I found the home very friendly and caring. My mum is treated very well and is happy. She enjoys the activities and seems content in her surroundings. Very caring staff, above and beyond with care when I have been visiting. Very kind on the telephone too when you call to see how mum is doing.

Milton House is a true home, full of love, warmth and laughter. My friend is now calm and confident and cared for, and visiting her here is joyful, where it used to be upsetting and tearful in her previous home. All the staff are, quite frankly, exceptional.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and management of this care home. They have looked after my mum with care and patience and go beyond what would be my expectation of a care home. I am completely comfortable that my mum is in safe and caring hands.

My wife has just spent 8 days in Milton Care home. She had a really nice experience. I was kept updated on her time in the home by the manager via email. Very friendly helpful staff.

Mum settled in really well and is so well looked after and cared for by the staff. She enjoys her meals and they are varied and plentiful. All you can ask is that your loved one is cared for and looked after and she most definitely is. All staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I went to a barbi at Milton House as my partner was there, and I was the entertainer for the afternoon. Very good for and well-presented. Plenty of staff. Would go again if asked.

My partner, a dementia sufferer, was in hospital for six weeks as a result of having a fall and breaking her hip. She was placed in your home by the NHS for six weeks while her long-term future is assessed. I have nothing but the utmost praise for your wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful to the next degree. You all deserve the utmost praise.

I found everyone at Milton care home is caring and understanding. Always keep me informed. My cousin can be very difficult but they cope very well.

Myself and mum had a few teething problems at first as was all new to us and daunting, but after a few days she settled in well, says the nurses are brilliant attending to her needs as she is alert but her mobility is failing her. I can see they care for the resident's wellbeing. She really enjoys the food but would like 2 slices of toast instead of 1 in the mornings she does love her food, the dinners she says are spot on, very nice. They recently had a bbq party which was fantastic, decorated throughout, Elvis impersonator was great, lovely spread of food, raffle. Thanks for great day.

My father has been here two years, in the time he has been here he has gained weight and seems much more content in his surroundings. Due to his dementia, he doesn't always recognise me when I visit but there is no doubt from his reactions that he loves and is loved by those who care for him. Excellent communication with us from staff concerning his healthcare.
