My husband has been a resident for 2 years now. He is well cared for and looked after. The staff are vry welcoming when I visit.
The level of cleanliness is excellent.
Sycamore Hall was recommended to me by a friend and I would happily recommend to others looking for care for their loved one.

I cannot recommend this care home enough. They are so attentive and caring. My dad settled in from day one and is so happy. It gives me such peace of mind to know he is so well cared for. He loves all the carers and everyone knows him by name and is so friendly. They look after him so well.
Beautiful home and staff are amazing. They have an incredibly hard job but do it with such much love and care for their patients. Highly recommend them.

For the time my mother was at Sycamore Nursing Home (Ripon) she was well cared for and looked after by the staff and managers.

Sycamore Hall came to our rescue in our hour of need. They have provided outstanding care for our Mum every day for the last six months.
When Dad fell and broke his hip he could no longer care for Mum, who has complex dementia. Our family was thrown into uncharted territory - navigating the care
system from overseas. But we were not alone. The team at Sycamore came into our lives on day two and immediately lightened the load. With our family dispersed around the world, they guided us every step of the way, placing Mum's needs at the centre of every difficult decision.
We couldn't be more thankful for the compassion, professionalism, and tender care of every member of the Sycamore team, it was like being welcomed into a large, happy family. I will never forget the gentle hugs, tissues, and cups of tea in those early traumatic days. And, now that Mum is settled, we are constantly amazed at their high standards of care. We couldn't be more thankful for this amazing team of human beings

Mum is so well cared for, on occasions when there has been a health issue or concern the staff have acted promptly with the health specialists and with ourselves. They keep in constant touch showing a high level of care for both Mum and myself. It is "home from home". Nothing is too much trouble,
the staff always find time to talk with me and the way they look after Mum is admirable. I would not want Mum to live anywhere else.

I have only ever had good experience with sycamore, the care given by all the staff is amazing, nothing is ever too much, down to care, compassion, or just to even sit , chat and listen to the residents, also I have to also give a big thumbs up to the entertainment ladies who again arrange
activities for the residents .

My mum has been at Sycamore Hall since June 2023, having cared for my mum for numerous years letting some else take over that care was very hard, I visited a number of care homes before choosing Sycamore Hall as I felt that was the only home that was interested in mum and meeting her needs from the
start, as a regular visitor to the home at different times of most days I see every aspect of care that the residents receive and I know that I can go home and my mum is in safe, cared for environment and any problems they will ring me. They have a variety of entertainment on weekly and get as many residents to interact as possible, they always have something on in the week that would suit all residents even if are in there rooms. I could not recommend Sycamore Hall enough from the setting to the managers and the staff.

My experience of Sycamore Hall Care Home is as follows. Cleanliness is second to none, attention to detail with residents family is 100%. The management team always are courteous and professional and residents are very well cared for.

A warm, peaceful, quiet and inviting environment. Excellent first impression on arrival and friendly greeting from carers. The room has been made cosy and homely and mum in law has settled quickly into the routine. The facilities look marvellous as do the standards, so expect mum in law to have a
happy, enjoyable and most importantly, a safe time here. Thank you.

Gran really did not want to go into a home so we were worried but she settled in so quickly and didn't take long before she told us she didn't want to leave! Friendships are encouraged and supported which made a massive difference to her. She seems to have the freedom to do what she wants when she
wants. You guys have so many activities and I love seeing pictures of her on social media playing games or meeting certain impersonators and looking so happy.
And a massive thank you to a certain staff member who was able to support Gran in attending my wedding last year. It was really important to me that she could attend, but only if it wouldn't cause her distress and she and the home made that happen for us all when they totally didn't have to put in all that effort.

Mum was a resident at Sycamore for 8 years. She received 1st class care during the whole time there. I have never ever had any concerns. The staff, down to every last one of them, are the most caring and loving people. I believe Mum had the very best care possible. A really lovely place, I would

Mum has been cared for at Sycamore Hall for around 18 months and throughout that time, has experienced nothing other than love, care and attention of the highest order.
The staff are accommodating in all areas and are superb in not only taking care of Mum but in equal measure look after us when
visiting - nothing is too much trouble.
Sadly, in recent weeks, Mum's health has significantly declined and this has only enhanced it seems the care that the staff want to provide, in what may be the latter stages of Mum's life.
Again, I cannot overstate how wonderful everyone at Sycamore Hall are - my grateful thanks.

I spent all of every day with my mother for a month. I was able to observe the overall care and tenderness with which my mother was treated, along with a general unstated respect for the individual. Her last few days were managed professionally and with great care and attention, and the manner of
telling me that she had died (3.30 am) was very discreet. The whole team are to be (and were) commended for their dedication, stamina, sensitivity and loving care.

The care my father received at the Sycamore was excellent. He was treated with respect and dignity at all times. The staff were very caring, and nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my family were made very welcome, and we were kept well informed of every aspect of our father's care. His room
was spotlessly clean and warm. We would like to take this opportunity to give a very big thank you to the staff. We would 100% recommend the Sycamore to anyone looking for care.

Mum moved to a residential home in 2021, but following a period in the hospital, her needs changed, and she was unable to return to the same home. Fortunately, the family found Sycamore Hall Care Home, which has proved to be an excellent choice.
The management and staff are exceptional. I cannot
thank them enough for the care they give our mum. We know she is well looked after and is receiving the best possible help, attention and assistance. The staff really care, and it shows. The home is in a very peaceful area and is purpose-built with excellent facilities and rooms of a high standard.

Mum moved here in September 2018 after a spell in hospital and assessment that her care needs had changed and therefore needed to be in an EMI registered home.
The layout of Sycamore Hall, size of rooms, access to the garden area and music playing in the canteen area, all give the home a relaxed
feel which suits mum, as she is free to walk around etc. The staff have been excellent in settling her, genuinely caring, affectionate and good-humoured.
