Care Homes Owned by Country Court
Country Court was founded in 1983 with the opening of their first care home, Beech Lodge in Holbeach, Lincolnshire.
The care home’s reputation soon grew, led by kindness, compassion and dignity. A further seven homes were opened by 1990 establishing Country Court as one of the region's most trusted group of care homes. A combination of nursing skills and a professional, yet homely environment, the model for care continued to expand...

My wife & I visit Mary about twice a month. She has been resident there since 2025 & has had rather a traumatic experience with her husband (who obviously did a lot for her) dying & losing her home. Her children live some distance away & her grandchildren (whom she brought up) are both very busy.
She has a nice room & gets on very well with the staff who look after her very well.

Overall Experience
As someone visiting a friend at The Grange I can't recommend the home more highly. The decor is beautiful and the home has a lovely ambience, with a terrace garden and excellent food. Our friend was very happy there from the start after leaving her own home, had a lovely room, and enjoyed the activities and socialising. She quickly made friends with other residents. Every single member of staff is so warm and friendly, genuinely interested in the residents' previous lives and their families and friends. Extra care was provided swiftly when needed which means our friend always felt safe and cared for. There is an excellent management team, well known to the residents and readily available. If my husband and I ever needed care we would certainly be very happy to come to The Grange.

Overall Experience
This is my second experience of a family member staying at this 'Care Hotel'. My Nan was previously a resident for 6 months and the care she received was exceptional (previous review done). However, when my amazing Mum quite suddenly needed a similar type of environment I knew that this was the only place I would be happy for her to go to. I will always be grateful to Lauren and Jade for helping to make this happen, thank you. Communication is great at a management level but also with all staff members. The extensive level of staff retention (many staff still there since my Nan was there) shows that it is a great place to work which really helps create the positive culture.
My Mum has settled exceptionally well which is thanks to all the staff, she has put on weight which is positive and likes the food. Staff are still getting to know my Mum and are always approachable to talk about her health and wellbeing. Thank you to all, you are all appreciated.

Review of Bateman House Care Home from Jason H (Son of Resident) published on 5 August 2026 Submitted via Website•
Overall Experience
From first visit to Bateman House the attention to detail and care for residents was easy to see, which is why mum chose them to look after her and keep her safe. Move in day was seamless, the support was simply brilliant from the whole team, nothing was too much trouble and Mum was made to feel at home very quickly. Over the following days the team have been curious to understand what mum likes and needs, when I saw mum on day 3 she said she has not felt this safe and comfortable for a long time, that just makes me feel so happy and I know mum is in a good place. Each time I visit I am made to feel like I am walking into my mums home and my well-being is check on also, simply brilliant.

My mum arrived in Tallington care home in June 26 and from her arrival I have been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their professionalism, the quality of care and the all inclusive nature of events that the staff engage the residents. Review of Fenchurch House Care Home from Mike H (Son of Resident) published on 29 July 2026 Submitted via Website•
Overall Experience
My mother was admitted to Fenchurch House in early January 2026 after mobility issues meant that she could not longer function in her house. From day one, the level of welcoming care and attention that she received, was outstanding. She had a beautiful room with an en suite and the 24/7 support that she required, was always provided promptly and with compassion, a friendly word, or smile and humour, which she appreciated. There were many activities to take part in and she always enjoyed them, including game's, art projects, regular sing along karaoke's, as well as lot's of special celebration days for different events, like Easter, Birthday's, Mother's Day, along with the weekly coffee morning drop in's, for family and friends. She received prompt medical attention whenever she needed it and the food prepared on site, was always excellent. She has had nothing but positive experiences during her time there.

Review of Pemberley Manor Care Home from A J (Daughter of Resident) published on 29 July 2026 Submitted via Website•
Overall Experience
My mum was at first a fairly 'easy' resident, but quickly declined in health. This was nothing to do with Pemberleys care, unfortunately mum was weak and had been for some years, Pemberley gave her a new zest for life, but she couldn't keep up. She is sadly now bed bound. Pemberleys staff are totally person centered and their care is excellent and consider dignity and respect at all times. My brother and I are kept informed of any changes with regards to mums health, together we see her 3 times a week, they don't wait for visits but inform by phone or email. Nothing is ever too much, residents are included with reception / office staff if they want to just sit and chat or just be with them. The facilities are wonderful and lovely gardens. They also have a weekly itinerary of events.
I strongly recommend this wonderful home, the peace of mind for us is priceless.

From the moment I walked into this care home after visiting several others, I knew it was the right place for my father. Living with Alzheimer's and dementia is incredibly difficult, but the warmth, compassion and kindness shown by every member of staff immediately reassured me. The home is welcoming, spotless and truly feels like a family. The care my father receives is exceptional, and the support given to me has been equally outstanding. I am always kept informed and know I can speak to someone whenever I need to. Every member of staff goes above and beyond, treating residents with dignity, respect and genuine kindness.
My father is happy, feels safe and has found a second family here. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care, compassion and support they have shown us. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

Overall Experience
Pemberley Manor was recommended too me for my Mum and we were so glad we asked to view, we found the Client Liaison Manager, Lauren and Jade the Home Manager a delight to deal with, nothing seemed too much trouble. When Mum arrived at Pemberley we were a little worried but the staff made the transition very normal and friendly, we are now 1 week in and every member of staff knows my Mums name, she has been made to feel very welcome. From what I have seen from transition from hospital to settling into Pemberley I would 100% recommend this care home to who ever is making the decision for a loved one. As a family we have visited on numerous occasions to ensure she has settled in and we have even met the chef Dave, who has a genuine concern if Mum likes his food. Wonderful Care Home, Wonderful Staff and we know Mum is being looked after and is happy.
