From 1st day staff have been excellent with both our mam and with family that visit her, the home is immaculate every time we visit, I would like to especially thank Joanne who is always looking out for the residents and always seems to have time for everyone, can't fault any of the staff so far so
great.

Our mam has been in Collingwood for 4 month she is extremely happy Mam loves the food mam enjoys all the activities that she attends Mam has settled made friends As a family we are amazed with the home the cleanliness and how much the staff go above and beyond

Absolutely amazing care home. Excellent activity's for residents staff always go 1 step further and communication is amazing food second to none delish' such a happy welcoming experience for relatives and residents

My mother in law has settled in straight away My wife has peace of mind knowing mam is happy She is well looked after fed well and doing activities she has never done before 10 out 10 for this home Joanne and Joshua to name a few have made mam very happy

My father has been here nearly two year At first he was a little unsettled but the staff made he feel safe
Now it's like he has been there years and years
My dad is happy he is really well fed he gets access to barber . Outside entertainment
Dad is settled and loved the staff are fabulous he
enjoys going to activity's even church

Mam has been in for 4 weeks and she has settled lovely with the help and support of all the staff.
They are friendly , helpful and caring.
The home is homely safe and home from home
The home has fantastic entertainment and work shops going on for my mam I couldn't wish for a more happy place for
my mam to be.

Would like to thank all the staff at collingwood care home they are totally amazing with the residents my mother-in-law loves the music and dancing and all the other activities they do they all have time t have a little chat with her she's very happy there

The carers are respectful and kind and understanding always nice to the kids and the residents are always doing something like quizzes and activities my wife loves to come to see her nana and talk and theres always some one there if needed

My mother died peacefully surrounded by dedicated and caring staff after three years in their wonderful care.. She was very loved and cared for in all that time .. and she felt it .. she responded to their dedication and care.. She was more than happy and content and as her daughter wanting the best
for her, i can honestly say she got it at Collingwood Court...

Collingwood court Staff are lovely and friendly. They ensure my Mum is well cared for and they do some really good activities for the residents. There is something for everyone from quizzes, singers, bingo, baking and dancing.
They try and and include everyone and make sure they have fun. She
wasn't too keen about joining in at first but now she really looks forward to doing them.
She has issues with swallowing due to a stroke and they are really kind and make sure she has food she is able to eat. They will also get her a banana or tea and toast if she has slept through a meal time and missed it.

My nana is in there and honestly can't rate it highly enough the staff go above and beyond and always kind and friendly when me my husband and 2 children visit my nana is happy that makes us happy and the entertainment is amazing

Would like to thank everyone at collingwood court care home for everything they did for my nana. My nana lived at the care home for the last 2 years of her life, as she has just passed away this month. I could not fault the staff there. They where always welcoming, kind and helpful when looking
after her. The night she passed they made sure that my family where there with her in the end. Several staff came to see my nana, weather they where working or not to say goodbye.They have also been amazing to my wife's nana who also lives at collingwood court. She loves the staff there and takes part in every activity. I can't take them enough, they go above and beyond.

The staff are friendly and have excellent rapport with the residents tending to every need and the place is well maintained and clean and my Grandmother is very fond of her life here and the outings and entertainment they provide

Our mam has not long moved to Collingwood Court
We are extremely happy with her care the show round by Joanne was fabulous she made my mam and us at ease mam was ready to move in that day
The staff can't do enough for the Residents and family's
We know mam is looked after Mam gives the food
10/10 as she is a parky eater so it must be good
We are pleased to have found Collingwood

Wow ! Collingwood court you are truly amazing ! You have helped my dad settle in so well and made the family feel like it is home. The staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem today we have enjoyed afternoon tea for my parents anniversary which was made so special by the fabulous Joanne. Well
done to all the staff you are all worth your weight in gold and assets to the home which is so brilliantly run by Chloe.

My Father in law has been a resident for about 5 months now and has settled in very well. All the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Chloe and Joanne even arranged a cream tea for my in laws Anniversary with a bunch of flowers as well a very nice touch.
The daily
activities are varied and he often joins in with music and dancing being his favourites ( strange as he never danced before)
He loves his food and says the meals are always good, with home baked cakes and biscuits always a winner.

Collingwood Court is a wonderful care home. All the management and staff are so caring, helpful, polite & fantastic at their role. My mam & all resident's are really treated with care, support & love. I personally can't thank them enough. Keep up the fantastic work you all achieve &

My mother went to Collingwood from being on her own and has never looked back I can honestly say that she gets the best treatment and there's always something happening wether that be baking/quiz/bingo/trips out and ALWAYS a friendly face.
The staff are amazing and i have seen my mam go from
someone who would prefer her own company to now mixing in and even having a go at karaoke.
Thank you all and keep up the good work. You're all amazing x

My grandmother seems content and is well looked after. The care workers are very friendly, caring and supportive. The activities seem very varied which my grandmother enjoys. I would recommend this care home.

Management and staff really good any problems we have encountered have been sorted straight away. A special thanks to the two coordinators who go to great lengths to ensure the residence have activities on a daily basis. The place has a lovely feel about it on entry like home from home.
Also have
to mention the administrator nothing too much trouble for her.
All in all very happy with care for mam.
