I am proud to be the Home Manager of Bateman House. My career in the care sector spans over 43 years I have been a Registered Manager for over 30 years. My beautiful mom encouraged me to work in care and has always been my inspiration and biggest advocate; she was so proud when I won the Great British Care Awards Registered Home Manager of the Year in 2022; I dedicated my award to her.  I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

Caroline is the Customer Relations Manager at Bateman House Care Home, here to support you from your first enquiry. With a warm and understanding approach, she helps families navigate the process, answering questions, offering reassurance, and making the transition into care as smooth as possible.

Tina is our Client Services Manager and is committed to ensuring that our residents receive an excellent dining experience from our Front of House staff, during their stay with us. Tina is also responsible for our Housekeeping and Laundry team, and enjoys welcoming new residents and making sure that they have a comfortable and clean room to settle into.

Michelle is our friendly and organised Home Administrator at Bateman House. She supports residents, families, and the team with day-to-day admin and ensures everything runs smoothly. With a passion for person-centred care, Michelle helps create a welcoming home. 

Claire is our Deputy Managers at Bateman House. With a wealth of knowledge in building meaningful relationships, she brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach to her role. Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, Claire helps ensure residents feel valued and cared for while supporting staff to provide the very best person-centred care."
