Warm welcoming friendly home with a lot of the staff going above and beyond.
All needs are catered to and time is given to understanding each individual needs
To have this home in the Fulham area is a blessing

My dad has been a resident for nearly 2.5 years now. I am happy with the way the staff look after him and make sure he has his medication. All requests are dealt with in a timely manner and communication is good with the clinical lead with regards to any medical concerns.

My mother is very well looked after all staff are friendly and welcoming. My family are very happy with her care.

I would highly recommend Farm Lane Nursing Home. The rooms are kept very clean, and hygiene is clearly a high priority.
The staff are all amazing, from management to all the other hard working staff that care for my dad day to day. The staff not only ensure my dad is cared for to a high level, but
they are also caring and kind to relatives who visit the home.
Cannot fault the high standard of care given to my dad in the last 6 weeks. Well done Farm Lane.

Carehome, clean, well run, accommodating to tenant requests. Nice garden. Food could improve and more choice given for light snacks. Because of location very quiet but close to tube station. Some problems with laundry not returned promptly. Notice smell in corridors and room of urine and maybe
bleach smell.

My sister has been a resident of Farm Lane for the last three years. During this time, she had a first class service from the staff and medical team. They have always displayed empathy and transparency regarding treatments.
I am very happy for my sister to remain at Farm Lane.

My aunt is a resident of Farm Lane care home, and has been there for the last three years. During this time their efforts have been exemplary. My aunt dementia has gradually worsened during this period, despite this the staff have taken everything in stride. If any actions have been needed, I have
always been informed before time where necessary or possible. My assessment is that Farm Lane was a very good fit for both my aunt and also the family.

I congratulate all the staff at the Farm Lane Care Home for their patience dedication warmth and professionalism. The care offered to my mother has been exemplary. This has provided both of us with the utmost comfort at this time of significance and reflection in our lives. I have learned so much
from each staff member throughout my mother's residence at this home. The greatest decency and regard for her situation, as well as my own, has been shown at all times, with willingness decency and respect. My respect for each and every member of staff, without exception, will always be present. You have my gratitude.

Staff all seem very pleasant and helpful. It is always very clean and tidy everywhere. The garden could do with some TLC - furniture needs painting.

Very friendly staff and during meal times, they offer menu or they show the plates for the people living there. We went to their beautiful Garden. Such a lovely experience. I would personally recommend this place.

Was first time here to see my friend. I have been to other care homes but this one stood out a mile. How clean the home was. The staff was all very friendly and can see that they care. Just want to thank them all. A very good run home.

No compassion, like a prison, no salon or cafe, don't get taken out, stuck in room all day, even at meal times at a table on their own, no communication with anybody. Not showered or washed, left in urinated and messy clothes for weeks at a time. Not changed into bed clothes at night, slept in same
clothes and shoes. Toenails hadn't been cut for at least 8 months, have photos of this. Constantly complaining but it goes over manager's head. Tried with social services for months to get him moved from this place. Pure neglect, went in a size 38, came out a size 32.
Clothes, phone, money, watch etc all went missing. Time on his clock was changed to confuse him more. The list goes on. I would not let them look after my dog, let alone a human being.

I am very happy to be here. Everyone is kind, considerate and looks after my every need. If you have a parent or grandparent who needs looking after, this is the place to be. All is well and I keep happy all of the time. If I could help others to feel more happy - I would.

My mother is elderly, infirm and has advanced dementia. The staff are very caring, hospitable and willing to help and oblige, which is the most important thing. I am grateful my mother is at Farm Lane.

My stepfather was in a different care home before Farm Lane and I was very unhappy. Since he has moved here I have been so content and overwhelmed with the quality and professional standard of care not just that but the well-managed and well-trained staff this home has from management to care staff
this home is 10/10. I’m truly grateful for all the dedication and hard work which has gone into this home, so much warmth and support to him and to us as his family. Admiration goes out to all who work there.

All family members are very happy with the care service offered to my friend who assures us she's happy and cared for well. This is reflected in her disposition when we all visit. Since taking up residence at Farm Lane it's been good both for her and us as there is peace of mind with regards to her
care and wellbeing. She is vegetarian and has no complaints about her diet. We thank you all for your combined efforts in caring for our family who will reach 100 years of age this October and well looked after.

My mother suffers from Parkinsons' Disease and has some dementia which means she needs to be in a place of safety. As a family, we have found all the staff at Farm Lane to be very caring and friendly and always willing to help and listen to any concerns we might have regarding our mother's health.
We are allowed to decorate and fill our mother's room with pictures and any furniture she might want to make her feel at home. The dining room has a nice atmosphere and there is a lounge if any of the residents would like to meet up and watch television. There are also activities, coffee mornings and regular monthly family meetings for the residents' family members should anyone wish to attend. Our mother has been at Farm Lane for nearly 2 years and has always been well cared for.

My brother and I are very happy with the care our dad is having. The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. They even looked after me when I was upset. They made me feel part of the Farm Lane family. I am always kept updated about my dad's care. Thank you for all my dad's care.
