something going on around the home. It really is lovely!!!!

My sister in law is very happy and her husband likes to visit at different times. This is not a problem as he is made to feel welcome. The room is onsuite and kept very clean. She loves having her hair done and it's great that the hair salon is on site

The care home ensure my parent is in the lounge for most of the day and not in her bedroom which is good for companionship etc.
Staff inform me of any falls occurring in a timely manner & detail treatment/or if an ambulance has been called.
They have regular update meetings advising of events, or
what they have going on in the home & it is an opportunity to chat about any issues which may arise. There is also a suggestion box.

My mum had the misfortune to Break her Glasses whist in the Home. The Home have since ordered a replacement pair at No Cost to Mum. This is very good because in most Homes or Workplaces they would say 'Tough get your own and pay for it yourself.'

Well first of all I must say that ALL the staff & especially Lyndsey she goes above & beyond to help my mum settle in really quickly, I am so much appreciated that the work they do is hard as I was a carer for nearly 30 years so I know how difficult it can be at times, I just want to give Lyndsey
all the credit an so much more than she deserves to keep us informed about any changes to do with my mum.....you all do a great & wonderful job looking after my mum & all the other residents, keep up the good work xx

On the whole very good. Wether their is enough staff it is hard to say. Sometimes it takes a while for carers to come and attend to needs I appreciate there are many other patients to care for, but especially with continence issues, it helps maintain patient dignity. Staff are very caring and
patient.

Mum was brought to Beechcroft as a temporary resident initially, for respite for the family. As time went by my family realised that it was the best place for her.
She is safe and well cared for.
The manager and staff go to extreme lengths to meet her needs. Her room is like a home from home.
There is nothing denied to her.
Beechcroft care home has everything you could possibly need/want.
The meals are excellent and plenty of choice.
I would recommend this care home to anyone who is worried about their loved one settling down.

My dad was a resident at Beechcroft Care Home from September 2024 until he sadly passed away on the 18th of September 2025 in hospital.
The professional approach of all the care team members and management was second to none for the entire time that my dad was a resident in there care.
The
communication I received throughout the entire time my dad was in there care was nothing short of exceptional.
Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the care team or management.
They were always very professional, friendly, polite and are extremely hard working individuals.
Dad was always treated with respect, compassion & kindness throughout his time at this lovely care home.

nothing was ever too much trouble.
The food served was excellent and cooked fresh daily. Help feeding if required was always given.

Our mum was placed in Beechcroft from June 2024 until July 2025. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control she was moved to another location.
During her stay she was treated with respect, kindness, compassion and received excellent care. All members of nursing and care staff were
extremely attentive to mum and attended to her every need. We are sad mum had to leave as she could not have been treated better anywhere else.

My mum is happily settled in Beecroft. She has had a few health scares during her time but I was kept informed at all times by considerate and caring staff. I visit most days and all the care workers welcome me with a smile and a little chat which I really appreciate as I know how busy they are. The
food is exceptionally good - good variety and beautifully home cooked. The office manager is warm and welcoming and willing to help and advise. The maintenance person, activities people, cleaners and laundry ladies do fantastic work - nothing is too much trouble. Despite how busy the manager is he always asks me how I am too. I would recommend Beechcroft as a safe, caring home.
