Everyone at Regency House are really welcoming and caring. The staff go to so much effort with seasonal decorations and events. I love the activities - especially the singers. My family love the cafe and garden for spending time with my mum. The staff are very caring of my mum. They were also
wonderfully supportive when my dad died and in his last months and weeks of life. We really feel part of the family here. Thank you.

The staff at Regency House are exceptional, from the reception, management team, to the nurses, carers and all the 'housekeeping' staff. They are always cheerful, helpful and caring. The peace of mind given to the family cannot be underestimated. Thank you, long may our reason to visit continue!

Regency House has provided our mother with excellent care over the past 11 months. Any issues/concerns are immediately dealt with, and the nursing staff contact the family in person and by phone if there is anything to report regarding our mother's condition.
The care home is calm and welcoming,
and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regency House to anyone seeing a home for an elderly parent.

I cannot praise enough the care given to my wife during the spell of respite. The staff have acted with complete care and attention in a highly professional way. The standard and organisation is first class, and the establishment is of a very high standard.

Since my mum has been in The Regency, she has been extremely happy and settled. The staff are brilliant, helpful, caring, professional, attentive, just wonderful. The rooms are always clean and beautifully furnished. The meals are expertly prepared with plenty of choice. There are lots of daily
activities. The standard of all-round care and maintenance of residents' dignity is first class.

When my wife and I first visited Hallmard Regency House, we were very impressed by all the accommodation, in particular the bedrooms, all the staff we met, the activities provided and the garden. Since my mother in law has been living at Hallmark, our expectations have been exceeded. There is
nothing to find fault with, but in particular, all the staff have been kind, caring, supportive and care for my mother in law brilliantly. I can give no better review than I would be very happy to live here if the time comes.

Fantastic interpersonal skills & her experience was 'noticed'.
Regency House has excellent facilities, and staff often encourage Mam to 'participate'.
Reception staff are welcoming & engage well with their customers.
This has been a trying time
for the family since late December, and Regency House has gone a long way in helping us accept this dramatic change in Mam's wellbeing.

We recently had to make a decision none of us felt qualified to make. After a fall at home and a short stay in hospital, we were advised that my 100-year-old mother would need ongoing nursing care.
We were given a list of suitable Care Homes and deliberately left Regency House until last as it was
the furthest away from most of the family, and none of us really wanted to travel across the city daily!
From the moment we walked in, we knew it was the right place - the initial welcome at the front desk, the cafe-style entrance hall and the introductory tour and information by management made us feel comfortable about Mam's future in their care.
She has been there now for a month, and the weight of worry has been lifted from our shoulders.
She seems content and is happy to join in the activities with a little persuasion. All the nurses and carers are really friendly and approachable.
If we have a concern about anything, they are always willing to listen and respond.

My mum has just recently, over the last 3 weeks became a resident. I have to say what a gorgeous place, spotlessly clean, loads to do for her. Beautiful gardens, lovely touch with the coffee shop area where even us visitors can sit and have coffee and cake etc. But most of all I want to say how
wonderful all the staff, carers, cleaners and nurses are. They are friendly, caring and professional, nothing is too much. I worried about mum going into a home. However I feel less tressed knowing she is well looked after.

I am a resident at Regency House Care Home. I arrived in April this year leaving my home and in need of extra help. Since being in Regency I feel so happy enjoying the company of other people. Everybody here is so social. All the staff are always at hand making sure all our needs are attended to. I

Superb care shown to my sister who has been a resident of Regency House for some time. She is treated with dignity and above all compassion by all the staff. If there should be a problem staff and management are quick to help and iron out any glitches if there are any. The activities are outstanding
and all can take part at some level. Something for everyone and cater for all tastes.
