Staff very pleasant helpful and respectful, I told the manager he should be very proud of his staff and he runs a lovely care home. I am not a family member I used to look after the resident prior to him being in the care home. I took him out for a coffee and cake.

We could not ask for anything better. Over the past 18 months our Aunty has experienced excellent care from all staff, nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is like a high class hotel. Lots of activities to keep residents entertained and exercises to help with movement and balance. The staff
are excellent in keeping us informed of any change of circumstances, they are always positive and friendly.

My mum has been a resident since July '25. The staff have without exception made her life so much more comfortable than we could provide with "home care". Everyone who greets her does so with smiles and kindness. Patience & attention to her wellbeing and dignity is abundant. If there are any problems
she is attended to immediately. She smiles and is at ease with all the staff. Having been involved with geriatric care myself on a professional level, I am very aware when the elderly are NOT happy and are not getting the care they need. But ALL the residents are in excellent hands and it shows.

One of the hardest decisions we have had to make as a family.
Cannot fault any staff members at that care home.
Lovely accommodation and all staff always acknowledge you upon arrival.
Certain team members, make that care home extra special one lady goes far beyond and a complete asset and credit
to the company (Norva).
Thank you all for looking after my mum -)

The care home is managed professionally from first contact to admittance. The Manager and colleagues are very caring and emphatic, exactly what you would expect when welcoming a loved one into their care. I found the carers to be both professional and respectful to their residents regardless of their
needs and this speaks volumes. First impressions, all carers & colleagues go the extra mile to make residents and visiting family feel at home. Excellent engagement with residents for daily activities. Well balanced home made meal plans with plenty of variety. Cleanliness and furnishings are to a high standard. My relative always presents as happy, clean and well looked after when i visit. Communication on all levels is excellent . Overall opinion - A well managed and dedicated care team providing a home from home environment for their residents.
I would highly recommend. Well done!

My husband who has mixed dementia now resides in the care home after a four week trial period. I gave 4 stars as there has been one or two basic care plans that I had to address more than once. Its's early days but my husband seems to have settled in nicely. The staff are friendly, caring approachable,
and go out of their way to help with any questions you may have.

I cannot praise the service from the team at Eccleshare Court enough, when I say TEAM we as the caring part of the family feel part of the TEAM, we are involved with care needs and our input is validated and acted upon, we listen to the care team/nurses and they intern listen to us and mum too. Mums
care needs and safety in the physical and mental capacity form the upmost importance within our plans.
Communication: this from my experience is the key to making people feel valued, the communication around the TEAM is second to none, the team let us know of any changes, incidents, falls, misbehavior (on mums behalf) and dietary changes almost instantly, this level of communication breaks down the stigma attached to the care industry and so often to care homes.
Great work Eccleshare, keep it up.
Thanks
Mums team.

My mum and stepfather arrived at Tallington Lodge Care Home at very short notice for a much needed respite stay.
They then very quickly decided (within days) that they would like to stay permanently as they were happy!
Life at Tallington Lodge is like living in a very comfortable hotel; the staff
are wonderful, very welcoming and friendly and the care is amazing. Family members can dine with their relatives to make the most of visits, and there's a 'cafe' area where you can get a hot or cold drink, which adds to the homely atmosphere. There's also a courtyard with seating and raised beds which my mum loves to potter in.
Home from home!
I am kept up to date with the care plans and any other needs or problems, and am as involved as I want to be in all aspects of their care.
I would heartily recommend Tallington Lodge Care Home.

As ever, we continue to be delighted with the care that mum receives. The staff turnover is low at Ashwood so the staff have really got to know her over the past three years and their kindness and respect are evident. The management make sure that our views as her family are taken into account and we
are always well informed about her health and wellbeing. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease and without Ashwood I really don't know how we would have coped.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My husband stayed for a weeks respite: 5 * care, came back 6to me happy & content. Eating more than he did when he went int. Remained in routine with his care as requested by myself. His room was beautifully set out & staff we happy to rearrange as requested. All staff I met were polite, courteous and
highly professional.
