I actually believe that my father could've had better more personalised care at Lennox House then was provided to him when he stayed there for 6 weeks of respite. we felt that the sales patter was very impressive but the service delivery less so.
There was one occasion where his safety was a
concern of mine eg call buttons being placed out of reach from a bed bound man with a broken arm. Patients with severe dementia were walking around into other patients rooms and very little one-to-one care with patients.
I am sure the staff try their best but it wasn't good enough for me and my father.

My mother Anna was a resident at Lennox House from January 2024. My mother was very happy here. I am so grateful for the lovely care and support she received until she passed away 4th September 2025.
All the staff are so kind and caring and I would recommend this home to everyone.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by very friendly receptionists and this kindness extends to every staff member, who is thoughtful, professional and a joy to meet.
My mother and I were originally shown around by Surbhi, Customer Relations Manager, as we were interested in
respite for my father. It was clear that, as well as all the the usual reasons why someone might be great at their job, she also cared about the families and understood the emotions they must go through when seeking a care home for loved ones. This thoughtfulness I found common place at Lennox House.
My father was there for respite, but in this short time I could see how well organised and run it is. I met several residents and their families, all of whom were happy; they spoke about the various activities, how they enjoy the large garden, the good general care, the mental and physical stimulation that we all need at any age.

My mum a year and 10 months at Lenox House, the care was always of good standard, the lifestyle team were amazing and went above and beyond to create lovely memories.
Very approachable management team and kept us up to date regularly, notified us of changes, Prior to my mum passing a huge thank
you to all staff.

The care home Lennox House staff are friendly carers, nurses and entertainment staff, admin and reception so welcoming. The food is good and always focus on residents needs. Cleaning staff, laundry and cleaning good.

Since my grandmother moved into the care home she has welcomed and well looked after the staff are amazing there so helpful and always help us whenever we need help. I am so happy my nan is here and looked after.

It is reassuring to see how well -looked after my mother is, how that she is in a safe and caring environment. All staff seem to genuinely love their role and the residents - like a happy extended family. Residents are respected as individuals and given plenty of opportunities to stay mentally and
physically active.

I would just like to thank all the staff at Lennox house that looked after my father and gave me peace of mind and the opportunity to have a vacation whilst my fathers was in respite as I am the main career for my dad and this last couple years has been so easy with his diagnosis. In the short
period of time my dad resided at Lennox house he was smiling and laughing and was a lot more calmer. After bringing him home he was still asking about Lennox house which did show me that the staff were very accommodating to my father's needs. I just wanted to thank you all for and I would recommend Lennox house to other family and friends if that time ever comes with loved one. A very clean and professional establishment and my hats off to you.

From the moment I spoke with the deputy manager, and then, a home visit from another member of staff, everything has been nothing short of exceptional.
When my father arrived, the staff greeted him warmly and everyone was incredibly friendly. The staff are incredibly compassionate and dedicated to
their patients and service users. The nursing staff are highly trained and ensured that my father's needs were met. Dad received high standard care especially from a few members of staff.
During my visits, I witnessed how well the staff met the needs of other people and how friendly everyone was. Overall, Lennox House treated my dad with respect and dignity. Dad enjoyed his three-weeks respite and would happily return. It was peace of mind knowing that dad was safe!
The facilities are clean, well-maintained, bright, and pleasant. I would highly recommend anybody seeking respite/residential care.
Well done Lennox House, keep up the good work and once again thank you for the care and support.

Lennox House is very welcoming, management and staff approachable endeavoring to serve the residents well. If I have any concerns I feel I am being listened too, and work towards resolving and ensuring that the concern/problem to all satisfaction. I always feel confident that they have listened and
make amendments.
Happy that I am kept in the loop - if changes that will come about in the home. I welcome the monitoring of my mother on a monthly basis - if I am satisfied my ideas that may improve the quality of life for my mother.

The staff at Lennox House are amazing. They are kind, helpful, hard working and professional.
The meals are great. All the food is cooked on the premises in their own kitchen. Residents have home baked cakes and biscuits for its and afternoon tea.
The hygiene is immaculate. The activities are
varied and stimulating. Thank you everyone.

The level of care is outstanding and the whole home is keep so clean with no bad smells anywhere!
The staff are very helpful and care for our loved ones so well with patience and understanding. We as a family couldn't ask for more.

Myself and my Mum attended the Christmas light ceremony, which was refreshing to see my Grandmother danced and had a lovely smile on her face. A big thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.

My dad went to Lennox House in September 2023 my dad sadly passed away in August 2024!
I honestly do not know what I would have done without the team at Lennox House they were just simply amazing!
Not only were they there for my dad but they were also there for me and my family! I honestly feel a
lot of them are my extended family which I'm still in touch with now and always will be, Dad was looked after so well throughout his time in Lennox house, but during Dad's last few days the care was amazing, his dignity was well and truly respected! I definitely have made friends for life here. I will forever for thankful and grateful to them for making Dad's last year of life safe secure and comfortable and also for making me as his daughter feel as I had someone to turn to when the journey got tough! They are all 100% superstars!

The staff at Lennox House are amazing. They are kind, helpful, hard working and professional.
