View Full Details of Jubilee Court Care Home with NursingMy dad became a resident on Sandringham in April 2025. After living by himself with dementia and care at home, he became unsafe to be at home due to his falls. Since being at Jubilee Court, he has regained a lot more confidence and enjoys the company of the other residents and staff. Myself and our family are all very grateful for the level of care he receives and, in particular, the amount of activities he is able to join in. Thank you to all the staff. Always recommend Jubilee to everyone I speak to.
Having had my father-in-law in a different home. I could not believe the difference it made bringing him to this home. He settled almost immediately. He joins in with the activities. He really likes it, which is a big relief for us. The staff and management are superb. We cannot ask for anything better.
My father is in your home and is so happy as he came from a very bad home and he is so settled now. The staff are amazing and the activities they provide and the day trips are just fantastic. I feel so at ease now he is in their amazing place. I have recommended his home to so many people because it is 1st class. I cannot thank you enough.
My mum moved here about 8 months ago from another care home because she needed nursing care. From looking around to moving in was a very good experience. Mums settled in really well. Everyone is so lovely and professional can't ask for anything better. 100% cleanliness 100% food 100% treated with dignity. I can approach any member of staff on my mums unit who are all so supportive for me not only mum. Well done Jubilee Court - 5 star review.
I find Jubilee Court to be very attentive and very efficient towards my mothers needs. All of which are met. All staff are friendly and helpful very approachable and always willing to help what ever the request, from a chair to a cuppa. Nothing is ever too much trouble, would highly recommend Jubilee Court.
We have found the care home is in very good condition and the care is also good. I found the staff pleasant.
The level of care received for the 15 weeks my late friend was resident at Jubilee Court was exemplary. All staff were kind, caring, helpful, attentive, cheerful with a positive attitude. The home is well maintained, clean with a positive atmosphere. All visitors (and there were quite a few) commented on how nice the staff were and how clean and tidy Jubilee Court was. End of Life Care is a challenging experience for the individual and the staff. The experience of Jubilee Court providing dignity along with the positive attributes from the staff made this difficult time more comforting than one could have imagined.
Terrible Experience - Proceed with Caution We are in the process of pursuing legal action against this care home due to the unacceptable treatment my grandparent received. On two separate occasions, I walked in to find him stuck down the side of his bed. This neglect resulted in a broken femur-despite staff initially insisting that he had not sustained any such injury. The management has been shockingly poor and unresponsive. However, I would like to acknowledge one staff member- a newly appointed nurse-who has been a rare exception. His care, professionalism, and compassion have stood out. Thank you, for your support during such a distressing time. What's even more alarming is that, after speaking with other families at the hospital, I discovered that similar incidents have happened to others who were under this care home's supervision. Avoid this place at all costs. If you value the wellbeing of your loved ones, do not send them here.
Mum is very well cared for, and the staff and manager are caring and look after the residents to a high standard. The home is of the Ritz hotel standard, and they are a 5 star care home. I am very pleased Mum is in a place of safety and receiving first class care. Thanks go to all above who included with Mum's care.
All the staff talk to you and if I need to know anything they will tell you and help you if you need anything and they update you of all that they are doing I can not thank them enough for the work all the staff do and they take the time to speak to the residence
Jubilee Court offers excellent care for my mother. Always accommodating and helpful. Clean and modern environment with daily activities. The courtyard is well kept and a nice place for some fresh air.
Although my cousin was reluctant to consider a move to a care home, she agreed to move into Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing after we managed to secure her a place. It is a lovely place with kind and helpful staff catering for all of the needs of the residents staying there. They were extremely helpful when we initially were looking at where my cousin could go and made her transition from the hospital to the home seamless. Now my cousin is happy, safe and being well cared for. We could not ask for more.
We are very happy with the care given to my mum who has Alzheimer's. The transition from living at home with carers into full time care has been made easier by the hard work of all staff and my mum has settled well. Staff are caring, polite, helpful and dedicated. The range of activities is very impressive and I feel this really helps mum. She is always kept busy and families are invited to join in and encouraged to share experiences to make more valuable memories together.
My father needed to be moved to a nursing home rather than residential home due to his progressing dementia needs. I found the sister nursing home to the residential home he was already in and the transition was brilliant. The staff have been patient and understanding whilst settling him in to his new home. He is treated with dignity, care, empathy and respect. They also have a laugh and joke with him when he is in the right mindset. He is gently encouraged with all aspects of living there whether it be to join in with activities to getting him to eat. The nurses are on the ball in informing me should there be any concerns and happy to update me whether by telephone when I ring or if I go and visit. I know if for any reason I am not able to visit, my father is well cared for and my mind is at ease. Thank you Jubilee Court.
We are very pleased with the care offered to mum. All staff, including cleaning staff, are very willing to help when asked. Staff are approachable and friendly. Mum has settled well in a short time. Her room is clean and there are en-suite washing facilities.
Jubilee Court is a lovely care home. The staff are friendly and always keep us up to date with anything we need to know. It has given us peace of mind to know that my mother in law is being taken care of.
My mother has lived at Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing since January 2019. It has been, and continues to be, a wonderful home for her. The care and attention from the staff is exceptional and, right from the beginning, they treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mum has advanced Alzheimer's and knowing she is living in a home where she gets personal connection and care is invaluable to all the family. We have always been kept very well informed both about events at the home in general and especially about my mum. The rooms are kept so comfortable, warm and clean and my mum is able to have her pictures and trinkets from home all around her. We are very fortunate to have found Jubilee as a home for our beloved mother.
My dad has lived at a Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing since November 2020. The care received has been second to non from the nurses on his unit and the care staff. If we have any issues, we address them as they arise - there have been occasional issues with agency nurses at night but I understand there are now permanent night staff. The regular staff, nurses, carers and cleaning staff are welcoming and friendly and are now like part of our extended family. Dad now calls Jubilee Court his home - he is currently an in patient at hospital and has been singing your praises to all the doctors, nurses and carers on the ward and can't wait to get home. Mum, my sister and I cannot thank you all enough - you are all amazing I can not rate activities as dad can not participate due to his physical limitations. This is no reflection on the activity coordinator - if Dad can ever be included he is, for example taken a cream tea to his room if it's an occasion when she is organising cream teas.
I have a very dear friend who has been living at Jubilee Court Care Home since July 2023 when diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and following a stroke. I am now also power of attorney for her as her husband has sadly passed away this year and can honestly say the staff have been absolutely amazing since day one and genuinely care about her and the other residents. The home is spotless, has a very upbeat atmosphere from the office staff and the care staff. Absolutely nothing is too much bother for them whether it is from me or my friend and we are both made to feel as part of the family. They put on activities and outings for the residents able to participate in them and keep those not so fortunate very stimulated by spending quality time with them. I have regular communications with the home and feel a real connection with them all. Thank you.
The level of care my aunt receives is second to none . The staff always go above and beyond and for any issues, I am notified immediately. The managers really do care about the residents and will do all they can to make the place their home. Jubilee ticks all the boxes.
