Jubilee Court has provided a safe and caring environment for my relative who is living with dementia. Her room is bright, nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff have a genuine interest and affection for my relative and encourage her to take part in various activities. They have got to know
her well and are keen to meet her individual needs and preferences. They are consistently kind and friendly and welcoming to family and other visitors. The home is divided up into small units, and therefore residents experience a homely fell to socialising and dining together (although can equally stay in their rooms if this is their preference). The secure garden is a particular feature of the home and enables residents to enjoy the outdoors in safety.
They have managed the covid crisis extremely well in what must be extremely challenging circumstances. They took early action to protect the residents from the transmission and have been careful in maintaining safe working practices. The activities co-ordinator has been excellent in keeping us in touch with our relative including arranging several facetime sessions on Whatsapp and a socially distanced meeting, so we could talk directly to our relative - much appreciated by us.

My mum has settled so well here. The staff are polite and helpful they answer any questions we may have and do everything they can to ensure Mum is happy and her needs are met. The staff inform use regularly of any changes in Mum's needs/health and not only support her but us as well. When we call the
reception is always ready to help and readily listen. The home is very clean with laundry being returned to residents daily.

My sister, a very sick person, was resident for 5 months throughout I was impressed and pleased by the:
Homes discreet layout, atmosphere and cleanliness.
Care and attention and notifications received when she required admittence to hospital.
Friendliness of management and staff with both residents
and visitors.
Ready, no fuss assistance when making initial and final arrangements with both the home and Runwood Homes.
I thank them especially for making my sister feel at home so quickly and aving regard to her conditions, a remarkable achievement.

Very happy with the care mum has received here since she became resident in January 2019.
We live a little distance away and I still work full time and my wife is a carer for her own mum and we have both lost our fathers during this period.
So the high standard of service has given us peace of mind.
We are clapping for the staff mentally and our thoughts are with all the residents during this difficult time.

I cannot thank the staff at Jubilee Court enough for the care and attention they have given and continue to give my Dad. My Dad has been in Jubilee Court since August 2019 and the place and staff have been amazing. The building is always kept clean and smells fresh when you enter and is well decorated
and maintained. The rooms are large and you can personalise to make it feel homely. Nothing you ask them to do is too much trouble and Dad has built up an amazing relationship with many of the staff there. I always feel assured that he is receiving the best possible care and he is safe. I would highly recommend Jubilee Court to anyone.

All the care staff are friendly, patient, respectful and very understanding and have a tireless dedication to the needs of the residents. The residents are encouraged to be active in the many events taking place but not pressured in any way to take part.
The home is well run and organised with any
issues resolved promtly. We were very satisfied with all aspects of care in the home and would recommend this care home to anyone.

My wife has been at Jubilee Court for two years and five months. The love, care and attention was first class. Sadly, he passed away on 8th October 2019. My sister was also in this nursing home and she sadly passed away at the age of 99. When my wife passed away here, she was treated reverently and

My husband and I visited a very old friend whom we've known for over 40 years. We were full of trepidation, given previous homes we've seen, it was excellent. I've never been in such a lovely home. Warm (in both senses), clean and caring. We came away feeling relieved. I'd be happy to end up there because
our friend is happy. I'll report to our godson. Thank you. We all want dignified ends.

Not good enough care, when visiting Dad I very often had to empty his urine bottle, it had up to 500ml in it sometimes. There are some brilliant members of staff and some very poor ones, Dad was issued a months notice to leave because they could not look after his needs he was not compliant and was
aggressive and often depressed, I did witness this personally but since moving to another care home in Bulwell Dad has been a different person they manage to get him to bathe, dress, and he sits in the lounge quite happily conversing with carers and other residents. I realise his new home is categorised as being able to care for the Elderly Mentally Impaired and so it would be unfair to compare Jubilee Court who only have Nursing capabilities, but I wish my Dad had moved to Highfields years ago

My sister spent the last weeks of her life at Jubilee Court and was treated with the greatest respect and care. She never had a complaint or bad word for Jubilee Court. She moved from residential to nursing for the last few days and the move was handled with great kindness and in a way to cause my sister
the minimum of distress. The care my sister received in nursing, was also exceptional.

I keep an eye on my husband's cleanliness as it is not always good enough, otherwise, staff very helpful when I ask for help.
Entertainment is excellent. Organiser is first class. BBQ today was excellent.

I have a varied background and have worked in different settings and supported a range of different ages and abilities.
