The home will provide residential and specialist dementia care in a peaceful and secure setting, offering a safe and fulfilling lifestyle tailored to a variety of individual needs.

Wendy Perkins is our Home Manager at Castle Lodge. Wendy has extensive experience as a Registered Manager in both care and nursing homes. Wendy joins Castle Lodge from Stanton Court Nursing Home, also a Country Court care home, where she’s been Home Manager since 2006.
She led her care team to achieve a Good CQC rating, and the home was awarded the Gold Standards Framework for its outstanding care and dedication to end-of-life care. Wendy is passionate about providing the highest standards of care and support and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience, as well as getting to know our residents and their families in Mere.
