As a daughter, choosing the right care home for my dad was one of the most important and emotional decisions I've ever made, and I can honestly say that placing him here was the best choice we could have made. From the very beginning, the staff have been exceptional kind, patient, and genuinely
caring. They treat my dad with dignity and respect at all times, and it's clear they truly take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, not just someone in their care. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication with the family is always open, reassuring, and thoughtful. The food deserves a special mention. It's fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice. My dad genuinely looks forward to his meals, which says everything, and it's comforting to know he's eating so well. The amenities are excellent, clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel homely rather than clinical. There is also a wide range of activities available.

Elmfield has been the best thing for Nan. The staff have been very welcoming to Nan and the whole family. It has a very homely feel, and the residents are all very well looked after. We have seen a big improvement in Nan and she is very happy in her new home.

Elmfield has been the greatest place for my nana, they have looked after her so well, with joy and kindness.
The home is lovely, cosy, fun and a joy to be in. Nana has been very happy here and my mum feels very grateful that she is in safe hands.

I have visited Mum in Elmfield for the last 4 1/2 years. She is cared for with compassion and affection. The staff are caring and efficient. The care home is very clean and comfortable. She is extremely happy here. Her family are welcomed and I am always informed of anything happening with Mum.

My grandma has been a resident here for 4 1/2 years, she's 106 this year is taken such good care of at Elmfield House. The staff here are great, and care so much for our precious grandma, we're so glad she's here.

We visit dad each week at Elmfield House and he is always happy to see us. He has made many friends and has settled in so well at the home. He loves the food and all the many activities that go on each week. We could not be happier over the care he receives.

Dad still loves it at Elmfield House. He is very settled here and has now been here for a number of years. As a family we have no worries or concerns as he is always well presented and is always happy when we visit him each week. Thank you to team for always making sure dad is happy and well looked

Dad still loves life at Elmfield. The weekly horse visits and trips out to the duck pond keep him healthy and active. He has been there for over a year now and we cannot fault the care he receives. He is very at home with his friends around him. Being small this place is perfect for him.

Enfield is a very nice clean friendly home. The staff are very caring and are always trying their best to look after our families, as well as looking after our the families too. It has a family atmosphere which bigger homes don't have.

My father in law is very happy here. He loves the staff and has made some great friends. We love to see him in all the monthly newsletters. Before he moved in we were worried that he would be lonely. But we need not worry now as he is kept busy everyday with so much going on. The weekly updates from
the manager ensure that as a family we know about his care needs. Well done Elmfield House for excellent communication for how he does each week. He is always well turned out and loves the home cooked cakes.

My nan stayed at here and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. The facilities are very clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable environment. What stood out the most was the dedication of the staff. They went above and beyond to make her feel at home, showing kindness and
patience every step of the way. It was comforting to know she was in such good hands, surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her well being. I'd highly recommend Elmfield House Care Home to anyone looking for a warm, caring place for their loved ones.

My uncle is so settled and happy at Elmfield House Care Home. He is still very engaged with all the activities and he loves to see the horse visit every week to feed him carrots. Christmas was very special there and he loved the presents that they bought for him. It is so nice to still see him
engaged and keeping active everyday. The staff do a wonderful job day in, day out.

My sister is still very happy at Elmfield and has been for a number of years now. I still cannot fault the care that she receives. The carers are fabulous and will always help in any way they can. I still love to see the newsletter each month which celebrates all that is excellent about Elmfield

My uncle has been at Elmfield for around 5 years now and in that time I've witnessed an exceptional level of care not only for my uncle, but for the other residents too. The staff go above and beyond to ensure my uncle is well looked after and there are a good range of activities that he gets
involved in. He often is able to tell me of the things he has done during the week and this means I rest easy knowing he is doing well when me and other family members are not around.
Over the 5 years I've come to know the staff at Elmfield well and I value them so highly I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you for continuing to offer such a high level of care.

I visit my granddad every two weeks and every time he's extremely happy. He only has good things to say about his carers and every time I visit they are extremely welcoming and I can tell they really enjoy what they do. He always says his favourite part of the day is lunchtime as he really enjoys
the food.
