Our experience as a family has been exceptional with the care and attention shown to my uncle who is a resident and has been for over 12 months and more recently my auntie who received end of life care at the home. We can only speak of personal experience but my uncle is very happy with the level of care and the teamwork with the staff is evident and we could not wish or ask for more. Keep up the great work.

My aunt came here for end of life nursing and the nursing she received at the end was excellent, carers were very kind and gentle to both my aunt and myself with our differing needs. Throughout the 5 weeks we spent here there was always a happy positive atmosphere. We felt that the food choice was too limited especially at tea time, but lunches were always good and well cooked. The management were caring and listened to our comments.

My sister spent the last 5 weeks of her life in Jubilee Court where she was made as comfortable as possible. My daughter was with her aunt every day helping to care for her and she too was made very welcome by all the friendly staff. We were kept informed of the medication etc. and how my sister had been when we weren't beside her. Although her situation was not a pleasant one I felt happy to leave my sister at Jubilee Court knowing she was in capable and caring safe hands. My sister was unable to participate in activities so I do not know and I am unable to comment on them.

Our mum had two stays in Jubilee Court. The first was for respite of two weeks the second was as a permanent resident. All in all, mum had about 3 months in Jubilee. The care and support provided for her were very good. All staff took time to listen to us and it helped with settling mum in. We were always kept well informed about mum and the staff had a good understanding of mum's needs and endeavoured to meet them. Mum took part in the activities when she was able to and she loved the carers. She also loved the food and always ate well. She was always treated with respect and dignity. Overall we were very happy with the care our mum received in the last couple of months of her life. Thank you we will be forever grateful.

Our family has always been very happy with the care provided to my great aunt. The staff were always pleasant and courteous and more importantly kind.
It was easy to visit and I never felt access was restricted and we were able to walk around the home.

It is very sad to know a relative needs full-time care due to dementia and old age, but we felt confident that Jubilee were providing good care.

We had to find respite care for Mum at short notice and the manager was very accommodating to Mum's needs, as a dementia patient. The staff were very caring and treated Mum with respect. On identifying a risk of falling, she was provided with a pressure mat in her room so that staff were made aware if she got out of bed during the night so that they could check on her. Her room was extremely clean. Mum said she enjoyed her stay and would be happy to go there again.

As soon as we looked at Jubilee Court it was obvious that it is outstanding. Lovely, light, bright atmosphere, pleasant scents and really helpful caring staff. Following her stroke, my mum was unable to live independently. Going into a care home had been something we all wanted to avoid but the genuine care and all the activities gave my mum the best 18 months she could have had and the gentle death that she wanted. We are so grateful.

I felt most welcome on arrival and have continued to feel the love and care of the staff and management. The food is excellent as is the cleanliness of the home. My clothes are well laundered and returned quickly. I have appreciated being able to have a weekly bath, I have a lovely room which I have been able to personalise.

My sister has been thoroughly looked after. The staff are very friendly and caring. Following a difficult time leading up to my sister coming to Jubilee Court, the staff have been most welcoming and accommodating to her needs. My sister's medical needs have been very complicated but since she has been here, her health has greatly improved.

Staff at Jubilee Court were excellent in caring for my mother, who at the age of 63 had dementia. The home has a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere and it is run by an excellent management team. I was always well informed about my mothers day to day living and I was given plenty of support and insight into dementia so I could understand more about my mother's behaviour and illness. I felt that the staff had become like my extended family.

Everything is lovely about the home the staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. My friend loves the home and is very settled. She takes part in many activities, which are varied and takes into account needs of other people. Food is lovely and the staff always make you a cuppa when you arrive. Drinks and snacks are always available. The home is spotless. I have visited a few homes in the area and this doesn't have the smell like some in the area. The other residents seem very happy.

After experiencing lack of care in a different home, dad became more relaxed and happier.
The care that has been given here has been top quality and made my dad's final weeks easier to cope with.

Also, the care was provided for us and there was never a time that we were not comfortable leaving him.

From my first enquiry to the home to the transfer of my father, the way we were treated by every member of staff with dignity and respect. Dad's final weeks in the home were comfortable and he received excellent care without exception. Knowing dad was so well cared for enabled us as a family to relax between visits.

Jubilee Court is a wonderful care home. We are so glad they had a vacancy. All the staff have a fabulous attitude and regard this as the residents' home. They are really kind and caring. Our relative is really happy here following a stroke. There are lots of activities and outings. The food is very good and the surroundings are lovely. Also, it always smells fresh which is more important than you might think.

The Manager is fantastic and very helpful and the Care Team Leader is also very wonderful.

The tea rooms, in particular, make it really easy for visitors as it is almost like taking your relative out. It is lovely to be able to make them and yourselves a drink whenever you want one.

My experience at Jubilee Court was a very short stay, one week only. In that week I was looked after by a few care workers and they did the job okay. It seems the home is quite happy, and my stay was happy one.

My mother and I are so happy with the care, support, set up, rooms... everything!

It is so awful to lose family to dementia, but the care is way above and beyond. You hear of horror stories about care homes - not here. Thank you so much.
