I have found everyone to be happy that live in forest view. They all seem to like their meals. My mother in law loves joining in with bingo when we have visited if they are going to have a game of bingo she will say you can go now which is nice to she her go of to play a game of bingo and is happy to see us leave so we know she is very happy living at the care home. When we ask do you like the staff we always get a yes so we are very happy with everything to do with her care.You see so many of the staff go out of their way with all the residents in their care.

My experience over my partners stay has been very good. Staff always polite and helpful. Room always clean, so overall very happy with her care.

My husband is very comfortable at Forest View. If he can't be at home, Forest View is the next best thing.

A very caring home that creates a calm welcoming environment. My aunt is being well looked after by the staff and settled in very quickly. We have found the management easy to talk to and always available to help. Thank you

The facilities were very good and the freedom to roam the different shared living spaces broight a diversity to his routine. His room was good, the TV and bookshelf augmentation had a personal touch making him comfortable to his space. Overall, his experience was positive, and we look forward to the next time he can visit.

We sadly made the decision to put our mum into Forest View Care Home in February this year. The staff have been extremely caring and supportive of mum, even with her challenging behaviour. All the staff make time to say hello or have a chat with you, no matter how busy they are. It is very reassuring that mum is being looked after in a safe and friendly environment.

Really happy with the care mum receives at Forest View. I know all her needs are being met and she is in safe hands. She is always clean and well fed, and her room is kept clean and tidy. All the staff are amazing. So friendly and professional, and can be approached with ease.

A very loving and caring home. All the staff are excellent and welcoming. My husband, who never wanted to go into a home, has settled in well and made some friends. Again, just 5 stars all credit to the loving caring staff.

The love of my life ,who has been a resident at Forest View care home for the past 3 years, passed away peacefully in her sleep last Friday 21st March. I can not thank all the staff enough for the care and kindness that was given over those years, particularly at the end, when they were with my love at the very end. Forest View is a wonderful and caring environment, that goes the extra mile to ensure they give the best support possible for residents and for family and friends. They always contact you swiftly if any issue arises or issues need to be discussed. Thank you all again from the bottom of my of my heart.

I visited my dad for the first time today I was so thrilled to see him at peace here and relaxed. So settled. I found myself overwhelmed by the whole experience of visiting today.The effort that has been put into creating an environment that is so welcoming and comforting for residents and relatives is amazing. So far from what I expected and have seen in the past. All the staff acknowledged my presence and all seem so happy to be working in this home. I am confident my dad will be looked after.

After being in other care homes over the past 10 years it is a joy to be in one that really cares. The staff are attentive and supportive and nothing is too much trouble. It is the best home I have seen since mother went into care 10 years ago.

Everyone at Forest View was so kind to my mum in her final few months of what was a cruel and hideous illness. They helped make her feel comfortable and at home and recognised the things that were important to her, and that meant her family (myself and my daughter) felt 100% confident that she was being looked after as well and as compassionately as she could be. That means so much to us. Thank you.

My mum has been with you know for a year and she has settled in very well. Mum joins in with everything that is on has made friends. When we go in mum is happy and well looked after. We know mum is safe being with you.

There is not enough I can say about the way my wife was treated. I am more than satisfied. The staff were always helpful and kept me informed of how she was. A special thank you to the office and the team leaders who were always compassionate and cared for her and me.

Forest view has provided excellent care for my younger sister who has early onset dementia. She has been at the home for over a year now and the team at the home ave been kind, caring and proffesional. The home has kept the family informed as we all live a distance away and our visits can be limited.

My mother has been here for a few months now and the carers go out of their way to make all residents comfortable and happy. They have incredibly difficult roles and always remain happy. My mother has settled in well. Thank you!

The home has been amazing. They have made my mother's life worth living. The staff are absolutely amazing and have made sure my mother has settled in so well. They have all made every effort to ensure she feels welcome and not a burden to anybody and have given her a quality of life we could never have dreamed of. She has certainly improved under their care and supervision.

My dad has really settled in at Forest View, whenever we come to see him he seems happy and content, clean and tidy. He seems to enjoy the food and activities, most of the staff are happy to talk to you about any concerns you have and management is great.
