Sallie has worked at Riverhead Hall for 23 years and started her career with Wellburn Care as a care assistant. Sallie progressed to team leader, before being made deputy manager in 2015. She started as Manager in April 2017 and has her NVQ Levels 2 and 3. Sallie is very compassionate about her job and is enthusiastic about Riverhead and the residents she helps care for.
