Mum had been at Jubilee Court for a year before sadly passing away. We could not have wished for a better place for Mum in that last year of her life.
We were all looked after and supported and Mum's every need was attended to with love and care. The staff at Jubilee Court didn't just look after Mum
but we all have, it's a very difficult decision to let others care for your loved one.
However, we knew instantly we had made the right choice and now we feel part of the Jubilee family and vice versa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management and we were always made to feel welcome day and night.
Mum was able to take part in lots of fun activities to keep her stimulated and the family and friends events were absolutely wonderful. There is a real connection at Jubilee with the staff.
We cannot thank Jubilee Court enough for everything they have done for our mum and for their expertise, professionalism, respect, love, support, time, and care.

My wife spent a year in Jubilee Court after hospital discharge, from March 2023 to March 2024, when unfortunately she passed away, during this time she received excellent care from carers/ nurses and all other staff members, she was always included in the wide range of activities that she could manage,
I visited nearly every day so witnessed the care that she and other residents received, the staff became family friends, at the time of her passing the management and all staff were very supportive of myself and family, and quite a few of them attended her funeral,

Mum sadly passed away in March 2024 after living at Jubilee for nearly 4 years. Whilst on the whole Mum's care was good, and some staff were exceptional in their care. I do feel slightly let down by the management. I have not had contact with the manager since prior to Mum's passing, and I just think
that it would have been a nice gesture to receive an email (or even a card) expressing their condolences. A generic email template is easy to set up after all! Maybe a thought for future residents' families?

My wife has only been in Jubilee Court from 22/1/24. The care she has had is very good, excellent is very close, as we have only been there two months we are very pleased with all the staff. The change in my wife is beyond what we were getting at the other care home as they would tell my standards are
very high. We have not been let down up to now. Words can not say enough about all the staff, we have seen how a care home should be run.

I was invited to take part in the strawberry tea afternoon event. I was made to feel very welcome and saw that all users are made to feel like family. Very well respected, great atmosphere, is treated with dignity, and is truly respectful by all visitors. Fabulous day out with the happy residents afternoon

I can not fault Jubilee Court, they have provided first-class care to my father-in-law, the staff and nurses are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for my father-in-law, a truly caring environment, it is good to know that he is in safe hands.

My start point. It is next to "impossible" for any individual or institution to be "perfect" when faced with the task of caring for other human beings with such a diversity of general needs and immediately to each and every on of their personal, real or perceived, crises and fears.
My markings below
reflect this view.
My wife was admitted into Jubilee Court in December 2022 effectively via hospital discharge. Her condition alarmed me and I feared for her survival. Nine months later her health and welfare condition is amazing and I am completely satisfied this state of affairs is due entirely to the generally excellent medical and personal care she is receiving in the best possible surroundings. My conscience - "she is in best possible place."

Even though Mum has lots of disabilities the staff get Mum out and about mixing with everyone -

Nursing for my husband continues to be excellent despite his challenging behaviour both physically and mentally. His health has significantly deteriorated over the last few weeks and the nursing staff have kept me informed at all times and treated him with dignity and care which has been exemplary.
They have also looked after me during this very difficult time.
Family and friends have been visiting at all times without warning and have been very impressed by the high standard of the home, his room, personal care and the fact that the staff are always on hand to answer any questions.
The management team are always visible and have also been very supportive.
Having visited a number of homes this is by far one of the best in Nottinghamshire!

Mum has been a full time resident since March at Jubilee Court since it was deemed she need full time nursing care. After looking at various homes I am so pleased that we have chosen Jubilee Court. From our first look round and chat with the brilliant Managers (who put us as a whole family at ease)
about what services they provide and how they can look after Mum best.
All of the amazing staff are professional and do have genuine pride in the roles that they fulfil. Nothing is ever a problem and seem to go above and beyond.
The activities are provided daily and anyone who is able can take part, it's nice to see Mum getting involved sometimes as keeping her attention always seemed to be an issue. The lady who runs the activities is brilliant and I don't know how she manages to think up so many different things to do!
The food is excellent and always plenty for seconds!
I have so much peace of mind knowing that all of Mum's needs are met 24 hours a day.

I have a lovely room on the residential floor and the food is good and plentiful. Staff are on hand to help up give advice if they can or refer us to who can help. Activites and outings are arranged and visitors are welcome.
I could recommend Runwood Homes Ltd and Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing
to anyone contemplating carer homes or residential home for themselves or their family members.

It broke my heart when I drove my dad to the care home. We tried everything to keep him at home, but due to his constant falls and the many hours we spent with him, it became dangerous for Dad and very stressful for me and my wife. When we arrived at Jubilee Court, we met the front-of-house staff and
manager. Instantly, we felt assured, and this continued with the manager's 100% support and professionalism. Oh, and the staff and cares were second to none. Really, really! Genuine carers who looked after everyone's needs/ After a few days, my dad really settled in, and we always felt he was looked after. Amazingly, he really responded, despite his dementia. Thank you.

Mum has dementia and is extremely anxious, but since going into Balmoral at Jubilee Court, her anxiety levels have dropped, and she is starting to socialise more.
The staff are very attentive and approachable and have the care of the residents at heart.
Don't think we could have chosen a better care
home for Mum.

I have a varied background and have worked in different settings and supported a range of different ages and abilities.


I am passionate about ensuring our residents receive genuine, person-centred care promoting a true sense of belonging and maintaining their links and connections within the community. I have high expectations for myself and my team and am incredibly proud to be a part of the Jubilee Court Team.

I have worked in the social care sector for the last 12 years. I began my journey as a care assistant and have progressed through various roles and began my current role as Deputy Manager in September 2024.


I am very hands-on within the home and enjoy supporting our residents to live active and fulfilled lives. I enjoy supporting residents to achieve their goals and creating a happy, settled home.

Job Title: Clinical Lead

I have been a Registered General Nurse for 13 years and have worked in various settings and departments. I specialise in vascular medicine and have a wealth of knowledge.


I lead the nursing team and ensure that all our residents are safe and receive the necessary care to promote their health and well-being. I ensure compliance with nursing requirements and that our residents receive prompt and effective nursing care.


I enjoy being hands-on and leading the team by example. I enjoy getting to know each resident and their family to ensure their care is effective but, most importantly, person-centred.

My name is Deborah. I have worked at Jubilee Court for the last 16 years. I am currently a Lifestyle Coordinator. I have a wealth of experience in the care sector spanning over 25 years! I support the residents to ensure that their voices are heard—after all, it is THEIR home. I support the residents in planning activities, outings, and events and ensure that all residents receive person-centred support that is led by their life experiences, wishes, and preferences. I support the team and provide guidance to staff where needed. I am passionate about ensuring the residents live fulfilled and happy lives.

My name is Lisa. I have worked at Jubilee Court for the last 8 years. I was previously a nursery manager and felt that a change in pace was needed. I love my role, and I am passionate about ensuring that residents have a clean, safe, and beautiful home to live in. I am the Head Housekeeper and lead the domestic and ancillary staff teams. I am also the infection control lead and work hard to ensure that our residents and staff remain safe, and we are all working together to promote the cleanliness of the home.

My name is Ruth. I have worked in the social care sector as a Home Administrator since the age of 19. I have also worked in compliance roles, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I take pride in my work and have a keen eye for detail. I enjoy building connections with residents and their family members.
