Very pleasant home good staff. Only thing is was surprised there was no umbrellas outside in the garden for the residents to enjoy the sunshine. Also shortage of wheelchairs.

During this time, I and the family have been very satisfied with the level of care received from all the staff at Neale Court. The cleanliness, safety, facilities and food are excellent. Activities, which were
restricted, are being increased at present, following the appointment of a new Activities Coordinator and will provide a wide range for residents to participate in and enjoy.

I can't say enough good things about Tallington. My Step Father was admitted to the dementia unit towards the end of April. Getting him settled has been handled with care, compassion and kindness. They have gone out of their way to understand what things he may like to do and tailored his activities
accordingly. Additionally, they have helped us to adjust to and navigate the transition with timely advice and a concern for our welfare. Very happy that he is being so well looked after by people who care.

Mum has been a resident at Frenchurch House for the past 2 and a half years. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday, and the whole of Frenchurch celebrated with her. Mum is always treated with genuine care and affection from all the staff and management.
It is heartwarming to see a care home that
is run like a 5 star hotel where the staff love their jobs and take pride in the home's achievements - Frenchurch is one big happy family.

On our first visit to be shown around felt as though we had walked into a 5 star hotel. And on every visit since mum became a resident always greeted by all the staff with a smile and greeting. Always spotlessly clean. Lots of activities and entertainment for residents and family and friends invited
on special days throughout the diary. Mum is so happy. Loves her room which is clean, spacious and encouraged to bring items from home. Mums appetite has returned not surprisingly as the food looks and smells delicious! Any concerns we are welcomed to chat to the appropriate staff who immediately help. Facilities ie cinema craft room garden patios bistro pub room family lounge beautiful residents lounges all 5 star! I noticed how happy the residents are and in turn delights family knowing our loved ones are enjoying the rest of their lives. I cannot praise ALL the staff enough. Who also love their jobs which is shown on their faces. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY! Thank you xxx

From the intake evaluation through to ongoing daily care, the staff at Tallington has been outstanding. They are caring, engaging and always available for our questions and updates. The facility is warm, comfortable and immaculately clean, creating a wonderful "home" environment for its residents.
Furthermore, the staff take great pride in knowing and interacting with the residents, including engaging daily activities. We could not have hoped for a better place for our loved one.

Beech Lodge Care Home has been looking after our Mother since July 2025. She has received exemplary care from Anu and her whole team, and she has been well fed, been involved in daily activities when she felt up to it, and been given her daily medications regularly and safely. I believe Ashwood are now turning a corner. The staff are always kind to my sister and myself. This last six months the home appears to be more accessible regarding my sisters care and frequently ring me to ask and report on how my sister appears to me and if I have any request for her care.

My dad stayed at Tallington Lodge care home and we were very pleased with the care he received. The staff were excellent - always friendly, kind and genuinely caring. I looked round many care homes in the area and Tallington stood out from the rest. Its a warm and welcoming place and we felt reassured
knowing he was in such good hands. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate place for a loved one.

The care provided for my husband/father is outstanding. All staff from maintenance to housekeeping to kitchen staff to reception to carers to activities support to nurses to management (sorry if we've missed anyone) go above and beyond. My husband/father is well cared for. He is always clean and tidy
and well fed. He is encouraged to take part in activities and enjoys the baking sessions. He is taken out on trips and enjoys a cuppa and a cake. As a family we are fully supported too in every way. We cannot thank everyone enough for the care and support provided. Thank you.

My Mum is extremely well looked after at Rose Lodge. Nogi is always extremely friendly and approachable, any concerns are dealt with immediately. All the staff you meet whilst visiting are lovely and all make a fuss of Mum and I.
I am happy to call Rose Lodge my second home.

Lodge has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Any concerns I had were very soon dispelled and I can now relax knowing he is safe and very well cared for in every respect.

Staff are friendly and helpful , the food the residents receive looks lovely and mostly my husband has no complaints . Long May it continue .Tge staff have worked hard to get him to join in sone of the activities

Excellant care. My mother is well looked after and her care needs are well managed as are her emotional and mental health needs. We are always made welcome at the care home and feel free to visit. Mothers room is lovely and she has ensuite toilet facilities with access to a bathroom were she can have
a shower or a bath. The staff are friendly and open from the manager down to the cleaners and catering staff etc. Food is excellant , mum says she would give them a 5 star michelin rating if she could. The activities team is excellant and the variety of activities they offer is second to none.
