Amazing care good food should in my opinion has a 5star for meals provided such a lovely caring place always clean and well aired my friend could not be better cared for. Thank you all very lovely garden always a pleasure to visit and spend time with my friend

My mother has been a resident since January 2026 primarily as respite but now permanently. It was a stressful time for all the family involved including my mum. All staff were incredibly supportive during the transition period and my mother is now extremely well settled and in a content and happy place. Initially, she did not partake in social activities and tended to stay in her room. Staff have sensitively encouraged her to join in and she can now be found in the Bistro area and restaurant. Excellent care with dedicated staff.

My husband transferred here from another care home. The transition was extremely well managed. The facilities are beautiful but more importantly the care is good and staff seem well trained. They are friendly and welcoming. I get the impression most have been there quite some time and are happy in their work. The atmosphere is calm and professional at all times. The food is beautifully presented and dining rooms well set out. The home is very clean and well maintained. Cannot fault it.

Fairfield Manor is a fantastic modern care home. All members of staff from top to bottom are caring& friendly making you feel welcome. The car and compassion they show is exceptional. The home is spotlessly clean throughout. Food is excellent with each persons diet unique to them. The welfare team work tirelessly to provide activities for all residents including trips out. Could not praise them enough for the care they gave my wife who had dementia.

We never know what is in store for us as we get older, but knowing that Fairfield Manor exists and being so thankful for the wonderful staff that work there, means I can spend time with my dad and know he's in the best place!

My mother-in-law was a resident at Fairfield Manor for almost five years. She had outstanding care. As her condition deteriorated, the staff adapted to her needs and showed concern and compassion along with respect for her as an individual. The present manager and deputy manager go beyond the call of duty to ensure that night care as well as day care is up to standard. Any problems or concerns have been dealt with immediately and with professionalism and courtesy. We have also felt included in the life of the home.

Fairfield Manor is a Five Star care home. They have been looking after my mother in law for six weeks now, Dec 2025, and she has settled in very well. The staff are always very welcoming when my wife and I visit. There are daily morning and afternoon activities for the residents to participate in every day of the week, which she enjoys joining in. The food is top restaurant quality , prepared by a professional chef and his team. The bistro is where we meet up, and we are always provided with refreshments, whilst there are cosy lounges on each floor should you wish to have a quieter location to meet. Overall my wife and I are extremely pleased with the care that Ma is receiving, and she is also making new friendships.

Washing and dressing have become a problem for Mother-in-law but the staff are very patient and encouraging to her.

My mother has been at the home for three years now and we have been very pleased with the kind, caring and professional support she receives. The facilities are very good and the standard of cleanliness is high.

My father came in on respite for 6 weeks. On week 4 he decided to permanently move here as he said lovely atmosphere more here as he sad lovely atmosphere. The staff are brilliant friendly and look after him so well. Every time I visit dad all the staff seem happy and nothing is too much trouble. This includes staff in office, receptionists, carers and activity staff. Dad likes plain food and staff know his likes and dislikes. I can relax and know dad is safe.

Every single worker member of staff showed exceptional care, compassion and dignity for my mum. Its hard to put into words how much the support meant. From the moment she arrived we felt she was not just well looked after but truly cared for. It was clear that every resident is treated with genuine affection and respect. Whether it was the gentle attentiveness of the carers or nursing staff. The gentle encouragement from the activity team, the thoughtful meals from the kitchen team, or the clean comforting environment maintained by housekeeping, no role has gone unnoticed. You created a space where we could be with her without worrying about anything else. Thank you for giving us the peace to focus on being with her and the quiet strength and kindness you offered us.

Exceptionally kind and caring staff doing a fantastic job in often challenging circumstances. My mother has been a resident for over 18 months. She has improved dramatically and was bed-bound (with full nursing required) when she arrived. She is now able to leave her room, eat meals in the dining room, and participate in the various social activities organised. As a family, we feel very well supported.

Generally care home is okay but owner changed. Now they do more profit for their business rather than looking after residence. For example, toilet rolls they used to use much better one. Now discounted very cheap materials, no wipes, cleaning products around tables, toilet. Really saving materials around home. They do not change as often as bedding, towels. We are not so happy compared with when my friend got in.

The only complaints I hear from my resident is that the food and menu is not as varied as it was up to last year and that she struggles to pick from the daily menu. However, my resident only likes typical English food and struggles with foreign type meals. My client does remain in her room permanently so can feel isolated at times. She does not participate in any activities by choice.

Fairfield home is like a family; the staff are very welcoming, the management are extremely professional, and the nursing care team are very experienced and caring. My Dad has been there for three years now, and he is very happy.

I have experience of the Care Home for the past 4 years and would have to admit that it was excellent when it first opened but it has slowly gone downhill over the last couple of years. As the home added more residents it would appear the staff are really stretched at times and do not appear to have much time for each resident. The food would appear not to be as good over the past year.
