The home is an absolute blessing. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that my wife is being so well cared for. The staff are attentive, kind and always friendly, showing they really care about the residents. Facilities are excellent, always clean and no smells. Quality of the food is very good. The additional services made available to family members help the feeling of involvement. I would highly recommend the home to other families.

My mum has been a resident with yourselves for over 10 months, and I must say how lovely the home is, the carers and the management team are so supportive and friendly. Mum seems to be really happy and loves the carers. I want to personally thank you all for your hard work and communications, especially from Jo and Phoebe. My mum has been a resident for 18 months and we have been very happy with her care and accommodation. We can visit any time and she always looks well presented and contented. The home is clean and comfortable. Communication from the staff about her condition and any concerns they have is excellent. I am confident that she is in a safe and caring environment which makes the heartbreak of her declining health more bearable. Thank you

Overall, the home is clean and tidy, and the staff are lovely and very caring. The management team are good, anything that is needed they will endeavour to sort it. Food, I feel, with most of the residence they do need something that is softer to eat due to lack of teeth, but overall the food is satisfactory.

It is also lovely to know you feel the management team are helpful when anything is needed. We appreciate your comments about the food and will take this on...
Without exception the staff were warm, caring and kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and it was clear that the staff truly cared about the residents.
We as a family were made extremely welcome whenever we visited.
Mum sadly passed away at almost 101 years in October 2025 and we could not have asked for anything better in the way they cared for her in her last few days and how they supported the family as a whole.
Forest View really is a care home full of kindness and compassion where all the residents are treated with dignity.

We sadly made the decision to put our mum into Forest View Care Home in February this year. The staff have been extremely caring and supportive of mum, even with her challenging behaviour. The love of my life ,who has been a resident at Forest View care home for the past 3 years, passed away peacefully in her sleep last Friday 21st March.
