My mum entered Highgate three months ago. She has dementia and was struggling with loneliness and threatenin self harm. The staff at Highgate have been outstanding. The turnaround in my mum has been huge. She participated in all of the events, and all of my family have noticed a huge change in her.
There is no doubt in my mind that her experiences and support have given her her life back. I cannot praise the organisation and staff enough. Thank you.

My Dad has been a resident here for almost 3 years. The staff all show kindness, patience and treat him with dignity. They are always friendly and easy to approach. I know there are times when the staff can be stretched but they are always patient and never rush the residents. The home is
welcoming and very homely. I feel Dad is being well cared for and would happily recommend them to others.

Very professional at what they do , always clean , caring staff , always great activities for each and everyone of the residents, it's a joy to know my uncle is being looked after with great care and dignity thank you to each and everyone of the wonderful staff who work within highgate care home

Events are fantastic and great to see my gran always being involved. She's had anew lease of life coming into the home.

The care home is amazing . My motherinlaw and fatherinlaw and know my mum in it. I can't praise how much the staff do to look after my mum. Also all the stuff they doe with them you keep them smiling. Xxx

My mother-in-law is always well looked after by staff. All requests are actioned to ensure that she is kept entertained and her physical needs met. 5 stars.

Highgate is a top class home. My sister Cathie has been in for seven weeks, and we could not ask for any more. Top days out and entertainment, and first class staff.

Highgate has been excellent in the care of my mum. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. Their care and attention to mum has been outstanding. Any information is always explained and we as a family understand fully what is happening with mum and her journey through her illness.

The staff at Highgate are consistently heloful, supportive and genuinely caring. Every time we visit, my gran is happy and well looked after, which gives us great reassurance.
It's clear she feels comfortable and content, and we're very grateful for the kindness and dedication shown by the team.

Would like to express my gratitude to all the staff within High Gate Care home , my husband Frank has been a resident in the care home for over 3 years.
And has always received excellent care and attention 24 hours a day .
Each member of care staff go out of their way to ensure Frank is
comfortable and takes part in all the activities he is able to do .
The Care home do a wonderful job in keeping him safe and taking Frank out on some day trips , which is important for his well being .
I feel so comfortable he us in good hands .
I would also like to say thanks for his Birthday celebrations and setting up the room recently to allow me and my sisters to Celebrate our recent Golden Wedding Anniversary. Again so appreciated for the flowers and beautiful cards
I visit Frank 3 to 4 times a week.and am always greeted by all the staff and made very welcome , nothing Is a problem even for Frank' s cousins and my family who visit regularly.

My Mum stayed here whilst I went on holiday. We were dubious how this would be but the staff are wonderful. She said the food was great and she met some other residents, one of whom she became quite friendly with. Mums room was always clean and tidy as was she. The rest of the home is also very well
kept. The weather was good so Mum was able to spend time in the garden. Overall our experience was very good and I would recommend this home.

Very happy with my mum's care at Highgate, she has improved both physically and wellbeing. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, and the environment is lovely and clean.

I brought my mum along to visit her neighbour who is now resident in your care home. Security is spot on making it safe that residents cannot wander out with the home putting themselves in danger. We were greeted by friendly staff who located Mum's friend, she was attending a sing along party
afternoon, we could see the staff interacting with the residents and dancing with those who were able to do so , it was lovely to see. We sat in a residents sitting area and coffee and tea was served and we were very glad to be included! We were very impressed with the home which has a lovely garden area to the rear and also the frontage of the building is very welcoming. The staff are top notch making the residents feel at home and treated with care and dignity which was so lovely to see.

I have always been welcomed by staff who feel like friends, and I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful programme of outings and entertainment/activities. Overall, very satisfied with my mums care and compassion.

A particular staff member took us to the art galleries on Tuesday, we all had a great time and a great day out my mum said.

The staff are approachable and take good care of my sister's needs. My sister is well taken care of, and I'm very happy with her treatment.

After a very difficult, lengthy hospital stay, we made the very difficult decision that our mum required 24-hour care. After viewing other care homes, we opted for Highgate for a number of reasons, and we have not been disappointed the improvement in our mum was amazing. All her immediate needs were
met within week one, and after months in a hospital bed, she was on her feet. The staff have all been great, so helpful and communicate very well.
