Recently renovated, Link House is designed with residents in mind and is fully equipped to provide care in a pleasant and comfortable setting. The home has 52 rooms with ample opportunity for residents to personalise their living space. The home has undergone substantial redecoration and updating of late that provides modern and homely furnishing and comfort to everyone at the home, with assisted bathrooms and shower rooms for those with mobility issues as well as luxurious and warm communal and individual spaces.
Link House offers a wide range of daily activities tailored to individual preferences, with something always going on. We spent some time in the garden listening and singing along to music. The whole experience felt welcoming friendly and caring. We were served cake tea and coffee. It was lovely to see my uncle being cared for in such a warm position environment.

I visit my friend roughly fortnightly and she seems clean, tidy and content. I don't visit for meals, but am always offered refreshments. I also visit to sing with a group 3 times a year and we and the audience are all well looked after. The house always looks clean + tidy.

Loraine has spent several weeks at Link House, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The home feels warm and professional all at once. We've been so impressed by friendly staff and the way they keep everyone entertained with music and engaging activities. A huge thanks to the dedicated team, along with the nurses and administrators, for their tireless hard work and organisation. If I were to offer any suggestions for growth, it would be that the team could always use a few more helping hands to assist with their workload. Additionally while the food is good a bit more variety and a focus on specialised nutrition, especially for residents with unique needs, would be a great addition. We share their thoughts with the utmost respect, hoping to contribute to the wonderful future of Lark House.

Whenever I visited my friend, shee was clean, well looked after and calm. The staff were kind, friendly and patient. There was a happy atmosphere. Visiting friends were made welcome even with cups of tea and cake.
