The home has undergone substantial redecoration and updating of late that provides modern and homely furnishing and comfort to everyone at the home, with assisted bathrooms and shower rooms for those with mobility issues as well as luxurious and warm communal and individual spaces.

Link House offers a wide range of daily activities tailored to individual preferences, with something always going on. This enables residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and helps them to continue living fulfilling lives with their wellbeing paramount. Our sister has been a resident for 8 months. She has settled well into the care home routine and is feeling confident enough now to start enjoying venturing further afield with the Activities & Entertainments Teams.
The Management Team are very approachable by email, telephone or face-to-face meetings
and update as often as we require.
We visit Link House very regularly and irrespective of who is on duty in Reception, in the Kitchen, on Nurse or Carer rota on her floor we are welcomed and invited to join in with whatever is going on.
Her bedroom is always clean and tidy as is she and we are very pleased with our experiences of Link House to date.

Link House is kept very clean at all times. The rooms are adequate but small. Bed linen could be better but I understand there must be a great turnover of sheets and pillowcases. I'm sure management work hard but I feel more interaction with residents would be appreciated. The carers are mainly extremely
helpful and professional, maybe more attention to contacting room bound residents would be appreciated.

Our mother has been a resident of Link House for over 12 months and having visited all the homes in the area Link House was our number one choice on terms of the team and the very caring service they provide alongside the very calm and comfortable atmosphere in the resident areas. There are many individual
examples of how members of the team have shown a very caring professional and patient approach to our mother. This extends to ensuring individual personal and medical needs are understood met and respected. We always have confidence that if medical issues arise these will be addressed no matter what time of day or night this may arise. The food for the residents is well prepared and the dining room area almost like a restaurant making interface with other residents relaxing.. The number of staff on hand at any one time is also very reassuring as well as the fact that we have got to know them and it is clear they care about our mother. So thank you to the Link House team and managers!

My sister has been in Link House four years and as always said if she had to be anywhere, this is where she would have chosen. All the staff are considerate, kind and helpful in spite of being short-staffed on occasions. The food is excellent and the entertainment is excellent. All birthdays are acknowledged.

Dad has settled well into Link House. It was a difficult decision as a family for Dad to move out of his flat but it has proved to be a positive change. The care is fantastic and the team treat Dad with care and respect and interact with him regularly. They are kind and welcoming and we are very grateful
