My experience is the care home is home from home. The staff are friendly & helpful, they get lots of care, its a small home but seems like a family. My mum has been there & seems happy and has put weight on, she really enjoys the home cooked food. Its good value for money a lot cheaper than a lot of
care homes.

The environment is a homely one into which residents and visitors are always welcome. It being a relatively small care home enables the manager and care team to really get to know and interact with the residents. Individual likes/preferences are acknowledged and respected. There is good rapport
between staff and residents and needs are attended to, I'm unable to visit as frequently as I would like due to living at a distance but I am kept well informed receiving regular updates.

Broadway Lodge is an excellent care home. Everyone is friendly and helpful and both of my parents are very well looked after. The care is brilliant, and nothing is too much for Faisal and his staff. My parents are both very content at Broadway and we are very pleased they are being looked after very

I am so relieved and pleased my wife has settled into her new home so comfortably. The management and staff are incredibly attentive to her care and treat her with respect and dignity. The staff's attention includes laughter and filled with a family closeness. My wife has recovered her appetite and
frequently says how hungry she was. Thanks to the excellent kitchen. My visiting hours no longer cause me anxiety!

Dad wasn't to happy when he first arrived, he said he did not want to stop here, but he had not been here for 24 hrs.
He absolutely loves it now, and wants to live here.
Everyone here is amazing. He is eating well and always has a smile you when we visit.

My mum has been receiving outsanding care. All her needs are met. The staff are extremely caring and they go over and above to meet individual needs. The atmosphere and ethos shines through so positively and uplifting. They also address any of my concerns and communicate cleary, supportively and
professionally. The service provided is not only extremely beneficial to my mum but also myself and surrounding family. Since residing here my mums quality of life and safety has vastly improved

My Father was admitted for a 28 day assessment following a hospital discharge. Despite him being readmitted to hospital and not completing the 28 days, I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Broadway Lodge. The staff were always caring, welcoming and kept us up to date at all times. They went
above and beyond with their care, and always showed a caring and loving attitude. Although my Dad would not eat much , the food we saw served to other residents looked lovely, and the staff tried everything, even cooking separate meals to assist his appetite. The Manager was great with his help and advice, a really positive experience.

I enjoy monthly visits to the resident/friend in my capacity as chaplain of the Royal Naval Association. You and he seem very content, all willing to talk or chat and read. He is in the best place for him and has memory loss.

My Mother was admitted to Broadway Lodge in early June and I have nothing but praise for the staff, they are so friendly and helpful and I have been kept informed from the very beginning. Mum seems to be settling in nicely and very much wants to stay and make Broadway Lodge her new home.

Nice, cosy home. Mom is well looked after, always clean and fresh and clothes always clean. She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy and looks out onto a well-kept garden. Mum says the food is good and plentiful, I find the staff very able and friendly. Overall, I find Broadway Lodge
perfect for my mom.

Broadway Lodge has a "family home" atmosphere.
My friend settled in quickly and enjoys the company of other residents and staff. He actually feels at home after just a few months. He enjoys the food and looks healthier than he has done, over the last couple of years, living independently.
