The staff are what makes this home great! They genuinely love the residents and care for them. Good activities.

My mum has been living in Eighton Lodge for about 2 years now and we are delighted with the care she receives. We don’t live locally but staff are always very helpful and get in touch immediately if there are any issues or concerns.

I certainly can't fault them and would recommend Eighton Lodge.

I have been ill and knowing my husband is being looked after in a caring way is a great comfort.

My dad has been in Eighton Lodge for 12 months and the staff have all been amazing. My dad is not the best patient however the staff have looked after him amazingly.

Eighton Lodge has taken the anxiety and worry of my mam hurting herself at home. The staff in attendance at all times do their very best to make her feel wanted 24/7. f any problems occur they ring me straight away. I am very happy with her care and hope she enjoys the rest of her life in a place she's cared for.

I spent about 60 hours visiting my Mum at Eighton Lodge over a few weeks. From what I observed the staff are excellent. They are kind, humorous, attentive and ever so patient. The residents are well attended, well-fed, and their views are always sought. I feel very content that my Mum is well cared for, safe, and stimulated.

Lovely place to be, with great staff. The rooms are very nice. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a home.

As much as my gran wants to be in her own home, the care and support she receives is fantastic. There is always some sort of activity as well as days out. And the family meetings are a great idea. There is a good variety of food options. The staff are always helpful and friendly at all times.

All the staff are very attentive and kind to all of the residents they look after. the home has a home-from-home feeling. My friend is always kept clean and is very happy living here. there is always something for her to do.

The staff at Eighton Lodge go above and beyond for the residents providing amazing personal care to keep all the residents entertained with lovely outdoor visits and tasks to keep everyone occupied. Nothing is ever a hassle. All residents are clean well cared for and happy. We are very thankful that my nana receives such great care.

My father has been here for one and a half years and I am very pleased with the care he gets. The room he has is very comfortable and the staff are very pleasant and always helpful.

My mam is well cared for. Showered or washed daily, very well fed and drinks (tea, water, pop) anytime day or night. All staff are very well organised when it comes to residents' needs; meal times, bedtimes, personal hygiene etc. I would most definitely recommend this care home (Eighton Lodge) to everyone.

I've been to many care homes over the years visiting the elderly and I can honestly say this is one of the best care homes I've visited. My friend is always looking happy and telling me all what they have been up to.

My mother has been a resident for just over a year. Like many families, you never expect to be, or want to think about, putting one of your parents in a care home. The first day was literally like taking your child to school for the first day, then worrying about how they get on when you've gone! I had nothing to worry about. My mother has Alzheimer's, amongst other things, so she'll always complain about something! When things have gone wrong, or there's been issues, the manager and his team have been first-class in addressing any issues or concerns. Of course it's not perfect and mistakes do happen, but the sign of a great place is how you deal with this. Again, any issues have always been dealt with to, not only my mother's expectations, but mine as well. My mother regularly says (when she's not complaining!) 'I love it here, I love the lasses and my room'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to leave a loved one.

Friendly, happy, clean home. All the girls are very helpful and very lovely. Nothing is a bother. Excellent.

Eighton Lodge is a lovely, happy place. Staff and carers can't do enough for the residents and we, as a family, like the way they involve us in everything they do. The staff and carers keep the residents well entertained in doing activities with them all. I was concerned in Mam having to go into care, but we are extremely happy in the care and support she gets. She is happy in herself too. Can't thank them enough for their care.

Since my mother came to Eighton Lodge, she has been extremely well cared for. The staff and everyone else is very helpful, can't do enough to help and it's very nice to know she is in good hands and gets all the help she needs and more. We are very grateful to everyone involved. Thank you once again.
