The team at Links Home have been incredibly caring and supportive. It's clear that the strong leadership at the top sets the tone for everything they do. That positive example filters down through the whole team and shows in the way residents and families are treated every day.
The management team
together with care staff are very supportive . They are warm, approachable, and genuinely committed to the people in their care. Whenever I've needed specific assistance or had questions, they've been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Their support has made a "'real" difference.
The staff have always treated my aunt with kindness and respect, and most importantly, she is happy at the home. That means everything to us as a family. As I'm not always in town, it's reassuring to know that the team are responsive and keep me informed when needed.
I'm very grateful for the care my aunt receives and truly pleased with the way she is looked after

Whenever I visited my friend, shee was clean, well looked after and calm. The staff were kind, friendly and patient. There was a happy atmosphere. Visiting friends were made welcome even with cups of tea and cake.

We the family of Iris was extremely impress with the care our mother recieved whiles at Link House care home. My mother enjoyed her stay very much. Everyone was kind and helpfull. The staff took very go care of all the residence at the home. Even us the family they when above and beyond to make
every visit run smoothly. I would recommend this home to everyone. Gold star all around.

The entire process has been handled excellently. The staff have been warm, caring and friendly. my uncle has settled in very well. Link House has wonderful energy. It is great to see how attentive, patient, alert and observant the staff is around the senior citizens, giving them a sense of serenity,
security and reassurance. Thank you for your services.

The environment and staff at Link House are excellent. The home is really clean and well kept while also homely and comfortable; the staff are friendly, responsive and caring. I am reassured that my dad is in the right place to meet his needs.

Our sister has been a resident for 8 months. She has settled well into the care home routine and is feeling confident enough now to start enjoying venturing further afield with the Activities & Entertainments Teams.
The Management Team are very approachable by email, telephone or face-to-face
meetings and update as often as we require.
We visit Link House very regularly and irrespective of who is on duty in Reception, in the Kitchen, on Nurse or Carer rota on her floor we are welcomed and invited to join in with whatever is going on.
Her bedroom is always clean and tidy as is she and we are very pleased with our experiences of Link House to date.

My uncle has been staying at Link House for around 6 months and is well looked after. Communication from management is timely, his room is clean and tidy and there are always staff on hand to help.

My mother always seems well cared for and she always praises the staff and says they are kind to her.
She also says that the food is good. The staff also let me know if there is a problem with her health.

Link House is kept very clean at all times. The rooms are adequate but small. Bed linen could be better but I understand there must be a great turnover of sheets and pillowcases. I'm sure management work hard but I feel more interaction with residents would be appreciated. The carers are mainly
extremely helpful and professional, maybe more attention to contacting room bound residents would be appreciated.

The care home is very well organised and the staff are excellent in every respect. As stated earlier the home is very good and the gardens maintained to a high standard . I would recommend the home to anyone without a doubt.

Link House care and nursing has been wonderful to my grandmother. The staff are incredibly kind and support her in all facets. They are very friendly and treat her with dignity. She's made many friends at the home both staff and fellow residents and is enjoying her time here

Our mother has been a resident of Link House for over 12 months and having visited all the homes in the area Link House was our number one choice on terms of the team and the very caring service they provide alongside the very calm and comfortable atmosphere in the resident areas. There are many
individual examples of how members of the team have shown a very caring professional and patient approach to our mother. This extends to ensuring individual personal and medical needs are understood met and respected. We always have confidence that if medical issues arise these will be addressed no matter what time of day or night this may arise. The food for the residents is well prepared and the dining room area almost like a restaurant making interface with other residents relaxing.. The number of staff on hand at any one time is also very reassuring as well as the fact that we have got to know them and it is clear they care about our mother. So thank you to the Link House team and managers!

My sister has been in Link House four years and as always said if she had to be anywhere, this is where she would have chosen. All the staff are considerate, kind and helpful in spite of being short-staffed on occasions. The food is excellent and the entertainment is excellent. All birthdays are
acknowledged.
I am always treated with a smile and a friendly word at every visit.

My long-time elderly friend was desperately in need of a care home. Whilst we, her friends, decide the way forward for her. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about care homes in general. I am an experienced nurse with 40 years in the NHS as health visitor and now in care home you are giving
excellent care here.

My grandma has been with Link House Nursing Home for almost 2 years. As a family, we are very happy with the service and care that they have provided. Compared to the last care home she was in, where they carelessly put my grandma at risk. The staff tirelessly care for my grandma and always keep us
up to date about her health and care needs. As a family, we have regular talks with the staff about changes with my grandma, which is encouraging. Overall, his family, we are happy with the assistance.
