I'm here seeing my husband who has dementia. I find the home very nice and the staff excellent with the clients. I find the staff very friendly and good at their job. My husband is my first priority but I talk to the other clients also who are able to talk. The food is very good. Also, my husband
doesn't interact but some of the other clients do. They do try with him sometimes though.

No fault in care. Lack of activities, my room is always clean. Staff are friendly. They were family when covid hot. Hard to contact upper management if I have a problem.

My brother is happy and content in his home at Beacon Lodge. He is well cared for and as a family, we are very grateful for that.

I like my room. It is a lot bigger than my old room in another setting. I like that I have an ensuite in my room. I like that I have a patio door looking out at the garden.

Staff very welcoming and attentive. Friendly atmosphere at Beacon Lodge. My brother can display challenging behaviour on occasion which has always been handled by staff professionally and sensitively. Good communication regarding appointments etc.
