We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns very seriously. Our primary objective is to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of our residents. We value transparency and strive to improve our services based on feedback. Regarding the deregistering of nursing care, we spoke with all the families and residents who were receiving nursing care to support them going forward. Since your grandmother does not receive nursing care, we did not feel it was necessary to have this conversation with your family. We follow guidelines to offer a balanced and nutritious diet tailored to each resident's needs and understand the importance of proper nutrition and hydration.
