Staff helpful + friendly, clean fresh rooms + comminty areas, food standard very good, clients treated with respect, even if they get sworn at, nice feeling the minute you walk through the door.

I visit Mum every week and always find her well and sitting with her friends. She is generally happy in Lyle House and the staff are very caring towards her. I have always found the home clean and tidy, and all the staff welcoming and pleasant.

I strongly recommend this wonderful home, the peace of mind for us is priceless.

My father is happy, feels safe and has found a second family here. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care, compassion and support they have shown us. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

Pemberley Manor was recommended too me for my Mum and we were so glad we asked to view, we found the Client Liaison Manager, Lauren and Jade the Home Manager a delight to deal with, nothing seemed too much trouble. When Mum arrived at Pemberley we were a little worried but the staff made the transition very normal and friendly, we are now 1 week in and every member of staff knows my Mums name, she has been made to feel very welcome. From what I have seen from transition from hospital to settling into Pemberley I would 100% recommend this care home to who ever is making the decision for a loved one. As a family we have visited on numerous occasions to ensure she has settled in and we have even met the chef Dave, who has a genuine concern if Mum likes his food. Wonderful Care Home, Wonderful Staff and we know Mum is being looked after and is happy.

No complaints. Excellent levels of care. All staff know my Dad and know his needs staff always listen and ready to talk and will act on what is required. Secure and safe environment. Have already recommended to a number of others

Wonderful staff and events for the residents. Real family feel and my mum just loves staying in this care home. Netta is a real gem in particular organising fun things which all are encouraged to join.

As we are new to Pemberley we really didn't know what to expect. However all the staff are wonderful, always happy to help and advise . Their care is outstanding nothing is too much trouble for them . It is a pleasure to visit mum and see her so happy .

My mother moved into Pemberley Manor three years ago and has since received great care. From our first visit we knew that this was the right home for her. All the staff are so friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable and the food excellent and activities are put on every day, together with celebrations for birthdays and other special occasions. We give Pemberley Manor 5 stars!

If you're looking for a care home for someone you love, I honestly don't think you'd find many places better than Lyle House.

When my mother-in-law was first resident, we found it extremely hard going to see her, but I actually look forward to going to see her now she smiles staff are lovely. It's a very hard job.

I visit my friend roughly fortnightly and she seems clean, tidy and content. I don't visit for meals, but am always offered refreshments. I also visit to sing with a group 3 times a year and we and the audience are all well looked after. The house always looks clean + tidy.

I could go on and on but mainly Pemberley is filled with kind smiles, support and love

My Mother has settled very well at Pemberley. She feels safe, which she no longer did at home and had become isolated. Help is just a button push away I have found all of the staff without exception to be extremely kind attentive and caring to their residents but also to the family as well. They are never too busy to listen and take on board everything that is said. We are kept fully informed of any issues be it health or welfare. Any problems are dealt with very quickly. Everyone greets you with a smile and cheery hello. Mum enjoys the food which is extremely good, and enjoys the variety of activities which are enjoyable and inclusive. She is always clean and tidy as is her room and indeed the whole home. She has made friends. Her whole quality of life has improved greatly. I can't recommend highly enough.

I find the management team excellent, especially Jess as i appreciate the responsiveness whenever I reach out for advice or to discuss my sister's care. The secured landscaped garden also provides a lovely, peaceful space for anyone to spend time together during visits.

So now she's back at the care home she can now move on with her recovery and I know that the staff will look after her Thank you all x
