Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing

We are very happy with the care given.

The care our mum received at Jubilee Court puts our minds at ease to know that she is being so well looked after each day. Not being able to visit Mum inside has been very difficult during the Covid pandemic, but the staff made visits possible for us to have via a "pod or window visit" when allowed to by Government ruling. Yesterday, I was able to go to Mums room for a visit to see her, and to say I was excited would be an understatement. Everything from the lateral flow test to full PPE was provided, and I felt extremely safe going into the building to see Mum. There were lots of happy tears when I saw Mum, but the feeling of joy to be able to hold her hands after almost a year is something I will never forget. Thank you, Jubille Court staff; you are all amazing.

Mamma says she loves it there, so that’s great news too. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Jubilee Court.

As a resident at Jubilee Court, I found the staff very good, especially two members of staff. I love it that much that I don't go home. The food is amazing, clothes - they are clean once tidy. I loved to stay here but I know it's not allowed.

Would just like to thank the staff for continuing to keep us informed of my mother's well-being in these difficult times. We get regular updates on how she is doing which puts out mind at rest as we have been unable to visit her since March. My wife popped up with some essentials for her and they were really helpful and understanding. What a great team and a fantastic job they are doing.

All excellent. My brother did get dehydrated now and again but given his condition, he made it difficult for the staff to get liquid down him. I am sure you have techniques and I believe this is a problem for many in his condition but was a concern. Otherwise, lovely staff and always willing to keep me informed of his health and general welfare.

My only minor complaint is that I have received nothing from Head Office since Mother's passing, no letter or card of condolence - it would have been nice.

All staff is lovely and caring. My Aunt has been well looked after and continues to be. Couldn't think of anywhere better for her to be. Activities are always on offer and greeted in reception.

We would like to thank all the staff for their continued care and support that they give. They always keep us informed about my mother-in-law phoning us if she needs anything. They have done an outstanding job in these unprecedented times always thinking about those they care and for this, we are so grateful being there for her when we can't. Thank you each and everyone at Jubilee Court.

They have managed the covid crisis extremely well in what must be extremely challenging circumstances. They took early action to protect the residents from the transmission and have been careful in maintaining safe working practices. The activities co-ordinator has been excellent in keeping us in touch with our relative including arranging several facetime sessions on Whatsapp and a socially distanced meeting, so we could talk directly to our relative - much appreciated by us.

All are very good workers, very friendly and understanding. They make you feel very welcome and phone you if need be.

My mum has settled so well here. The staff are polite and helpful they answer any questions we may have and do everything they can to ensure Mum is happy and her needs are met. The staff inform use regularly of any changes in Mum's needs/health and not only support her but us as well. When we call the reception is always ready to help and readily listen. The home is very clean with laundry being returned to residents daily.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The care my husband received was exceptional. A lovely clean home.

I thank them especially for making my sister feel at home so quickly and aving regard to her conditions, a remarkable achievement.

So the high standard of service has given us peace of mind. We are clapping for the staff mentally and our thoughts are with all the residents during this difficult time.

I cannot thank the staff at Jubilee Court enough for the care and attention they have given and continue to give my Dad. My Dad has been in Jubilee Court since August 2019 and the place and staff have been amazing. The building is always kept clean and smells fresh when you enter and is well decorated and maintained. The rooms are large and you can personalise to make it feel homely. Nothing you ask them to do is too much trouble and Dad has built up an amazing relationship with many of the staff there. I always feel assured that he is receiving the best possible care and he is safe. I would highly recommend Jubilee Court to anyone.

My Mum loves being a resident in Jubilee Court, no matter how challenging sometimes life gets they always support her needs and wellbeing. Thank you so much.

My father was cared for over 3 years until his death. He was always treated kindly and with respect. I thank all the staff for their care. The cake for his 100th birthday was lovely.

The home is well run and organised with any issues resolved promtly. We were very satisfied with all aspects of care in the home and would recommend this care home to anyone.
