Carers are always friendly and polite and do their best to everyone, Mark is well looked after. Although always busy they always make time to welcome us.

My auntie in law is very well looked after here.The staff members are very helpful and treats her very well. Always organising lovely events for special occasions for the residents. They are lovely and very friendly.

Wingham Court continues to provide excellent care to our daughter who lives with a serious brain injury. Recently the care and kitchen staff have worked really well in supervising a very successful weight loss programme. The food is very good and varied and our daughter has continued to eat very
well, with lower calorie meals.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Wingham Court for the care my dad has received. The team have been consistently kind, compassionate and attentive, treating him with dignity and respect at all times.
Communication has been excellent, and staff have been responsive and
open to feedback, actively taking on suggestions and making improvements where needed. It has been reassuring to see how approachable and professional the team are, and how genuinely invested they are in providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Knowing that my dad is being well looked after has given our family great peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Wingham Court for your continued dedication and care.

On entering the home, immediately aware of a warm, welcoming and caring atmosphere. A great welcome at the reception was repeated by every member of staff on my way to my friend's room. Her room is a very nice size, and very clean and tidy. There are lots of her mementoes, including family photos,
giving a very personal, homely feel to her room. I am very impressed with the staffing ratio to residents at lunchtime.

I always find Wingham Court Care Home excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to provide arrange of activities for the variety of residents. The place is kept spotless and nothing is too much trouble.

My daughter was moved to Wingham Court from hospital in October 2024. She has been cared for very well by the staff. It seems to be a well run competent care home. As she is disabled she is very pleased to be offered days out and trips to the local shops. It is a well run and experienced home.

Everyone is very friendly and always take the time to answer any queries. I am kept informed about my brothers conditions and I feel reassured that he is receiving the support he needs. Thank you so much.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Food is apparently delicious according to my friend.

My husband returned to Wingham Court for respite for 1 week and had an amazing time. Not only did he remember all the staff, but he was also familiar with his surroundings (he has short-term memory loss and cognitive difficulties, which makes it difficult to situate himself) - He had daily
activities, physio, tried walking, and was absolutely showered with love! Wingham Court remains a first-class neuro-nursing home - Thank you!!

I visited my friend and I was welcomed by the wonderful manger. The welcoming atmosphere and the care the residents is incredible. The manger is kind, caring and so interested in the residents. She is clearly loved by them. My friend is very happy and values all that is being done for her.
