93 year old mother had a brief respite care stay after a spell in hospital. She was confused and frail. Rosevale care team immediately helped mum to settle in, made her feel welcome and reassured her. Even though this was a short stay mum received first class care delivered to meet her personal needs. The Rosevale team provided helpful and knowledgeable advice and support to me in arranging the stay and during mums time there. We would use Rosevale again if the need arises.

Rosevale is a very nice place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring and friendly, always going above and beyond to support my mother during a very difficult time. She was suffering severely with delirium and poor appetite, yet the team's dedication and kindness made a real difference. They kept us well informed throughout her stay, which was very reassuring.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their professional and compassionate service again. Highly recommended!

The meeting was held in the big lounge and most of the residents were present. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit dad, although mostly asleep when I visit, he is always clean, well dress and appears happy. The staff are all exceptional in my view, nothing is too much, the home is always clean and fresh smelling. The manager was very informative and eager to make the running of the home outstanding, especially with the concerns of the residents.
