Warm and loving support workers including all staff. They are extremely supportive and encouraging with independent skill sets, very good at preparing you to look ahead to the future. A warm and clean environment with minimal stress.

Staff always keep my informed of any problems with care. Always very pleasant and ready to discuss any concerns.

We had a Christmas party with party games, like pass the parcel. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would recommend this care home, because it is the only one I was told would give me independence for a flat. You do your own washing, ironing, cooking and cleaning.

Myself and fellow residents at Hilton Court Care Home over Christmas and New Year had an absolutely amazing and fantastic, as well as fabulous time. Between how great all the staff were with all of us and housekeeping were great with everyone as usual. As well as management.

I am really happy with the staff I went into town on my day and bought a top. I also received gifts, I was brought in a body wash and 3-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. We went to another town I went to see a musical it was amazing.

I like the meals, tea cakes, ice lollies. I am happy here. The staff are very good.

Since arriving I have been very well looked after, I have been treated like an adult and the other residents I spend time with also behave like adults, at my last place I felt as though I was in a kindergarten. The food is first class, with plenty of choices. There are lots of activities, you are
never bored. I am happy here and I am quite content to be here.

I have been a resident at Hilton Court for eight years. Out of all the other placements I've been in, it has been by far the best facility, atmosphere, staff, freshly cooked food with a different soup each day. The staff and management are all really nice and ask how I am regularly. There are also
lots of group activities, there is also a good amount of freedom when trust has been built up. If I had to be in a until due to CTO I would hope I was placed here at Hilton Court.

Absolutely wonderful care home. My mum has been so happy since coming here. All the staff are so vibrant and positive. They genuinely care and put effort into the care of the people they support. All very organised and clean as well. They hosted a birthday party for my mum and she loved it. she is
very loved here, no complaints whatsoever.
