I find the home & the staff very obliging. They are very sociable and helpful & under a lot of difficult circumstances at times. Pus not all patients are easy to deal with. Keep up the good work.

We were very happy with the care Mum received. Every member of staff we met were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum thrived in the ten days she was there. Thank you so much. The home itself was light and airy and clean and also smelled lovely. Would highly recommend.

Mum had to have respite care at Carisbrooke Manor for a few weeks so I could have an operation, she was nervous of going. However after a few days she told me not to rush my recovery as she was quite happy and being well cared for and all the staff were lovely. She has been very content and happy
each time I have visited which has been very reassuring for me. A big thank you to all the staff.

Very good caring staff. Food v.good.
shows and displays are good quality. Rooms are of good size with TV point. Bedding changed daily, communal toilets well maintained.

My husband was taken to Carisbrooke for rehab after a period in hospital. The staff and care given was excellent. The food was wonderful and the staff worked with him, helping him to increase his own mobility. He eventually went on to another care home, but the care he received at Carisbrooke was
top notch. Thank you all.

Since my husband became a resident at Carisbrooke Manor I have found his overall care to be excellent. He is well looked after and all his needs both medical and everyday care are well catered for.

My mother has been a resident at Carisbrooke Manor for the last four years, and she requires a high level of care, for which the wonderful staff at Carisbrooke Manor have been able to provide to a high standard. Despite the challenges of my mother's complex needs, they have done their absolute best
to meet them. Carisbrooke Manor is a wonderful care home that creates a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for its residents. I am truly blessed with the dedication and hard work that the staff put into caring for my mother. I am truly thankful for everything that they do.

The staff have been amazing and the management too. If I have had any worries they have always had the time to listen and accommodate our needs. The staff have been there when I got upset when Mum had been not well and comforted me. I cannot praise the staff enough.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, the staff always tried to accommodate our wants and needs for my nana, they even lent a listening ear when we needed comfort and reassurance on various things.

Following our mother being hospitalised, my sister and I visited Carisbrooke Manor Care Home as we were looking for a very good home for respite care. The care home was very welcoming and one member of staff kindly gave us lots of useful information as she showed us around the care home. We were
able to observe that the food is of a high standard and the home is very clean and comfortable. This is a home which has a family feel and the staff have a very good rapport with the residents. Our thanks go to all the staff, in the short time that our mum was in Carisbrooke Manor we saw that the staff are caring and compassionate and are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure the residents’ comfort.

Staff are very friendly. Carisbrooke Manor Care Home is very clean. The manager supported an excellent, organised admission and settling in. Staff listen and address everything. Mum sleeps well. Mum enjoys the food.

Mother has been a resident for approximately four and a half years. She has been well-kept, clean and well-presented on my visit. The home is clean, well-kept and spotless and staff are excellent. Thank you.

In all my visits I have found the staff very approachable and dedicated. They always have time for the residents. Any concerns are always dealt with as soon as they can. Mother finds the food very enjoyable.

All staff are very caring and helpful. Mum says she is well looked after. Mum likes crafting activities but hasn't done any since going into care. Mum used to enjoy getting in the garden, likes to sit and look at the flowers.

The staff are all very nice, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is tasty and appealing. The rooms are spacious, and everywhere is clean and welcoming. The care the staff have shown my mother-in-law is greatly appreciated, and we are very happy that they are looking after her so well.

I have found this care home excellent. The staff are all lovely and helpful, my dad is very settled here, enjoys the food and chats with the carers. The home is always clean when we visit and I would recommend it to any friends or family in the same situation.

Always a lovely warm reception. All staff are so friendly and chatty. Carrisbrooke Manor has a relaxing atmosphere.

I find this care home to be very good, it is clean, has excellent staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. They usually have a bit of banter with my father-in-law, which makes him laugh and seem a lot happier now than he was in his own home. The food is very good and he enjoys it. I cannot
recommend this care home highly enough.
