The Manager is fantastic and very helpful and the Care Team Leader is also very wonderful.
The tea rooms, in particular, make it really easy for visitors as it is almost like taking your relative out. It is lovely to be able to make them and yourselves a drink whenever you want one.
It is so awful to lose family to dementia, but the care is way above and beyond. You hear of horror stories about care homes - not here. Thank you so much.
