Care Homes Owned by Country Court in Lincolnshire

From first walking into R.L. to discuss my husband stay I felt the warmth and kindness that everyone had for each other and the Residents. In the 7 months my husband has been with you all his care has been wonderful, its been like a second family to both of us. After a fall and hospital stay, a few unsettled weeks settling in, he has now settled so well. He repeatedly lets me know how lovely everyone are looking after him. He even now calls it "HOME"!

Words fail me. Staff is excellent, engaged and caring. Staff are all very patient, cleanliness and attention to detail and respect are exemplary.

It's a Care Home I would definitely recommend and praise the management for such high care and respect towards all the residents.

Since the loss of my Father in February they have all rallied round my Mother to make sure she is happy and her daily needs are met 100%. I would recommend St John's to anyone looking to place a loved one in care

Neale Court has a great reputation. The facilities are good and the staff are fantastic. The ladies that facilitate the activities put a lot of effort into involving everyone and making them as varied as possible.

The residents are well looked after.

I am so grateful to have placed my Dad at Fenchurch House. The kindness, patience shown to my Dad was lovely, he has Alzheimer's & wasn't easy to support. Fenchurch House is very well run, family orientated, my Dad settled quickly, and I always felt welcomed.

From the day I arrived at Neale Court, 11th June 2026, I feel that all staff have gone above and beyond what I would expect in making me feel 'at home', hence the excellent rating in all areas, apart from activities. Having spent the last 6 years living alone, I prefer to stay in my own room to read, write, do x words, watch TV, entertain visitors, plus having my meals, knowing there is always someone on hand if needed. However, from the activities programme I receive weekly, I know there is so much on offer. I appreciate the conversations I have with the activities organisers. I feel blessed to be in the caring environment of Neale Court, where the staff accept that 'I am alone, but not lonely'.

I came to stay for 10 nights respite! I cannot express enough how impressed I was with every single staff member. They treated me with respect, dignity and kindness. Neale Court was peaceful and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay at Neale Court again in the future and would highly recommend your services.

Mum is not always very nice, but all staff do so well with her.

Our parents moved to Neale Court just 3 weeks ago. The whole process from first visits to care planning and moving in has been great. The team are very supportive and flexible putting our parents first at all times. We like the homely feel of the home and very friendly staff who have long experience there. The events programme is great, food looks lovely. So far so good!

My mum arrived in Tallington care home in June 26 and from her arrival I have been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their professionalism, the quality of care and the all inclusive nature of events that the staff engage the residents. It is by far the best care home in and around stamford lincs. The staff genuinely enjoy their work and the enthusiasm rubs off on the residents. Thank you for making my mum's life more enjoyable and happy.

There are always activities going on.

My mother was admitted to Fenchurch House in early January 2026 after mobility issues meant that she could not longer function in her house. From day one, the level of welcoming care and attention that she received, was outstanding. She had a beautiful room with an en suite and the 24/7 support that she required, was always provided promptly and with compassion, a friendly word, or smile and humour, which she appreciated. There were many activities to take part in and she always enjoyed them, including game's, art projects, regular sing along karaoke's, as well as lot's of special celebration days for different events, like Easter, Birthday's, Mother's Day, along with the weekly coffee morning drop in's, for family and friends. She received prompt medical attention whenever she needed it and the food prepared on site, was always excellent. She has had nothing but positive experiences during her time there.

Much effort was also made to make sure that the menu was adjusted to her likes and dislikes.

All the staff were kind and considerate. Went above and beyond in everything in mum's last few weeks.

Very pleasant home good staff. Only thing is was surprised there was no umbrellas outside in the garden for the residents to enjoy the sunshine. Also shortage of wheelchairs.

The staff do everything to make my mother feel at home in a kind professional and human manner. Thanks to all of you!

My wife has completed 6 weeks respite care and is now about to become a full-time resident. During this time, I and the family have been very satisfied with the level of care received from all the staff at Neale Court. The cleanliness, safety, facilities and food are excellent. Activities, which were restricted, are being increased at present, following the appointment of a new Activities Coordinator and will provide a wide range for residents to participate in and enjoy.
