My brother has been a resident at Croft House Care Home for almost two years now and is very happy and settled there. It is such a relief to know he is so well looked after by all the kind and efficient staff. It is a very clean and well run care home with an excellent choice of meals to suit all.
Also there are daily activities and trips out on the minibus also to be enjoyed.

My brother has been in Croft House for 6 months now. I have been very happy with the care her has received which means I am not worried about him.
The Alzhemiers has taken the brother I knew. He cant speak to tell us what he wants bit teh staff take time to find out as best they can what to do for
him. There are trips out in the minibus that he enjoys and entertainment - singing etc. Nice homely place.

Firstly a huge thank you to the team at Croft House!
My mother was brought into this home for an assessment bed period and by the time she was leaving she had began to feel like it was her home.
Our first encounter of the home was with the Manager and she was very helpful, informative and prompt
to assess my mother in hospital and get her out and into the comfort of the home. My mother's room had a homely comfortable feeling and safety measures were in place.
Throughout her time at the home she was treated with care and compassion and made to feel like she was cared for.
The care staff were prompt and attentive to my mother medication routine and extremely supportive during difficult times.
The whole team were accessible to us as a family with any queries, concerns or preparations throughout my mother's stay.
The manager was thorough with her care assessment of my mother in preparation for CHC assessment meetings, and we felt the support of the care home behind us.

I'm very impressed with every aspect of Croft House. All the staff I've dealt with have been very caring, friendly and efficient. Resident safety, happiness and health are clearly the top priorities at Croft House and I'm very grateful to them. It's very reassuring to know that my mum is in safe

Mum has now been at Croft House for over a year. The staff are fabulous and although very busy always take time to chat to mum and look after her needs. They are kind and caring and I cannot thank them enough. All communal areas are clean and well-maintained to a high standard. Mum is very happy and
settled quickly. We are always made to feel welcome on visiting and know that Mum is being well looked after. Thank you.

Mum has been a resident at Croft Care Home for just over a year now. We have peace of mind knowing that she is safe and well looked after. All the staff are lovely and are so kind and caring towards Mum. There are plenty of activities going on and the home even has a minibus for trips out. We are so
glad we chose Croft House for Mum and she tells us she is very happy living there.

My Mum has been at Croft House for nearly two years and in all that time I have not had one single concern! The level of care my Mum has received has been amazing, all credit to the whole staff team. There is a good range of activities on offer and since my Mum has joined she has had a new lease on
life.
I cannot thank Croft House enough.
It is like one big family.

My wife has been in the care home for the past few weeks and the level of care is excellent. Her room has the advantage of having direct access to a secure garden which she loves. All the staff are very caring and compassionate. Activities are good and they do trips in their minibus.
Communication
is very good and I am informed of everything happening with my wife.
I am very happy with this Care Home.

An excellent care home with caring staff who interact well with all residents. Food is good, rooms are good, all their needs cared for and all relatives are kept up to date with any progress or deterioration of their resident.

Dad has been at Croft House for 3 years and has received excellent care and support. So much so that my uncle has moved in as well. The staff go over and above in providing care. The home provides a minibus to take residents out on short trips which Dad really enjoys.

This is a wonderful place, staffed by wonderful people. My father spent over a year at Croft House and was so well looked after. All the staff, whatever their role, prioritised our father's well-being and enjoyment and he had many new adventures. These included many minibus trips (although, as a
Yorkshireman, he noticed when these ventured into Lancashire), canal boat journeys, firework displays and opportunities to meet pets that he had never encountered before.
The meals were also a highlight of our father's time at Croft House, he enjoyed these a great deal and appreciated the choice and variety. The kindness and level of care were exceptional and extended to the family too. We will always be grateful for the time he spent at Croft House and the many happy memories you created for us all.

My dad has been at Croft House Care Home since August and both he, myself and my sister cannot fault the care he has received. The staff cannot do enough to help and this is a great comfort to my sister and I.

Croft House Care Home is the best care home around! I have had experiences with other care homes but none of them come close to the standard of care provided by Croft House to my mum. The management team are very hands-on and treat Mum and other residents like family. Croft House really is a home
from home. Mum is very happy and I can't remember the last time my mum smiled so much. All staff are amazing with residents, even the maintenance team have great relationships with Mum and other residents. Highly recommend Croft House!

She has been cared for diligently with empathy and, although with a natural progression in her dementia, she is constantly encouraged to be included in activities and treated with respect. She is offered choices, included
and seems content.

I cannot visit physically but keep in touch by phone and video and photographs. I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion and comfort my brother has the good fortune to enjoy at Croft House Care Home in Keighley. His good state of health and physical appearance are apparent as is the
twinkle in his eyes at celebrations which he clearly enjoys.
The staff work hard to engender the atmosphere and appearance of home and family in the presentation of rooms and the building and in relationships and show imagination and energy in the entertainment and activities to support interest and participation.
I have power of attorney for my brother's health and welfare and the staff give regular updates on medication and his well-being and I feel my brother and I were extremely lucky to find Croft House and its happy, upbeat staff.

Visited my auntie several times and always find the staff to be kind, caring and dedicated to the residents. It is reassuring to know our loved ones are in good care and would highly recommend this home.

Not being part of a large group tells here. Management and staff caring for residents can't be bettered, in my opinion, and having one resident at 102-years of age is just one excellent example at Croft House.

The staff at Croft House Care Home go above and beyond and genuinely care for residents. As a family, we are so grateful for the care that is given. Activities and thoughtful interaction with all residents to keep them engaged and active are diverse and relevant for the residents allowing
inclusivity for the ability of the residents. Always upbeat and happy around residents. We are grateful for the care given, Dad has an extended family thanks to the way he is treated.
