A new chapter began. Mum has alzeimers, and her behaviour is changing, but mostly she is stable. Uprooting from a home she'd lived in for over 68 years, was going to be frightening. It took a few weeks, but I feel, due to the excellent care, from all the staff Mum has turned a corner. Always kind
words, smiles and politeness. Mum's room is always, clean, bright, and homely, more so now, due to a few photos, paintings and ornaments. The food is 'amazing' mum eats well, sleeps well and is often found in the communal lounge, where coffee/tea and 'gorgeous' cakes, are served. Well done, Tudor House.

Having visited several care homes for my husband, we decided that the staff at Tudor House seemed so friendly, helpful and caring that we decided to choose this home. We have not been disappointed. We are impressed with the high level of care and attention afforded to the patients and visitors
alike.

My dad stayed at Tudor House for 2 weeks respite. He was looked after very well. We would definitely use Tudor House again.

Excellent care seen by all of the staff. They all appear very dedicated, caring and professional in their approach to all the residents and family who visit. It's not an easy job to do hence it needs very special, patience people to do their jobs they way they do.

The nursing home is excellent we have no complaints the staff are lovely friendly and compassionate always willing to help and cannot do enough to help - would definitely recommend the home.

My father moved into Tudor House on 5th November 2025 from hospital. I was given a tour of home prior to my father moving in. My father has settled in well, he is always clean and groomed, his room is always clean and tidy. All staff are very caring, welcoming and very professional always keeping us
updated. When he moved into the home, staff very interested in what he likes and dislikes to ensure he is comfortable, eating requirements. As only just moved in unable to comment on value for money.

My mum is very well looked after here. The staff treat her with dignity, are attentive to her needs, and communicate clearly with me whenever anything arises. Her care has been consistently, calm respectful and reassuring. I feel confident that she is safe and supported and that the team understands
her individual needs. Overall, our experience has been positive and we appreciate the staff's effort and patience.

The staff have made my mum very welcome. I was anxious at first leaving my mum here. But she is very well looked after. The place is extremely clean and staff very pleasant.

My mother was transferred to Tudor House from hospital in August 2025. I was given a tour of the home prior to her arrival. Unfortunately my mother is currently bedbound so receives all her care in her room and is not able to benefit from all the facilities at the home. The care home has facilitated
links to external agencies to ensure that my mother's stay is the best it can be.

My mum was always cared for with kindness, joy and love at Tudor House. She felt relaxed and safe here, and the staff understood what made her happy and adapted to her needs as her health deteriorated. They always kept me well informed, and I am grateful that mum had her last 18 months in such a
calm and caring environment.

Tudor House are taking excellent care of Dad. He always has a smile on his face. He is always clean and groomed. Rooms are clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better care for dad.

My husband has been here for 8 weeks, and the care is excellent. He always seems very content when I visit, he is always presentable. There is excellent communication between the staff and myself, they always update me on any changing needs.
When he was admitted the staff were very interested in
his past likes and dislikes, family and how he wants to be supported. I am at ease leaving him here in their care, I'm confident they look after him and he is safe.

First impression is very important to me, and here it was excellent. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. This has been maintained in the first month of my mother's stay. Staff and management all provide a very high standard of care.

My husband has been a resident of Tudor House since June 2023. The nursing care he has received during this time has been excellent. He received daily visits from family members and we can see that he is always clean, comfortable, and treated with care and respect. There is a warm atmosphere at the
nursing home and all staff is polite and helpful. Communication is excellent and nurses respond well to my husband's changing needs.

My uncle was very unsettled when he arrived last year, however the team have been patient and caring and he is now very content and engaged with his environment.

I now have peace of mind that Mum is being cared for with kindness. She has struggled to adjust being a very independent women but this has been made much easier with the help of all the staff at the home.

I feel very comfortable and at ease with my brother's stay here all the staff are excellent, my brother is well looked after.
