It is pretty obvious that senior management has been promoted through longevity not ability or skill set - something that then fed down.
Due to his fragile state of health we had to think long and hard about moving dad elsewhere but thank goodness we did as from the moment he arrived at his new home they were exceptional from beginning to end.
Make sure you look through the gloss
We are really sorry to hear that your fathers stay at our home hasnt met your expectations. We take complaints seriously and genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us improve and provide the best care possible.
