Both my parents are very well looked after. The staff are happy, upbeat, kind & caring. Mum is happy and loves her trips out & dancing. Sadly my Dad recently passed away. The care & support of the home was wonderful.

My mum has been a resident for the past month before that she had lived with me, so I was worried that maybe she wouldnt get the same care as with me. But I can honestly say every member of staff at the Langwith Lodge show the upmost professionalism and give 100% .
There is a lovely friendly
atmosphere throughout the lodge , and an activities team who most days involve the residents in a variety of activities from bingo, domino's , crafts and singing, they also get to go out on regular outings.
Also the meals are excellent , the grounds are beautiful overlooking a lake the Lodge is a wonderful Grand Stately Home and I'm so relieved to have found it for my Mum

My mother-in-law was well looked after in the Langwith Lodge. The staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly, understanding and very caring.
Couldn't of picked a better place to have my mother-in-law cared for.

My partner is at Langwith Lodge. I have found all staff friendly and helpful ,my partner is looked after excellently. I am particularly impressed by the outings which the residents are taken on and the activities organised in the home by the two very lively and friendly carers. The situation of the
home is fantastic with wonderful country views.The best home i have seen

We were very pleased with the care of my mum. All of the staff were helpful, caring and friendly and we were fully informed as to my mum's health. We have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this care home.

My mum was a resident for almost a year at Langwith Lodge before her passing away in November, during this time she was cared for by the lovely staff who did an excellent job. Not having previous experience of care homes we didn't know what to expect but we are more than happy and satisfied with
Mum's care. Thank you to all staff.

The staff at Langwith Lodge were very good. From management right through the ranks, all very care aware. My father liked his stay and enjoyed the company of some of the inmates. He enjoyed the food and care he received during his stay. My husband and I would like to thank all concerned for allowing
us to go on a worry-free holiday.

Langwith Lodge staff are kind, caring friendly and warm. My dad is always well cared for and looked after. He is kept clean and tidy and is always made comfortable.
The staff at Langwith Lodge have learnt my dad's needs over time and they are consistently monitoring my dad to provide whatever he
needs. Me and my family feel reassured with how my dad is cared for.

Mum is fairly new to Langwith and was not happy at first, very agitated and full of blame for me for 'sending' her there. The staff were excellent helping me to understand that it's part of the condition and reassuring me that Mum just needed some time to settle.
She has settled in beautifully and
is now calm and content. She has a lovely room with a toilet and shower. The food is freshly cooked, there's plenty of it and she loves the dinner and hot pudding at midday. She ate like a sparrow at home and was very weak but she eats lots now and looks much better.
Nothing is too much trouble and if mum wanted anything different she could have it no problem.
The manager is extremely understanding and always has time to listen.
Great job guys. Overall, I chose this place for Mum as she's quite close to me but I would 100% choose this place again.

Went to see my aunt and they were looking after her very well.
Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. She says she loves being there.
We are very happy for her. The manageress is lovely and very helpful if we have any questions as are all staff.

Visited Langwith Lodge for my dad's birthday, the manager and staff made us very welcome, we had a small tea laid on for myself, my sister and Dad's neighbour who was with us. The manager and the staff took the time to engage with us about Dad's care, Dad has only been at Langwith for a month but we
feel he has settled well and the home has a very homely feel.

My father and mother-in-law are residents of the home. My father-in-law was unable to walk and was the first to move into the home after being discharged from hospital, his care was outstanding so we had no hesitation in asking if the mother-in-law was able to move in as my wife and I had to move my
mother-in-law from a previous care home because we were unhappy with the care she was receiving, She suffers from dementia we noticed from the first day of arriving she was made very welcome and was taken to the dining room to eat as it was lunchtime. We have been delighted with the care and compassion that they receive from all the staff.

When I visited my mother I found the home has a safe and caring feel.
Residents are treated with respect and understanding in a family-type environment.
My mother is happy and relaxed in the home and I am very happy in the way she is cared for.
