Link House Care and Nursing Home offers residential, nursing and specialist dementia care in the desirable, welcoming and leafy surroundings of Raynes Park on the Surrey/South London border.

Recently renovated, Link House is designed with residents in mind and is fully equipped to provide care in a pleasant and comfortable setting. The home has 52 rooms with ample opportunity for residents to personalise their living space. The home has undergone substantial redecoration and updating of late that provides modern and homely furnishing and comfort to everyone at the home, with assisted bathrooms and shower rooms for those with mobility issues as well as luxurious and warm communal and individual spaces.

Link House offers a wide range of daily activities tailored to individual preferences, with something always going on. This enables residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and helps them to continue living fulfilling lives with their wellbeing paramount. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, especially in allowing visits. Despite my mum's failing health, I can tell she is being well cared for and looked after, which I am very thankful for and I know it was the right decision to put her in the care of Link House.

The staff at Link House are all amazing. They go above and beyond to provide great quality of care for my mum she is very happy at Link House. She laughs and jokes with the staff and engages in different activities with the help of the activity coordinator which helps stimulant the residents and bring
out their creative side.
They provide great quality of care which has given my mum a good quality of life. Respecting her dignity and tending to her needs making sure she is safe, happy and comfortable.
This allows me to be able to sleep at night knowing that she is being cared for 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I live in Australia and rely on the lovely caring staff to look after my grandmother. They are always caring and polite and put my mind at ease that my grandmother is ok. I see her regularly on video chats and any questions I have are always answered, I always receive regular updates and videos of my
grandmother. Also, my grandmother is much better than what she was when living on her own, especially as she was getting quite sick before from dementia and knowing she is happier puts my mind at ease. So thank you to the staff I see every week, you really put my mind at ease.

Although my Mum was only in Link House for a month I found the staff to be very compassionate and kind. They were helpful at all times and very easy to just chat with - no robots!
And when my Mum passed away I received a lovely card from them with a handwritten message which meant so much as it showed,
at a glance, the love she was surrounded by.

Me and my family find the home to be friendly, caring and welcoming. We find the staff to be caring. At times it appears the staff have more than enough to do but they seem to cope.
At times my mother appears to be waiting longer than necessary in the toilet - but I am sure that is rare.

We found Link House to be a good, comfortable nursing home. Our mother was treated very well by all the staff. Although Mum did moan that the night time carers were not as gentle or attentive, Mum was looked after very well at Link House. Mum developed new friendships with the nurses and the very kind
carers. Especially, one lady who gave Mum a lot of time and kind attention. They became friends, Mum trusted her.

Seems more organised since new owners took over and it appears there are more staff about, (at least at the times I visit). Staff have always been friendly and supportive of my Aunt and me. Great to see visits out happening now. My Aunt seems happy and contented here and has a good relationship with
the staff. She says her meals are nice. Clean environment. Would like to see more comfortable chairs, stools and side tables for the residents.
I would also like to see regular reviews initiated by the home with relatives. I had one a few months ago which was helpful and reassuring so need these on a regular basis say quarterly.

Link House is a lovely, safe environment for my mum, who loves living here. I do think that the chairs in the sunroom are a little dilapidated and there are no seating cushions. The staff are lovely and caring.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They exercise great patience with the residents and are aware of the patient's needs and medication. The food menu is fabulous and there are many facilities on hand.
It would have been nice to have more garden/outdoor space for the summer months to take
residents out for a meal or to enjoy the weather. Great home and would certainly recommend.

I am relieved to know that my sister is being cared for each and every day, thus preventing my constant worry about her welfare. My grandad spent his last few months at Link House. He had many health problems. I can not thank the staff at Link House for their care and support. They managed to let my grandad live his last couple of months in dignity and comfort. They were also very supportive towards the family. Nothing was too
much for them and they always made sure he had everything he wanted. His room was always clean and the food served always looked well prepared. Thank you Link House.

Link House is a very well organised & run Care Home. The Managers are excellent, as are all of the staff & I mean everyone; floor managers, carers, caterers & cleaners. The carers are fantastic, they are all so patient kind & understanding. Showing respect to my mother & all the people living at Link
House, treating everybody with dignity.
Everyone is well cared for, always washed, fed & well-dressed every day. Recently, my mother, had issues swallowing & the carers have persisted with careful kind encouragement, she is now feeding herself again, which quite frankly is nothing short of amazing. They really do care for every aspect of all of the people living there.
Link House offers wide range of activities for everyone when visiting you are made to feel more than welcome & can participate in the activities too. I really would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Link House, you have made an incredible difference to my mother, who is now so much happier & content.
