Had such a lovely time today with my mum and all the residents and staff at a valentines get together and entertainment and food. I can't express enough how amazing all the staff are and the managers, Paris is such a wonderful kind and funny lady and does so much for the entertainment side of things

My mum has been a resident of Milton House for nearly 3 and a half years. In that time she has been looked after with such care and dignity. All the staff became her second family and Milton House became home to my mum. Yes she had favourite members of staff but she always had a smile for
everyone. In her final days she was cared for with dignity and love and as her daughter I couldnt of asked for anything more. My thanks to you all

The best thing I have done was to put my aunt at Milton House. I have never had any issues or worries about my aunt being at Milton. The carers are excellent and the new manager is fantastic. I am so pleased that she is well looked after to which I am so grateful.

I cannot praise enough the stuff and the care that the home gave our dear Mum in the last year of her life. They really looked after her and we had absolutely no worries about her being there. She could be challenging at times but nothing was too much for all the staff. Every single one of them are
fantastic,Management,Carers,activities team even down to the cleaners and cook all them are friendly helpful and caring. Just what you need to put your mind at ease. Even after Mum passed we are still in contact. A wonderful team and perfect home.

I found the home very friendly and caring. My mum is treated very well and is happy. She enjoys the activities and seems content in her surroundings. Very caring staff, above and beyond with care when I have been visiting. Very kind on the telephone too when you call to see how mum is doing.

Milton House is a true home, full of love, warmth and laughter. My friend is now calm and confident and cared for, and visiting her here is joyful, where it used to be upsetting and tearful in her previous home. All the staff are, quite frankly, exceptional.

I have nothing but praise for the staff and management of this care home. They have looked after my mum with care and patience and go beyond what would be my expectation of a care home. I am completely comfortable that my mum is in safe and caring hands.

My wife has just spent 8 days in Milton Care home. She had a really nice experience. I was kept updated on her time in the home by the manager via email.

I went to a barbi at Milton House as my partner was there, and I was the entertainer for the afternoon. Very good for and well-presented. Plenty of staff. Would go again if asked.

My partner, a dementia sufferer, was in hospital for six weeks as a result of having a fall and breaking her hip. She was placed in your home by the NHS for six weeks while her long-term future is assessed. I have nothing but the utmost praise for your wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful to the
next degree. You all deserve the utmost praise.
