My husband,Christopher was recently transferred to your facility in July 2025 due to renovation of his prior facility.Since my first visit to your facility prior to his arrival there,I had an inclination he would be taken care of atb the Forrester Court Care Home.
I want to express my sincerest
appreciation to you and your caregivers for providing excellent next-level care for my husband
The staff provides:
personal notifications if there are any issues
friendly and accommodating.
treat me like part of the care facility
24 hours access to doctor services
repositioning him in a special way to prevent bed sores to include proper head support
proper care of his fingernails and toenails
ensures he is saved and his hair cleaned
One area I really appreciate is the Namaste facility and the lady who operates it.Chris loves the light projections in the room and the lady even went as far as going to give him a personal session when he slept through his normal session time.

Since my father moved into Forrester Court, I have seen a significant improvement in his overall health, wellbeing and stability. The environment seems to suit him very well and he has settled far better than I expected, especially considering his cognitive difficulties. This is the most settled,
calm, and safe I have seen him in a long time.
The routine, structure and consistency have clearly helped him. He appears more relaxed, engaged and less confused. Staff have been supportive and patient with him and it is reassuring to know that he has people around him who understand his needs and respond appropriately.
Forrester Court has provided the stability he could not achieve at home. The improvements in his behaviour, mood and daily functioning show that this setting is meeting his needs in a way that feels safe and consistent.
I appreciate the efforts of the team and I am grateful for the positive impact this placement has had on him.
Thankyou to everyone at Forrester Court.

Overall, the staff of Forester Court are very warm and friendly, and it is reflected in the care they give to the residents. Each time I visit my mother, I can see that she is well cared for. I am also impressed that my mother's hygiene is good, even though the staff are always on the go.

My mother was transferred from hospital to Forrester Court following a severe stroke, which left her immobile ,with Apraxia and sadly, with a range of hospital acquired infections and a hospital acquired Category 3 bedsore. The admission to Forrester Court was 'seamless' and the whole team made my
mother and me feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Although she was only there for a short time, during her stay my mother was cared for by a wonderful group of people, the carers, nurses, the palliative care team, housekeeping and catering staff, as well as everyone in 'admin' and she was treated with dignity and respect, and I can truly say, with love. Furthermore, all the staff at Forrester Court extended their compassion and care to me at a difficult time. I could see this compassion extended to all the residents and their relatives. As much as I shall miss my mother, I have to say, I shall also miss everyone at Forrester Court too.

I am happy with the way that my husband has been treated. If I need any help I know who I go to. Because I am here almost every day I know all the staff and they know me.

Everyone from the management team right down to the unit that my aunty is in, is absolutely superb in every way. The care that my aunty receives is absolutely brilliant in every way. I always get updates as to how my aunty is via phone call or by message. When we visit my aunty, we find the whole
staff and nursing team that look after my aunty, professional, curteous, kind, flexible, warm, compassionate and understanding in every way. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they talk to you on first name terms which makes you feel like part of the care home. All the staff are hard working, dedicated and very kind and caring. The care home manager leads a very caring, hard working and compassionate team and when we leave after visiting my aunty, we feel a sense of peace of mind that she is so well looked after.

I was taken aback when the nurse took me into my partner's room as he just said to her "Who is that?" He didn't recognise me at all. Seeing my reaction to being ignored, the nurse explained that his reaction would change as I visited more often and he would recognise who was - I had been his partner
since 1968. I visited him as often as I could and saw how he was taken care of by the staff there. And he began to enjoy the meals provided each day. He had his own room with a TV set and photos of his on-stage work and his Gown Shop in Knightsbridge.

Everyone from management to staff on the unit my uncle is on are absolutely brilliant. I get a phone call if he has a fall or is unwell. The care my uncle receives is brilliant. They do a lot of activities, they also celebrate every resident's birthday. They make sure they take the time to get to
know everyone etc and family members by their first name which I like. The care at the care home is fantastic.

The staff are fantastic including Dad’s carers who I don’t think are directly employed through the care home. They do everything they can for my dad and are always available to discuss anything with me. Thank you.

One staff member has been my father's carer on Richmond Unit for over six months now and has developed a strong bond with him. She has shown dedication and professionalism towards him and this gives me peace of mind when I have to leave the unit. We correspond by text and video call, as and when.

It has been a pleasure to bring my late wife to Forrester Court and she was very happy here. The care and attention she got from all the staff and nurses was tremendous I can't thank everyone enough and I will look forward to coming to see everyone often. Thank you all very much from the bottom of
my heart.

a. Thank you for letting the carers assist me in walking as walking is the best exercise which is part of my rehabilitation program. Please give them more shifts and working hours to them.
b. You need more staff for the care and support to achieve satisfactory and good care for your residents. We
have to wait for a long time for help or care because of the lack of staff in each unit. We need two members of staff for each resident. I will be happier if the manager would listen.

I usually go to the Forrester Court Care Home twice a week. I've always found the staff and care persons very helpful, always willing to help my brother when he has needed help. He seems quite happy there since he's been there which is about seven months.
