Mum is happy here at Stamford and is very settled and staff are friendly.

My father is very happy with the way he is treated. He enjoys the food and the activities, he enjoys the company with the other clients.

My dad seems to be ok and well and is happy. He also enjoys his dinners and don't seem to worry now where he is.

Staff are always freidnly and approachable. Mum is very relaxed and happy.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly a year. We are very happy with the care and attention she has been receiving. The staff are very patient and attentive to her every needs. I don't think we could have looked after or cared for my mother any better ourselves if she were living with us. I visit her very frequently - every other day - and when I leave her after my visit, I know that she is in good hands and don't worry about her.

I can highly recommend Stamford Care Home. The overall standard of care is excellent, care and support is very good. In my opinion, the care package that Stamford Care Home provides is excellent, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My dad has been a resident in Stamford Care Home for just over two years. He is well looked after, seems to be clean and well-dressed whenever I visit him. Furthermore, his room and bed are always clean. My family and I are incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff and the amazing care they provide. Thank you Stamford Care Home.

A male member of staff went out of his way to find one of Mum's hearing aids that went missing on Thursday 5th October. He went to the laundry area and searched for the hearing aid and it was then found. We were so pleased that he found it. He also very kindly lent me his phone charger. Mum is on the second floor in Stamford and has dementia. She receives good care from the staff.

My experience here has been great. I cannot fault the home. My family can come and visit me at any time. I'm always treated with respect in the home.

I’m happy I chose this home for my mum who has dementia, they are very caring and my mum always looks clean and tidy. One of the carers who works weekends has been there for twenty years, so that says it all really.

The staff and the nurses displayed passion and care for their work. The care that was delivered was very professional and caring, with a high standard. That gave us peace of mind with the care that our sister is being given.

Excellent experience with Stamford Care Home. The staff are patient, respectful and understanding. It was a hard decision for my family to have Mum in the care home, but we now know this was the right decision as Mum's physical and mental health has improved and her life has likely been extended as a result. Nothing but praise for the wonderful staff who treat Mum like their own family!

My experience of my husband being at Stamdord Care Home has been very positive. I am very happy with the level of care he is receiving. The staff are very friendly, helpful with excellent interpersonal skills and very caring. I feel reassured from my observations of the care my husband is getting that I can go home without worrying about him. Overall, excellent patient care and very thankful to all the staff.

We always found the home to be warm and all the staff were always very friendly. My uncle was happy and comfortable and enjoyed talking and joking with the staff. He put on weight while he was here compared to living alone in a bedsit.

I want to say thank you to all the staff at Stamford Care Home, who are taking such good care of my aunt. I am very pleased with the care they are providing for her, as I know she is in safe hands.
