Walking around Nottingham's Famous Goose Fair on Saturday, The Activity Lady and everyone from Jubilee Court will Know who I refer to D.M, had brought two residents from Jubilee court by Taxi to let them enjoy the Lights, smells, Stalls etc and the fun of the fair, whilst walking round with them I particularly
noticed the attention to the care of these two people, Shown by the Lady mentioned, she made sure they were enjoying the experience, bought them Hot Dogs and and let them buy things they wanted to take back with them for friends or family,


The next Day, Sunday my daughter and myself went to the Community Silver Sunday Cream Tea event,
which was excellent, I again witnessed the same attention to the Care of all the attendees, by this Lady,
I would like to congratulate her on her Excellent Caring Nature for all those in her charge,
and thank you Jubilee for a Delicious Cream Tea.

My granddad is at the care home, he was moved to here from another care home. He is so settled and a lot happier. The carers take amazing care my my granddad, I follow them on their social media platform, and see regular posts of activities and trips they do, and it is amazing to see my granddad socialise

We came to visit to see if there was a space for my dad, and we loved the place from the start. Dad moved in and was cared for and loved. The staff are amazing, very attentive and caring. My dad became a resident on Sandringham in April 2025. After living by himself with dementia and care at home, he became unsafe to be at home due to his falls. Since being at Jubilee Court, he has regained a lot more confidence and enjoys the company of the other residents and staff. Myself and our

My mum moved here about 8 months ago from another care home because she needed nursing care. From looking around to moving in was a very good experience. Mums settled in really well. Everyone is so lovely and professional can't ask for anything better. 100% cleanliness 100% food 100% treated with dignity.
I can approach any member of staff on my mums unit who are all so supportive for me not only mum. Well done Jubilee Court - 5 star review.

I find Jubilee Court to be very attentive and very efficient towards my mothers needs. All of which are met. All staff are friendly and helpful very approachable and always willing to help what ever the request, from a chair to a cuppa. Nothing is ever too much trouble, would highly recommend Jubilee

The level of care received for the 15 weeks my late friend was resident at Jubilee Court was exemplary. All staff were kind, caring, helpful, attentive, cheerful with a positive attitude. The home is well maintained, clean with a positive atmosphere.
All visitors (and there were quite a few) commented
on how nice the staff were and how clean and tidy Jubilee Court was.
End of Life Care is a challenging experience for the individual and the staff. The experience of Jubilee Court providing dignity along with the positive attributes from the staff made this difficult time more comforting than one could have imagined.

Terrible Experience - Proceed with Caution


We are in the process of pursuing legal action against this care home due to the unacceptable treatment my grandparent received. On two separate occasions, I walked in to find him stuck down the side of his bed. This neglect resulted in a broken femur-despite

staff initially insisting that he had not sustained any such injury.


The management has been shockingly poor and unresponsive. However, I would like to acknowledge one staff member- a newly appointed nurse-who has been a rare exception. His care, professionalism, and compassion have stood out. Thank you, for your support during such a distressing time.


What's even more alarming is that, after speaking with other families at the hospital, I discovered that similar incidents have happened to others who were under this care home's supervision.


Avoid this place at all costs. If you value the wellbeing of your loved ones, do not send them here.

Although my cousin was reluctant to consider a move to a care home, she agreed to move into Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing after we managed to secure her a place. It is a lovely place with kind and helpful staff catering for all of the needs of the residents staying there. They were extremely
helpful when we initially were looking at where my cousin could go and made her transition from the hospital to the home seamless.

We are very happy with the care given to my mum who has Alzheimer's. The transition from living at home with carers into full time care has been made easier by the hard work of all staff and my mum has settled well. Staff are caring, polite, helpful and dedicated. The range of activities is very impressive
and I feel this really helps mum. She is always kept busy and families are invited to join in and encouraged to share experiences to make more valuable memories together.

My father needed to be moved to a nursing home rather than residential home due to his progressing dementia needs. I found the sister nursing home to the residential home he was already in and the transition was brilliant.
The staff have been patient and understanding whilst settling him in to his
new home. He is treated with dignity, care, empathy and respect. They also have a laugh and joke with him when he is in the right mindset. He is gently encouraged with all aspects of living there whether it be to join in with activities to getting him to eat.
The nurses are on the ball in informing me should there be any concerns and happy to update me whether by telephone when I ring or if I go and visit.
I know if for any reason I am not able to visit, my father is well cared for and my mind is at ease.

We are very pleased with the care offered to mum. All staff, including cleaning staff, are very willing to help when asked. Staff are approachable and friendly.
Mum has settled well in a short time. Her room is clean and there are en-suite washing facilities.

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2015

I originally began my journey with Runwood Homes as a care assistant back in 2015.  I felt I had found my true calling and continued working within the care sector while progressing to my current role of Home Manager. I have a varied background and have worked in different settings and supported a range of different ages and abilities.


I am passionate about ensuring our residents receive genuine, person-centred care promoting a true sense of belonging and maintaining their links and connections within the community. I have high expectations for myself and my team and am incredibly proud to be a part of the Jubilee Court Team.

I have worked in the social care sector for the last 12 years. I began my journey as a care assistant and have progressed through various roles and began my current role as Deputy Manager in September 2024.

I support the residents in planning activities, outings, and events and ensure that all residents receive person-centred support that is led by their life experiences, wishes, and preferences. I support the team and provide guidance to staff where needed. I am passionate about ensuring the residents live fulfilled and happy lives.

My name is Lisa. I have worked at Jubilee Court for the last 8 years. I was previously a nursery manager and felt that a change in pace was needed. I love my role, and I am passionate about ensuring that residents have a clean, safe, and beautiful home to live in. I am the Head Housekeeper and lead the domestic and ancillary staff teams. I am also the infection control lead and work hard to ensure that our residents and staff remain safe, and we are all working together to promote the cleanliness of the home.
