The facilities were very good and the freedom to roam the different shared living spaces broight a diversity to his routine. His room was good, the TV and bookshelf augmentation had a personal touch making him comfortable to his space.
Overall, his experience was positive, and we look forward to the
next time he can visit.

We sadly made the decision to put our mum into Forest View Care Home in February this year. The staff have been extremely caring and supportive of mum, even with her challenging behaviour. All the staff make time to say hello or have a chat with you, no matter how busy they are. It is very reassuring
that mum is being looked after in a safe and friendly environment.

Really happy with the care mum receives at Forest View. I know all her needs are being met and she is in safe hands. She is always clean and well fed, and her room is kept clean and tidy. All the staff are amazing. So friendly and professional, and can be approached with ease.

A very loving and caring home. All the staff are excellent and welcoming. My husband, who never wanted to go into a home, has settled in well and made some friends. Again, just 5 stars all credit to the loving caring staff.

The love of my life ,who has been a resident at Forest View care home for the past 3 years, passed away peacefully in her sleep last Friday 21st March. I can not thank all the staff enough for the care and kindness that was given over those years, particularly at the end, when they were with my love
at the very end. Forest View is a wonderful and caring environment, that goes the extra mile to ensure they give the best support possible for residents and for family and friends. They always contact you swiftly if any issue arises or issues need to be discussed. Thank you all again from the bottom of my of my heart.

I visited my dad for the first time today I was so thrilled to see him at peace here and relaxed. So settled. I found myself overwhelmed by the whole experience of visiting today.The effort that has been put into creating an environment that is so welcoming and comforting for residents and relatives
is amazing. So far from what I expected and have seen in the past. All the staff acknowledged my presence and all seem so happy to be working in this home. I am confident my dad will be looked after.

After being in other care homes over the past 10 years it is a joy to be in one that really cares. The staff are attentive and supportive and nothing is too much trouble. It is the best home I have seen since mother went into care 10 years ago.

Everyone at Forest View was so kind to my mum in her final few months of what was a cruel and hideous illness. They helped make her feel comfortable and at home and recognised the things that were important to her, and that meant her family (myself and my daughter) felt 100% confident that she was being
looked after as well and as compassionately as she could be. That means so much to us. Thank you.

My mum has been with you know for a year and she has settled in very well. Mum joins in with everything that is on has made friends. When we go in mum is happy and well looked after. We know mum is safe being with you.

There is not enough I can say about the way my wife was treated. I am more than satisfied. The staff were always helpful and kept me informed of how she was. A special thank you to the office and the team leaders who were always compassionate and cared for her and me.

Forest view has provided excellent care for my younger sister who has early onset dementia. She has been at the home for over a year now and the team at the home ave been kind, caring and proffesional. The home has kept the family informed as we all live a distance away and our visits can be limited.

The home has been amazing. They have made my mother's life worth living. The staff are absolutely amazing and have made sure my mother has settled in so well. They have all made every effort to ensure she feels welcome and not a burden to anybody and have given her a quality of life we could never have
dreamed of. She has certainly improved under their care and supervision.

My dad has really settled in at Forest View, whenever we come to see him he seems happy and content, clean and tidy. He seems to enjoy the food and activities, most of the staff are happy to talk to you about any concerns you have and management is great.

My aunt was at Forest View for approx 6 years until she passed away in September 2024. My aunt always received good care and was always encouraged to join in with weekly social events. Given the option of attending religious sessions held in the home which she attended on occasion. The kitchen staff
would respond to her requests for meal options. In the last few months, my aunt needed palliative care which Forest View agreed to carry out as they felt moving her on would not benefit her and care was excellent in this period. I would recommend Forest View for their care and excellent approach from management, care staff, cleaners, kitchen staff and activity staff, they made Aunty's time at Forest View a very good experience, thank you all so much.

Forest View not only cares for the resident they care about the whole family. Since my mum moved into the home a few months ago the staff have given her the most exceptional personalised care and sensitively communicated with me and the rest of my family any developments. The facilities are good, with
lots on offer for the resident's activities wise. There is a good buzz in the common areas with lots of spaces to go when you visit. The en-suite bedrooms are also large, with lots of space and storage for residents to feel at home, the memory boxes they use in activity sessions and the magazine are also great extra touches making the home a special place to be.

I would like to thank everyone who cared for my mum so well at Forest View, from the laundry and housekeeping staff who kept everything so clean, to the catering and ground staff, the hairdresser, the activity co-ordinaries, admin support and of course the wonderful carers. Mum sadly passed recently
but the staff supported her and our family throughout which was very much appreciated.
The manager you can be very proud of all your staff. Thank you.

Me and my daughters are very pleased with Forest View Care Home. My husband can be difficult and demanding at times. The staff are very good and have encouraged him to participate in some of the activities, which he would not have done before he came to Forest View. We are kept informed on any health
issues, which are treated promptly. The staff and carers are very friendly and the home is bright and clean.
