My husband was cared for, for seven months until his death. He was always treated kindly and with respect. I thank all of the staff for their compassion.

The staff at Jubilee Court are all extremely caring. My father was well looked after and respected by them. The standard of cleanliness is good and the food was excellent. There is a good range of activities available to residents.

Not good enough care, when visiting Dad I very often had to empty his urine bottle, it had up to 500ml in it sometimes. There are some brilliant members of staff and some very poor ones, Dad was issued a months notice to leave because they could not look after his needs he was not compliant and was aggressive and often depressed, I did witness this personally but since moving to another care home in Bulwell Dad has been a different person they manage to get him to bathe, dress, and he sits in the lounge quite happily conversing with carers and other residents. I realise his new home is categorised as being able to care for the Elderly Mentally Impaired and so it would be unfair to compare Jubilee Court who only have Nursing capabilities, but I wish my Dad had moved to Highfields years ago

My sister spent the last weeks of her life at Jubilee Court and was treated with the greatest respect and care. She never had a complaint or bad word for Jubilee Court. She moved from residential to nursing for the last few days and the move was handled with great kindness and in a way to cause my sister the minimum of distress. The care my sister received in nursing, was also exceptional.

Fantastic entertainment today - the dancing was energetic but was easily accessible for all residents. We clapped and waved our arms. My dad can be quite morose but he really enjoyed the traditional Indian dancing. Well done all.

All the staff at Jubilee Court were very caring and helpful. My father wasn't there for long but his care was second to none. I was able to come and go as I pleased, whether it be 1 o' clock in the morning or the middle of the night. I even slept on occasions when my Dad was not well.

My partner moved into Jubilee court one week ago and has settled in lovely. The staff are caring and helpful. Also the management.

When I visit, I get updated on how he's doing or been. I feel I can relax knowing he's happy and being well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done Jubilee Court.

This is a professionally run care home. All staff are good and most are excellent and caring.
I'm not overly impressed with the food.

It seems very 'samey' ie boiled veg and spuds every lunchtime and sandwiches for tea.
