I visit Pax Hill as much as possible to visit my mother Cindy, I can only say Pax Hill is always a welcoming home to visit, the residents are always so happy and the amazing team who look after them are always so positive and show genuine care for the residents.

My mother has been here for a couple of years now, and she seems both comfortable and happy. The staff have been excellent with her, which has made a real difference to her experience. Before she moved in, we visited a number of places, but Pax Hill stood out as the best option for her - and that
has certainly proved to be the right decision.

Pax Hill staff, location, facilities and most importantly, care for residents is scond to none!
We have been visiting both my aunt, and now my mother for over 14 years combined and only have praise and thanks.

My nan has lived at Pax Hill for 1 year. During this time she appears to have settled well.
The kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff is outstanding. They show genuine compassion at all times and we are very pleased with the level of care.

Mum has been here just over a year and has been looked after brilliantly. At home she was prone to agitation, but thanks to the support and kindness of staff she has been very settled.
As family we have been welcomed on every visit. We have enjoyed various activities and parties with Mum and
benefitted from meeting other families.
We are very appreciative of Pax Hill for caring so well for Mum.

I find that the care at Pax Hill is second to none. When I spend time visiting Mum I always notice the care to all the residents, not just Mum, so gentle and caring. Mum couldn't be in a better place. We are always so grateful for all the amazing care Mum receives. Very grateful.

Mum has resided here for four months and has seeminly settled in well. The staff are always so friendly and observant of needs and emotions of the residents. We have been very pleased with everything even when at times Mum is very confused about it, they have handled it well. They keep us up to date
of Mum's needs and welfare. Love the atmosphere, the warmth and bright colourful greeting on entering.

I have been so pleased with Martin's care at Pax Hill. Every member of staff give their best best to the residents. They are like a family, always cheerful and paying attention to each and every resident's needs. There is always something going on, sing a longs, crafts and drawing, and really good
activities with everyone joining in. There is always a happy atmosphere when you walk in.

Pax Hill continues to be an extremely caring and wonderfully staffed care home for those with dementia. We are totally reassured that our mother receives the best care and attention to be found locally. Our only reservation is the food quality which although has choice leaves a little to be desired.

The family have been very pleased we chose Pax Hill to look after my wife. We always get a warm welcome when we arrive and my wife seems to be happy, and joins in with the activities. We are happy with all aspects of the home.

Pax Hill is an excellent care home. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and always friendly. The residents seem happy. There are always activities arranged and staff on hand to care for residents' needs.

Pax Hill staff are wonderful at looking after my grandad. They support his independence whilst keeping him safe. It is comforting to know he is safe and has people around him whilst the family are unable to look after him.

The all-round care for my wife has been excellent. The attentiveness of the staff together with their patience is outstanding. The cleanliness, a high standard of facilities and their maintenance is very good. There is always a welcome for visitors who are treated with great kindness.

Having had experience of a normal care home for the elderly with a dementia floor, I was so delighted for my mother to come to Pax Hill. The difference in friendly, quiet, patient and effective care is remarkable. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very rarely anxious now and is generally content.
I feel confident that she is always well cared for and is in the best place. She likes the decor and loves the house and gardens. Thank you to Pax Hill staff!
