Overall, a superb care home with super friendly staff who do genuinely care about the residents. I try to visit every other day where possible and try to go at lunchtime, so I can help Mum with her meals, this not only helps the staff because it's a very busy time for them but also myself because of
Mum's condition. I find it gives me something to do and talk to her about things going on. If I see something not quite right, I tell a member of the team who usually acts on it straight away and is always approachable. Thanks to everyone.

They say third time lucky. My husband has been a resident at two other homes that were not suitable for him. I am really pleased he was accepted at Jubilee Court, as he is not without issues. The staff are really friendly and kind. Activities are laid on to get the residents involved and give them something
to look forward to and entertain them. The manager is happy to talk to you, give advice and try to allay any concerns you may have. He can be seen engaging with residents; it is encouraging that he knows them by name. The home itself is nicely decorated, clean and bright. The bedrooms are spacious; I understand all the rooms are en suite. Once my husband has settled in, I am sure he will be happy there.

My brother has been with you for over a year and has received excellent, sensitive care throughout. I am based in Somerset with family and personal health issues, so I rely totally on the team at Jubilee Court. I am very pleased with the quality he receives .
I am contacted should he have a tumble
out of bed or if permission is required for covid jabs etc, and also if he needs clothing or toiletries.

After ten weeks in hospital, we were keen to get our mum settled into a care home. Since she moved in, we have found very professional and caring staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Our mum is well cared for and tells us "everyone is so kind". Thank you to all the staff at Jubilee Court.

My mother has been in Jubilee Court for over 6-years. She has been cared for very well.
My father was there for the last 9-months of his life; he passed away at the home in December 2021.
The end-of-life care was absolutely superb. This was due to the carers in Sandringham Unit being so caring and
compassionate towards him and our family. You would have thought he was one of their own family.

I love that my husband is happy here! And to be honest, that’s all that matters to me. But all staff are lovely. I enjoy all my visits. I find I can always approach most of the staff. He always has a lovely smile for me when I visit (which makes my day). I can honestly say two ladies, in particular,

Over the winter, the home seems to generally have had trouble with controlling infections. However, I am hopeful that this is going to be addressed by the new management.
Mum has always enjoyed the food at the home and there are ad-hoc activities she can take part in as well as a regular coffee morning.

We cannot thank the staff at Jubilee Court enough for what they have done for our mother. The care provided was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care and compassion were excellent. Every time we visited, Mum was always immaculate and had her buzzer in her hand. She was cared for and

My mum was very poorly in hospital, being looked after palliatively. All my mum wanted was to be in Hucknall where she has lived for 92-years. Jubilee Court had a bed. My guilt at Mum having to go into a home was diminished as soon as my first visit took place. From walking in the door and being greeted
by the receptionist like an old friend was amazing. Everyone at the care home should feel proud of the care, devotion and respect they give not only to the residents but all the family.

Too many to list, poor standards all-round. My father suffered two injuries, and on the first event, I was informed six hours later. Second event, he had fallen and taken to hospital. I was informed seven hours later. No information on which hospital. Sent him to a hospital appointment via taxi on his

The care our mum received at Jubilee Court puts our minds at ease to know that she is being so well looked after each day. Not being able to visit Mum inside has been very difficult during the Covid pandemic, but the staff made visits possible for us to have via a "pod or window visit" when allowed
to by Government ruling. Yesterday, I was able to go to Mums room for a visit to see her, and to say I was excited would be an understatement. Everything from the lateral flow test to full PPE was provided, and I felt extremely safe going into the building to see Mum. There were lots of happy tears when I saw Mum, but the feeling of joy to be able to hold her hands after almost a year is something I will never forget. Thank you, Jubille Court staff; you are all amazing.

My mamma recently moved into Jubilee Court. I can not praise the home enough. The carers and all staff are lovely and keep us informed of how mamma has been, due to covid we haven’t been able to visit but they have been facetiming us for us to be able to see mamma.
She is on Windsor unit and staff
have really been amazing, they have gone above and beyond for mamma and all the family. We can not thank them enough. The managers have been great as well, really helped put our minds at ease.
We are a big family and ring every day sometimes a few times a day and they are more than happy to speak to us at any time to help us with any questions we have. The staff have really helped mamma and the family with the move, as it’s a little scary at first but really put our minds at ease.
Mamma says she loves it there, so that’s great news too. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Jubilee Court.

As a resident at Jubilee Court, I found the staff very good, especially two members of staff. I love it that much that I don't go home. The food is amazing, clothes - they are clean once tidy. I loved to stay here but I know it's not allowed.

All excellent. My brother did get dehydrated now and again but given his condition, he made it difficult for the staff to get liquid down him. I am sure you have techniques and I believe this is a problem for many in his condition but was a concern. Otherwise, lovely staff and always willing to keep

Very caring staff, the home is very clean and a safe environment. Mother's end of life care was done with compassion and empathy. I was always welcome to visit and found staff very friendly.
My only minor complaint is that I have received nothing from Head Office since Mother's passing, no letter or

I originally began my journey with Runwood Homes as a care assistant back in 2015.  I felt I had found my true calling and continued working within the care sector while progressing to my current role of Home Manager. I have a varied background and have worked in different settings and supported a range of different ages and abilities.
