My mamma recently moved into Jubilee Court. I can not praise the home enough. The carers and all staff are lovely and keep us informed of how mamma has been, due to covid we haven’t been able to visit but they have been facetiming us for us to be able to see mamma.
She is on Windsor unit and staff have really been amazing, they have gone above and beyond for mamma and all the family. We can not thank them enough. The managers have been great as well, really helped put our minds at ease.
We are a big family and ring every day sometimes a few times a day and they are more than happy to speak to us at any time to help us with any questions we have. The staff have really helped mamma and the family with the move, as it’s a little scary at first but really put our minds at ease.

Mamma says she loves it there, so that’s great news too. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Jubilee Court.

As a resident at Jubilee Court, I found the staff very good, especially two members of staff. I love it that much that I don't go home. The food is amazing, clothes - they are clean once tidy. I loved to stay here but I know it's not allowed.

Would just like to thank the staff for continuing to keep us informed of my mother's well-being in these difficult times. We get regular updates on how she is doing which puts out mind at rest as we have been unable to visit her since March. My wife popped up with some essentials for her and they were really helpful and understanding. What a great team and a fantastic job they are doing.

All excellent. My brother did get dehydrated now and again but given his condition, he made it difficult for the staff to get liquid down him. I am sure you have techniques and I believe this is a problem for many in his condition but was a concern. Otherwise, lovely staff and always willing to keep me informed of his health and general welfare.

Very caring staff, the home is very clean and a safe environment. Mother's end of life care was done with compassion and empathy. I was always welcome to visit and found staff very friendly.

My only minor complaint is that I have received nothing from Head Office since Mother's passing, no letter or card of condolence - it would have been nice.

We would like to thank all the staff for their continued care and support that they give. They always keep us informed about my mother-in-law phoning us if she needs anything. They have done an outstanding job in these unprecedented times always thinking about those they care and for this, we are so grateful being there for her when we can't. Thank you each and everyone at Jubilee Court.

Jubilee Court has provided a safe and caring environment for my relative who is living with dementia. Her room is bright, nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff have a genuine interest and affection for my relative and encourage her to take part in various activities. They have got to know her well and are keen to meet her individual needs and preferences. They are consistently kind and friendly and welcoming to family and other visitors. The home is divided up into small units, and therefore residents experience a homely fell to socialising and dining together (although can equally stay in their rooms if this is their preference). The secure garden is a particular feature of the home and enables residents to enjoy the outdoors in safety.

They have managed the covid crisis extremely well in what must be extremely challenging circumstances. They took early action to protect the residents from the transmission and have been careful in maintaining safe working practices. The activities co-ordinator has been excellent in keeping us in touch with our relative including arranging several facetime sessions on Whatsapp and a socially distanced meeting, so we could talk directly to our relative - much appreciated by us.

My mum has settled so well here. The staff are polite and helpful they answer any questions we may have and do everything they can to ensure Mum is happy and her needs are met. The staff inform use regularly of any changes in Mum's needs/health and not only support her but us as well. When we call the reception is always ready to help and readily listen. The home is very clean with laundry being returned to residents daily.

Very happy with the care mum has received here since she became resident in January 2019.
We live a little distance away and I still work full time and my wife is a carer for her own mum and we have both lost our fathers during this period.

So the high standard of service has given us peace of mind. We are clapping for the staff mentally and our thoughts are with all the residents during this difficult time.

I cannot thank the staff at Jubilee Court enough for the care and attention they have given and continue to give my Dad. My Dad has been in Jubilee Court since August 2019 and the place and staff have been amazing. The building is always kept clean and smells fresh when you enter and is well decorated and maintained. The rooms are large and you can personalise to make it feel homely. Nothing you ask them to do is too much trouble and Dad has built up an amazing relationship with many of the staff there. I always feel assured that he is receiving the best possible care and he is safe. I would highly recommend Jubilee Court to anyone.

All the care staff are friendly, patient, respectful and very understanding and have a tireless dedication to the needs of the residents. The residents are encouraged to be active in the many events taking place but not pressured in any way to take part.

The home is well run and organised with any issues resolved promtly. We were very satisfied with all aspects of care in the home and would recommend this care home to anyone.

My wife has been at Jubilee Court for two years and five months. The love, care and attention was first class. Sadly, he passed away on 8th October 2019. My sister was also in this nursing home and she sadly passed away at the age of 99. When my wife passed away here, she was treated reverently and sincerely and I was treated with respect.

My husband and I visited a very old friend whom we've known for over 40 years. We were full of trepidation, given previous homes we've seen, it was excellent. I've never been in such a lovely home. Warm (in both senses), clean and caring. We came away feeling relieved. I'd be happy to end up there because our friend is happy. I'll report to our godson. Thank you. We all want dignified ends.
