My husband arrived at Sibbertoft Manor after a stay in hospital and an assessment in a care home. He was deteriorating with Alzheimer's and an open cancer operation on his leg. Since arriving at Sibbertoft Manor Nursing home he has gained weight and is much calmer than before. The atmosphere is
quiet, peaceful and happy. Personal hygiene is a high priority in the home and staff are very attentive to individual needs of the residents.
It caters for all personalities, my husband is quite quiet and introvert but is included in any activities if he wishes, and is cared for in every way.
We as a family could not wish for a better care home for my husband and thank everyone for the wonderful attention he receives.

Sibbertoft Manor is an excellent care house. It has been my ninety-six year old mother-in-law's home for almost two years. In that time her health has improved due to the good and reliable care she receives. Every effort is made to arrange interesting activities; the staff even supported and
encouraged us in arranging a glider flight this summer!

It's a comfort to know mum's looked after by such a wonderful & caring team. Many of the staff have been there years which, in the caring sector, is not nessarily the norm. In the last few years mum's mental & physical health has deteriorated but she has never been treated with anything other than
care, respect and patience - for the person she is and was.
Sibbertoft is excellent in keeping us informed being very good at developing personal relationships which comes from 'the top'. Tom is around much of the time and personnally knows each resident and their families. (Tom grew up around older people. His children often visit the residents/numerous great grandparents! Mum loves to see the little one and have a cuddle.)
There is a constant programme of activities & entertainment with staff dedicated to these.
The fabric of the place is well maintained and - partucarly important to my mum - the laundry is excellent.
Very, very happy with Sibbertoft as are my siblings.

This is one of the few remaining family run care home businesses and it shows. The staff are attentive and compassionate, taking time to get to know and understand the residents as individuals. Residents are treated respectfully and with regard to their autonomy and dignity. I have had experience of
a number of other care homes in the area and this one is head and shoulders above the others. The beautiful building lends itself to activities and feeling at home while being part of a community.

The organisation, staff, ethos and facilities are the best I have ever seen in a nursing home. The organisation includes meaningful engagement with the residents through events and activities on an almost daily basis. The staff are well organised, kind, considerate and proactive whenever there is a
need for action. The ethos from the top management down shows kindness and respect to everyone. The meals are balanced, well prepared and tailored to the resident's needs and the the home is kept very clean. Top job from everyone. Thank you so much.

Sibbertoft Manor is a wonderful nursing home that makes everyone feel welcome whether they are a resident or visitor. All of the staff are kind, compassionate and clearly know both their residents and visitors. I recently visited my aunt who was wonderfully looked after during her lunch by an
amazing member of staff. She was treated with kindness, dignity and listened too so patiently sharing jokes and anecdotes. As part of the same visit, I attended my aunt's Care Plan Review conducted by one of the senior nursing staff. As always, this was conducted in detail with clear explanations of every facet of my aunt's care, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, give feedback and input. A thoroughly professional experience.
Sibbertoft Manor is always looking for ways to improve the care they offer my aunt, from personal elements to more general aspects like new furniture and fixtures. Sibbertoft Manor is an excellent nursing home and I can't recommend it highly enough.
