My daughter is very happy here and well looked after

On entering the home, immediately aware of a warm, welcoming and caring atmosphere. A great welcome at the reception was repeated by every member of staff on my way to my friend's room. Her room is a very nice size, and very clean and tidy. There are lots of her mementoes, including family photos, giving a very personal, homely feel to her room. I am very impressed with the staffing ratio to residents at lunchtime.

I always find Wingham Court Care Home excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to provide arrange of activities for the variety of residents. The place is kept spotless and nothing is too much trouble.

My daughter was moved to Wingham Court from hospital in October 2024. She has been cared for very well by the staff. It seems to be a well run competent care home. As she is disabled she is very pleased to be offered days out and trips to the local shops. It is a well run and experienced home.

Having been my 1st visit I'm very impressed with the level of care my mum has received already. I look forward to how her time here is.

Everyone is very friendly and always take the time to answer any queries. I am kept informed about my brothers conditions and I feel reassured that he is receiving the support he needs. Thank you so much.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Food is apparently delicious according to my friend.

My husband returned to Wingham Court for respite for 1 week and had an amazing time. Not only did he remember all the staff, but he was also familiar with his surroundings (he has short-term memory loss and cognitive difficulties, which makes it difficult to situate himself) - He had daily activities, physio, tried walking, and was absolutely showered with love! Wingham Court remains a first-class neuro-nursing home - Thank you!!

I visited my friend and I was welcomed by the wonderful manger. The welcoming atmosphere and the care the residents is incredible. The manger is kind, caring and so interested in the residents. She is clearly loved by them. My friend is very happy and values all that is being done for her.

Having flown back to the UK this month for a holiday, I visited my uncle who has been a resident at Wingham Court for the last fifteen years. It was wonderful to see how happy and well-cared for he is. The staff were warm and friendly, and nothing he asked for was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to have some good weather and enjoyed sitting in the lovely gardens together. The food options are great and there a plenty of activities to keep my uncle and his friends busy. I was very impressed with Wingham Court and so pleased for my uncle to be living a happy, fulfilling life.

Staff are always kind and helpful, the care they provide my father is excellent always a happy place to be. Always feel assured that my father is getting the best care possible.

Every time I visit my mum, she is always clean and well-kept. Her room and belongings are always tidy. The staff are always kind and polite, and if I ever have a question about anything to do with her care or wellbeing, they can inform me.

My son has been a resident for 20 years at Wingham Court Care Home after a serious head injury. I can only say that I cannot thank enough for his care. And not just the care of my son but as a regular visitor I am always met by smiles and friendliness.

My friend is a resident here and she loves being here. The staff are friendly and engaging and kind. There are engaging activities which my friend enjoys and the food is very good and there are healthy choices. She is very happy with her bedroom.

My sister is incredibly happy at Wingham. We feel very fortunate that she has a place here. She says the staff are kind and professional and she considers them as friends. Her bathroom has recently been refurbished and looks lovely. She is grateful for the high quality food and activities.
