My family were very impressed at the way Tony settled in, they said he was looking really well, I only came once as I had been ill. But he said he was enjoying his holiday, I definitely be sending him again if you will have him.

Thank you, Dot.

Mum is very happy at Rosevale. She has been a resident for 3 years and has always enjoyed the care and attention given her. There are plenty of activities and things to do. As mum has progressed on her dementia journey the staff have supported mum with dignity and care. Rosevale has a lovely atmosphere. It is always clean and well cared for by dedicated staff.

93 year old mother had a brief respite care stay after a spell in hospital. She was confused and frail. Rosevale care team immediately helped mum to settle in, made her feel welcome and reassured her. Even though this was a short stay mum received first class care delivered to meet her personal needs. The Rosevale team provided helpful and knowledgeable advice and support to me in arranging the stay and during mums time there. We would use Rosevale again if the need arises.

Overall Experience
We attended a Summer Fayre event at the home and were massively impressed. The organisation, effort and care was superb and obvious and the day was widely enjoyed by residents and family/friends alike. Little touches like sunhats; the lovely bunting; games for residents, family and children were great; and there was even a therapy dog organised that helped everyone feel chilled. The singer (brought in by the home) was excellent and the choice of song eras was spot on...so much so that the residents were singing along and dancing. Everything about the day was organised brilliantly and enjoyed by everyone and the food was lovely and generous.
My partner's mum has been happy since attending the home and it's a source of comfort for her and all her family.

Above all though, the staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the residents and their enjoyment, development, personal care and welfare. I can't praise them enough.

Rosevale is a very nice place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring and friendly, always going above and beyond to support my mother during a very difficult time. She was suffering severely with delirium and poor appetite, yet the team's dedication and kindness made a real difference. They kept us well informed throughout her stay, which was very reassuring.

I wouldn't hesitate to use their professional and compassionate service again. Highly recommended!

The meeting was held in the big lounge and most of the residents were present. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit dad, although mostly asleep when I visit, he is always clean, well dress and appears happy. The staff are all exceptional in my view, nothing is too much, the home is always clean and fresh smelling. The manager was very informative and eager to make the running of the home outstanding, especially with the concerns of the residents.

I am very happy with the care my father is receiving. He is clearly well looked after and has often commented himself how he appreciates the care and attention he receives from all staff.

From my point of view I am always made to feel very welcome when visiting. All members of staff are approachable, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the home is very calm, warm and homely.

My Mam moved in Rosevale a couple of days ago. After being at home on her own in between carer visits was very lonely. But only after 1/2 hours Mam had made so many friends, the staff are all so kind and lovely, looking after Mam also makes me so welcome when I visit. It had made me so happy to see my Mam smile and laugh again.

Because Mum cannot see or hear very well or walk about she finds the time spent in the home very uneventful.
She can't join in the activities or hear the entertainment.

Mum doesn't eat much and seems to live on soup.
