Staff are amazing and patient activities manny comes up with amazing ideas to entertain the residents. Birthday parties are well acknowledged with entertainments cake buffet and drinks making sure the residents have a very happy birthday. On the whole very satisfied with the home. Only grumble is
laundry things are not being returned even though names are on every mortal thing.

Mum is very settled and looked after and staff are very patient with mums moods.
Activities are brilliant and they do include mum if she's in her good mood. Im concerned with her clothes even though all have her name in (sewn in) even down to her socks they are repeatedly missing from her room.
Overall mum couldn' t be in a better care home. Well done Lever Edge.

Always welcoming. staff very helpful and available to offer help and advice if needed.
Residents seem comfortable. Home is clean and bright. Involve residents with activities which go on social media for residents to see.

The only problem is my mum really needs her glasses on all the time. Many times I have seen photos of her doing activities without her glasses. I arrived today to visit, she didn't have her glasses on.

My mum had been a resident at Lever Edge care Home for 12 months now. We lost our dad and she lost her husband whom she had been married to for 62 years in March this year. We have had so much support from the carers, it's been very difficult at times. It's a shame I can't name because I would
really like to thank certain carers for going the extra mile.

I was very upset one afternoon in October and Lyndsay on my dad's unit noticed and came to check on me and was so supportive and caring. On the same visit the senior Cheryl on my dad's unit also went above and beyond to help me with an issue offering so much help and support. Can't thank them
enough for what they do for my dad and the support they give me xxx

My mum Has been very happy since coming to Lever Edge, she joins in a lot more than other places she has been in. All the carers are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about the residents, since coming here in sept24 my mum always seems happy she is very messy but her room and appearance is
always clean & well looked after. I can't praise the staff enough for how good they are with the residents.

My mum finds the home friendly and helpful and they try to make sure everyone is happy.
My mum is always clean and well fed.
As a family member, we would like my mum to do more walking with her frame and simple exercises to keep her strength and mobility up.

The activities coordinator at Lever Edge is a very caring lady. When it is a resident's birthday, she decorates the room, makes sure the resident has a birthday cake and invites other residents to the party. She ensures all the residents enjoy themselves and goes above and beyond her duties. She is
an asset to the company.

The activities coordinator is always a friendly and reassuring face. This very lovely lady always updates me on the activities that my aunt has been involved in and shows me photos. This lady would appear to go above and beyond her normal duties, making life for the residents more enjoyable.
