View Full Details of RosevaleWe attended a Summer Fayre event at the home and were massively impressed. The organisation, effort and care was superb and obvious and the day was widely enjoyed by residents and family/friends alike. Little touches like sunhats; the lovely bunting; games for residents, family and children were great; and there was even a therapy dog organised that helped everyone feel chilled. The singer (brought in by the home) was excellent and the choice of song eras was spot on...so much so that the residents were singing along and dancing. Everything about the day was organised brilliantly and enjoyed by everyone and the food was lovely and generous. My partner's mum has been happy since attending the home and it's a source of comfort for her and all her family. Above all though, the staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the residents and their enjoyment, development, personal care and welfare. I can't praise them enough.
Rosevale is a very nice place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring and friendly, always going above and beyond to support my mother during a very difficult time. She was suffering severely with delirium and poor appetite, yet the team's dedication and kindness made a real difference. They kept us well informed throughout her stay, which was very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to use their professional and compassionate service again. Highly recommended!
Mum is looked after very well. All her requests are carried out, maybe not straight away but soon afterwards. Mum is very happy at the moment. She wishes the coffee was better in the morning!
The meeting was held in the big lounge and most of the residents were present. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit dad, although mostly asleep when I visit, he is always clean, well dress and appears happy. The staff are all exceptional in my view, nothing is too much, the home is always clean and fresh smelling. The manager was very informative and eager to make the running of the home outstanding, especially with the concerns of the residents.
I am very happy with the care my father is receiving. He is clearly well looked after and has often commented himself how he appreciates the care and attention he receives from all staff. From my point of view I am always made to feel very welcome when visiting. All members of staff are approachable, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the home is very calm, warm and homely.
My Mam moved in Rosevale a couple of days ago. After being at home on her own in between carer visits was very lonely. But only after 1/2 hours Mam had made so many friends, the staff are all so kind and lovely, looking after Mam also makes me so welcome when I visit. It had made me so happy to see my Mam smile and laugh again.
Because Mum cannot see or hear very well or walk about she finds the time spent in the home very uneventful. She can't join in the activities or hear the entertainment. Mum doesn't eat much and seems to live on soup.
The staff at Rosevale are incredibly hardworking and friendly. My husband has enjoyed his experience as a day-care visitor and we are only leaving for a more convenient home.
The staff are really caring and helpful.
My father had been at Rosevale for nearly a year now. He has settled well and the staff have helped him to cope with the loss of my mother. They are thoughtful and kind and nothing is too much trouble. It gives us peace of mind to know he is so well looked after.
Everything is perfect for me. It is a marvelous place. The staff and procedures are marvelous. Anyone can come and live here. They have everything and all the amenities.
Always found the staff very polite and caring, my sister and her husband are both here. They have a very good cook and the food is varied.
Excellent service all round. Very loving and caring staff.
I have always found Rosevale to be a really friendly place. Everyone is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. I feel confident that my Mom is being well looked after.
We could not have found a better place for my Brother-in-law to be cared for. The staff are always very helpful and kind. They also help us with dementia and how this affects my brother-in-law.
My Mum came to Rosevale nearly a year ago after her declining health due to accelerating Alzheimer's and dementia made it impossible for her to continue to live alone. She was also depressed and underweight and frightened of the world. Now she is a different person. She is happy, engaged, and stimulated. She feels safe and calm and her personality has been restored to the best it could ever be. This is due to Rosevale staff. They are so wonderful with her and it is clear they genuinely care. They encourage residents to partake in activities every day and have inexhaustible patience and understanding. I could not have wanted better.
It's a pleasure to visit and see how well looked after everyone is. Everywhere is always clean and the staff make us feel welcome. The residents are made to feel special and are well looked after.

Since my mother arrived at Rosevale, the staff have always been wonderful, and my mother is very well cared for. The activities programme is great, and the regular updates through Facebook really helpful.
