My husband came into care on 4th September 2025 and has been very well looked after, both welfare & medication-wise. He has begun to settle into this environment, which is a weight of off my mind and our families too.

My mother has recently become a resident here in Fullarton. It has taken her a wee while to settle as this is completely new to all of us, but the staff have all been lovely and supportive to my mum and our family, making this difficult time slightly easier.

I write this on behalf of my wife, who has stayed here for the past 6 weeks. Overall, I have found the staff and facilities excellent, always understanding patients' needs. I appreciate that they, at times, don't have an easy job. Everything is run very professionally. Cleanliness - spotless

Very attentive, caring. Food is plenty and a good choice. Kept clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Music and singing is good.

The staff from the minute you press the door bell are kind and very friendly. What I have witnessed my mum care needs are met. The bedrooms are always clean and tidy my mother is quite content living here and she enjoys the company of the workers when they are working with her. I personally do not have any problem with the care within the home.

My mother's care has been exemplary in all aspects at the Fullarton Care home. After a steep decline in her health, a care home became the only viable option. Not only has Fullarton dealt with her needs, but it's also great to see a marked recovery in her overall health and well-being. The home is a positive environment; the staff are caring and helpful, and it's great to see my mum becoming part of the community there.

I was impressed with the quality of care and attention provided to my mum. The staff are warm and approachable. The facilities were clean and maintained. The communal space is lovely and offers the opportunity to have a cup of tea with your loved ones. Overall, the nursing home provides an excellent balance of professional care and homely atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring environment for their loved ones.

Home staff are genuine in their care for father in a very difficult stage of life. Can never be excellent in a lot of categories as you need more staff. Could do with painting to to keep property fresh. Although father refuses to eat food it looks excellent. The staff cooperate well together and seem well managed.

Fullarton Care Home is a very happy welcoming environment. The staff are very caring and approachable. The trained nurses are giving first-rate care to the residents. The care staff are attentive and always available to help. The office staff are always happy to help with advice. The housekeeping is excellent and cleanliness is very high. I would highly recommend this excellent care home.

With what is a sad, difficult time, I would say it has been made easier by the staff. Overall, I am pleased with all staff who I find approachable and helpful. Cleanliness is great. Activities good.

Our mum has memory problems. Staff and management are always available to keep us informed, whether it be health issues, activities or day-to-day happenings. Staff are always very friendly and very caring when looking after residents.

Visit my dear, close friend of forty years. Over the years I have visited several nursing homes and have found my weekly visits to Fullarton Care Home to be more than satisfactory. My friend appears to be happy and well cared for.

My mum has only been here 5 weeks and is settled and happy my experience with staff has been great, good communication. Mum is shown care, respect and dignity.

My mother-in-law, who is now 100, has had full care with friendly staff who keep the family up to date with all that is happening. They have patience when needed and carry out all of their duties to a high standard. When visiting, always have time for us too with updates as to how she is doing.

My mother-in-law had a fall and lay on the floor for eight house waiting for an ambulance. During these hours, she had at least one carer at her side keeping her calm and immobile. The dedication that day for her was second to none.

My mum has been a resident at Fullarton Care Home since March 2023. We were both very anxious about her moving into a care home but every member of staff has made my mum and me feel very welcome and helped her settle in quickly. I visited several care homes before we settled on Fullarton as we were impressed with the facilities and the overall feeling of the home where it is clean, bright and has a friendly and calm atmosphere whenever I visit. The staff are exceptional throughout Fullarton, showing a high level of professionalism and care for every resident and their families while being friendly and kind. My mum loves the activities which are planned and prepared throughout the week from the entertainers visiting to gardening and going for trips in the minibus (apparently the banter is great and they bring cake)! We were visiting relatives today where my mum was full of praise for her new home, the staff and the food.

My mum is in Fullerton Care Home. The staff are all exceptional and care for the patients with such kindness. It's kept spotless and the facilities are great. My family visit with young children and they get to use a small sitting room.

My husband came to Fullarton on 24th July 2022. He has quite advanced dementia. I was exceptionally nervous and distressed at the thought of him going into care. He has been welcomed into his new home by all the staff team and seems to be setting down well. I feel a great sense of relief because he is now in a safe place. I am so grateful to all the staff team for the outstanding support they consistently give to my husband. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very kind but also professional. They inspire confidence.
