Regular nourishing meals are provided in very pleasant surroundings and even the garden is always a source of interest. Themed events to entertain the residents fully involve everyone in fancy dress etc
I feel very happy knowing my wife is in such a warm ,friendly and safe environment. I cannot praise Allison and all her staff highly enough for.the excellent environment they have created. Highly recommend Heatherdale to anyone seeking a top quality residential Care Home for their loved one

Words cannot describe the whole hearted care, love, respect, and compassion the whole team at Heatherdale gave to my mam. In her last few days, they also gave us their support, and absolutely nothing was a bother. They kept us fully informed and helped us through the process of her passing with kindness
and love. The whole team at Heatherdale are 100% the best.

I am a resident Eightonlodge care home along with my wife norma, we have lived here around 2 1/2 years, eighton lodge is the best care home in the area and the staff are fantastic. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
The gardens here are beautiful and the food is great, there are plenty of option's.
There's always plenty going on and the options of bus trips to go on each month.
And the local area is great for going for walks and getting fresh air.

My mother has been with you nearly 2 years and she was very happy. Staff were fantastic with her. Her last couple of days we could not faulter the staff very attentive and caring. Not just with my mother but with us all as a family. Thank you to everyone at Nightingale have for everything you have done

The staff have demonstrated great care and consideration towards my brother. The family faced a difficult situation within the family and this impacted on my brother. Without their support and understanding it would have made our challenges greater.
