My dad moved to this care home in November, and the staff have been exceptional in their care and management of him. There is a really family feel to Eighton Lodge, and the staff genuinely seem to care for all the residents. The activities and sing-alongs bring a huge amount of happiness to the residents who respond to the music and singing. I feel very happy that my dad is living here.

The Eighton lodge Manor is a truly beautiful, well appointed and equipped facility, but you can't get a sense of the team behind this amazing home just looking at the website, it is them who make this place exceptional. My cousin was admitted with Alzheimer's at a young age and has settled very well due to every member of staff showing respect and genuine care for her and the residents. All the rooms have a lovely homely feel about them and the bedrooms with on suites are spacious and attractive. The gardens are beautifully maintained and accessible with a beautiful decking area to enjoy BBQ'S during the summer months. The management team at the Manor have been sensitive, supportive and kept me updated with her progress while she adjusts to her new journey through life. With all my heart thank you all.

My father uses the Eighton Lodge 2 afternoons a week. He looks forward to going and is always greeted with a smile and a very friendly welcome. This service has been fabulous and a huge help to the family. The home always smells and looks immaculate. Sometimes activities are going on during his visits, and this gives him enjoyment and peace of mind to the family as his mobility is limited. I love seeing his happy face photos on social media. 100% recommendation from us.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're so glad your father is enjoying his visits to Eighton Lodge, he is always welcome! We hope he continues to visit and keeps smiling! I will make sure to pass on your kind words to the staff at Eighton Lodge.
The home is always clean and the staff are all fantastic caring and friendly. Meals seem very nice and always plenty of choice. Snacks are available 24/7 to all residents, tea and coffee are offered which is a nice thought. The grounds are immaculate and very well-kept. Trips are available to get residents out and about.

I have been impressed with all aspects of the service provided at Eighton Lodge, especially the caring and personalised relationship between carers and my wife. The management is efficient and personally involved with the residents, and carers seek out resourceful opportunities to help residents and to solve their problems. The buildings are clean and well-maintained and the surroundings constitute a very pleasant environment for residents. Attention to the individual needs of residents on the part of all the carers is very impressive, especially the cheerfulness shown in relationships. My wife is in an advanced state of dementia, but she is genuinely liked by all the staff in spite of her difficulties. I am grateful to Eighton Lodge for all their work.

My mother lived at Eighton Lodge for 3 1/2 years. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional when I visited. When I rang the speak to my mother they always were very helpful ensuring I could. I feel she was looked after with care and compassion as she inevitably deteriorated. The staff were all very sympathetic after she passed which made the practicalities easier to deal with.

Mum became a resident in 2020 just before the pandemic. Here you aren't just a resident but part of the Eighton Lodge family and that goes for us as relatives too. I live abroad and they constantly ensured that I saw mum on camera and had regular updates. The rooms and the grounds are amazing not to mention the activities they do. Mum passed this July and we couldn't have chosen a better place with nicer people to spend her last days. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot recommend this home and its staff enough. Anyone looking for a care home should look at Eighton Lodge Care Home.

I cannot speak highly enough of this care home from the day my father and I came to view it, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone always goes over and beyond. I do have experience of other care homes as my mum and sister have stayed in different ones. I can only say this is by far the best.

Eighton Lodge has a very caring environment all the staff and management have been extremely supportive. There is always a cheerful homely atmosphere. Mum is treated with kindness, respect, and dignity at all times. The staff has worked together as a team to keep her happy, comfortable, and content. Every effort is made to offer residents mental stimulation. There are organized activities each week. Mum really enjoys the live entertainment, especially the Elvis tribute artist. The home-cooked food is exceptional and individual preferences are catered for.

My mother has not taken very well to being in homes. I have not seen her so relaxed and happy just having her nails done and hair done. She is relaxed, happy, sleeping and for me knowing someone is going to come to her aid when she presses the bell is a relief for the family. Your staff are amazing and the home is spotless and clean. Thank you so much.
